I had to go three different locations before I finally got my reserved truck. It took the CSR a long time to find my reservation. I paid for an appliance hand truck but was given a smaller one. I paid for a mattress cover, but it was not in the truck when I got to my belongings. The check in was flawless.

When my daughter returned the truck the employees was leaving but a fight broke out on property and employee turned her car around and came back but not for the safety of my daughter!

Reimburse me for being your Uhaul delivery boy. O rented one way to Savannah GA. YOU had me deliver the trailer to Garden City GA that was 16 miles out 9f my way. I passed several Uhaul rental places right in Savannah. One being less than 2 miles from where I was. This is unacceptable for Uhaul to have me deliver their trailer to a place that needed it for the next customer. That was not why I rented the trailer. YES...I would like ANYONE from Uhaul corporate to contact me and provide reimbursement for my time my wear and tear on my vehicle and gas allowance since I was toying with a Class A Motorhome..I expect a call from Uhaul..im holding my breath...

The customer service was great but the inside of the truck was filthy. Also I was never informed that I would be charged $37 for going over mileage???....I've never heard of that. I filled the truck up at full which cost $70 and I'm being charged for mileage overage. I dont even know how many miles I wasnt supposed to go over.

My uhaul had a battery issue, and I was told that the truck had some battery issues before. If the battery had been swapped out sooner instead of eeking the last bit of life out of it, I would have been saved my 5 hour wait to get a new battery installed.

I was given the incorrect code for the key box. I was there to pick up my truck at 6 and wasnt able to get it until 845 when the employees showed up for work. I wasted my whole morning just trying to get the key.

the 19.95 a day price for a pickup is horse shit !!!! it cost me 170+ to use a pickup. ill never use U-haul again and ill also have a good about this on Facebook and Instagram. you suck!!!!!°

Your online system is a piece of shit manned by lazy ass employees who don't have any sense of customer service. If your system is down let your customers know it's down. I wasted a fucking hour just waiting for a center to open because I kept getting " we can't verify your information". If you can't maintain operability of a system don't deploy it until you do. It's IT 101 don't give customers a shit product.

Truck smelled bad. When we got home, we realized they didn’t give us a key to unlock the back, so we had do drive back up there.

Y’all charged me extra $40 for no damn reason. When I my self retuned my truck I was told I only had $5 to pay back. When I went over at that location to pay y’all charged me $40. Imma start using y’all competitors .

The location was smaller and crowded but they took care of the return immediately. I was only there about 5 minutes from the time I pulled in till the time I pulled out.

It seems to be a super busy location. With that being said, maybe cross training employees would help. Everyone should be able to assist in all areas to expedite the entire process from beginning to end.

I had a confirmed reservation at one location and when we got there they did not have any trucks for days to honor the reservation. It would have been nice if they had called us or emailed us to let us know.

We got a truck and hauled our stuff and went to return it. The person behind the counter told me I didn't have to be back at 7pm, when the sign on the door said they closed. He said that was just when they stopped renting. He said they would be there till 8pm. When we got back, at 7:30pm they were gone. While I was trying to check my rental back in ANOTHER customer showed up and asked "Where are the people who work here? They said they'd be here till 8!". If he had just told us the truth, or even "Read the sign" would have been better than this!

Make sure when someone makes a reservation you get it. I placed a reservation Saturday morning at FATTS AUTOMOTIVE LLC and nobody was there. My email confirmation also stated the same location. Then I drive all the way home and get a phone cal from a storage place asking me if I was coming to get the Uhaul. Why did my reservation go to a different place and I was never notified? Also I didn't even get a full 24 hours for my uhaul. I picked it up at 2 or 3. I was told it had to be back at noon the next day. The people at the uhaul store though were nice. But the reservation screw up put me behind several hours.

The only complaint was that I wanted to drop the unit off in Destin, Fl at Destin Towing. I was told by the agent in Huntsville that it would be no problem. When I arrived at Destin Towing they were the most obnoxious and rude individual I've ever met. They do a tremendous disservice to the Uhaul brand. Sometimes you just need to cut ties with under performing locations.

The original drop-off place on Pulaski Pike is not a good place. When I got there, all the doors were locked and no one there to receive the trailer. I don’t feel safe to wait there. So I went to the one on University and it’s much better. I plan to rent another one next week and not plan to go back to Pulaski Pike.
