My rental was taken in and I was charged a gas fee when I already filled it back to the amount I received it with. That info is clearly on the contract. Was a big show of on the phone, going back to location, asked by the Manager for a pic of what the gas was when I dropped it off(good thing I backed myself up), also asked for a pic of gas when I picked it up which all customers need to do when picking up so he should know that & not ask me for it. Found a used cigarette butt on a box in my storage unit between visits. Likely was tossed and fell through the holes in the ceiling.Mark H. | Overall Experience
The tow dolly I rented was lacking inspection and maintenance, the tide down straps where frayed on both sidesI had a hard time trying to slide them into the strap ratchet , the strap ratchet on the left side was rusty and worn it didn't work properly and that strap ratchet wouldn't lock properly where I had to stop every 10 to 20 miles to re- adjust strap because it kept getting lose . The other thing was that when I mounted the vehicle on the dolly the left tire on the dolly (what would be the passenger side) was low on air pressure where I had to dismount the vehicle and find the local pep boys to buy an air pump to inflate the tire to the proper pressure that's another thing I had to monitor to make sure that the tire wasn't losing air . So my experience with the equipment I rented was very stressful and time consuming. I will be calling for a credit for mi frustrating experience with this equipment rentalHiram R.

They changed the location of the reservation without telling me to the opposite side of the city. They gave me a truck with barely any gas. The truck had a significant dent on the driver side door letting extreme noise and air in the cabin. Truly a horrible experience.JONATHAN S.
I got to location and before I got in to input my information, I was told there was no reservation for means the truck was reserved for someone in the morning, I had a 17â€ truck that I returned to the location, they just told me to leave it there without reminding me that if I took from Pennsauken location I had to return it back to the same location. I was charged $317 for wrong location drop off. I didn't know this but was later told was in the contract. I feel like if they should have known that I couldn't returned it there. Now back to them telling me I didn't have reservations, I had to call dispatch and while I was talking to dispatch the was told they didn't see it because it was one way. Their ignorance caused me to be charged wrong location drop off.Doris S.

This is the worst Uhaul location and that opinion is stemming from several visits most recently being today 12/2/21. I will never use them again. Ever. Broken truck that they knew was broken and sent it out anyway. When attempting to get resolve they throw their hands in the air. The guy working the desk spent more time on his iPhone than trying to attend to my needs. When I finally got a 10x10 until it was one with 3x3 of it taken up by a internal metal tube taking up a very large space of my alleged 10x10 rental area. There was also a large human feces in the unit itself, one I reported and asked to have removed. I've no idea if this has been done due to the employees disinterest in his job and fascination in his iPhone tiq toq or. Everything sucked. From picking up the vehicle, which I flew 1000 miles to do, to find out my reservation was cancelled two hours prior to my pickup. Up until the fact i couldn't be accommodated a new reservation anywhere that night. Went out of our way the next day, got 1/4th of taxes compensation from what we went through (a joke), and even upon return there was a mix up with the price. Horrible. This has been thee worst experience I had ever had with a Professional business. First, I booked a Truck for â€˜26 ft at the Juniata location, they call me later on that day to say they don't have that size and I would have to go to the strawberry mansion location. I agreed. The day before I was suppose to pick up a truck I check my email at 7:08pm and it tells me that I am getting a 20' truck and I have to pick it up from south Philly location. I had to call customer service because it was after hours and they could not help me. Meaning I would have to wait the next day and call them at 9am. Which delayed me moving. I called and they could not accommodate me what do ever. I told them this was a huge inconvenience especially when I am paying movers by the hour, picking the truck up from Douth philly is adding more miles on that I didn't except to pay for. When I pick up my truck it was dirty. And didn't have any gas in it. So, Guess what I had to go to the Nearest gas station to fill it up another inconvenience!!!!!! I would never recommend Uhaul to anyone!!!!! Try other business don't even waste your time!!!!!Ugenia B.

Worst uhaul experience I have ever had. 2 hours to get a trailer. 5 associates working, only 2 knew how to do anything, so every customer had to wait for the two to help. No system of prioritizing who was next, just back and forth between waiting customers helping whoever pushed to the front. My trailer wasn't available, no solution offered until I went into yard and found 2 equivalent options and then had to wait while they figured out how to move my reservation, hook me up and check me out. Tail lights on trailer never worked but I didn't notice until it got dark so I drove 2 hours without lights, just brakes and blinkers worked. Kid who tried to help me was nice, but had no idea how to do ANYTHING. He had no help, no management to support him, and I paid the price of 2 hours for a simple trailer rental that should have taken 10 minutes.TIMOTHY J.

After leaving the customer service area, I forgot to inquire about moving the due date to the 21st of the month. So, when I called back after returning back to my house. I called U-thul, I was put on hold for a couple of minutes, and the customer service representative answered the phone. This young man had an accent voice. I said to him that I just left the customer service area with my son and I wanted to move the due date back to the 21st of the month. He said to me that I would have to pay another month's rent in order to change the due date. I told him never mind and I hung up the phone.mary anne s. | First Impressions
