There shouldn't be a fee to attach or detach the trailer to pull your vehicle, customers are spending alot of money already as it is to rent the trucks & get what's needed for the move. If you have to charge incorporate the $20 & $10 fee in the price so customers won't be upset being charged more money. The price will already be included & the employee won't be subjected to customer's rath of the fee, when they were not charge at another location. Keeping the customers happy is what brings them back to you.

I normally have a good experience with this U-Haul location but this last time was terrible. The truck was dirty and jerked while driving. I requested a time extension and ended up paying for 2 rental periods.

The manager on that day assisted me, since the app was not working at the time, with renting the truck and making sure one of the workers pulled the truck out, turned it on. so that it would be warm once I got in.

The outside of the van was dirty. The gas gauge was on 'E' The tire gauge light and oil change remained on steady. The inside of the van was clean and when I returned it Francisco(?) was awesome!

The truck was in rough condition to only have 18,000 miles, steering wheel was crooked and the tried were over inflated above 50 psi so it was like rolling on rocks the whole ride. I almost turned into a discount tire to get the tire pressure corrected but I didn't know if I was allowed to so I didn't. Also smelled like someone had smoke a lot in the truck. Staff was friendly at the location and I went to a new employee who didn't understand the mobile check in process but had help to help him through it. After words I saw a manager outside with him coaching him on how things work. I thought that was very responsive for a rental location.

We paid for 24/7 access but repeatedly had trouble actually accessing the facility outside your normal hours. Security was substandard. It's impossible to reach anyone at that particular facility by phone.

I would only recommend this location because it is conveniently located. However, the mechanical up keep on the truck was none existent. I felt the power steering was shot. The steering wheel was all over the place. I had to return the truck immediately because it was not safe to drive.

Vehicle was bug ridden especially on the windshield. It was so bad that even thru Hurricane Zeta with the windshield wipers on high the bug guys still remained on the Windshield! Vehicle steering wheel was turned 45 degrees with wheels straight. Blocking the entire right side of the dashboard Instruments. Sheering was extremely loose and had a travel og > 8”

I reserved a truck online at Lilburn on Rockbridge in Georgia but was then re-routed to a different location on Pleasant Hill in Lawrenceville. This location was much further from my house and therefore I spent more money using H work from this location. The online process needs to be more smooth and available vehicles should be updated accurately so that we can utilize the location that is most convenient to us and to know that information right away online versus having to make changes after the fact. However I feel that I DAK excellent service at the location where I rented and they made every effort to make sure that I was accommodated.

I rented a 6x12 ft trailer to move my golf cart. It didn't fit on the trailer because it was not 6ft wide. it had at least a foot of metal between the 2 sides so it was actually about 5ft wide max. I returned the trailer about 1 hour after renting it explaining what the problem was and they charged me for a days rental. Meanwhile I had to rent from another location to get my job done. I really thought they weren't going to charge me, so never again. Also. I had rented the trailer for another location the day before and when I showed up to pick up the trailer, the location was changed without notifying me. I've had this problem before, so won't be using uhaul for any future needs and it's a shame because up until recently had nothing but good experiences.

I am not the one who rented your equipment, it looks like they used the wrong email. i called your service line, the man said it was probably someone with the same name and he would make a note, looking at the invoice the renter has the same name but with an e on the end of the last name disregard my rating I had to put something to be able to submit.

Jaime made important papers ready every month to assist with my becoming qualify as a first time home owner. She would have it ready and neatly packed and ready to go monthly. She also offered beneficial and important information to me regarding truck size an packing information.Jamie goes above and beyond CSR . She is indeed an asset to the Uhaul company.

I reserved this truck at a different location where the personnel were very helpful and friendly and was directed to pick up the truck at this location. Personnel here were disinterested at best. I was offered no assistance in checking out the truck prior to departure. I found the cargo door to be binding but no one at the location was interested in looking at it. What eventually happened, of course, is that after loading the truck the door would not close and my departure was delayed. A repair man arrived after some time and did a great job of repairing the cargo door but now it was late and I had to put off departure until the next day. This problem could have been handled much better with just a minimal amount of interest at the pickup location. Additionally, when checking out the truck I inquired about renting moving blankets and hand cart. Again, Mr. Cedeno showed no interest in helping to provide those and told me to check with other U-Haul locations and maybe they could help. Do-it-yourself moving is by nature not very pleasant. U-Haul was able to provide necessary basic tools as a commodity but made no effort to do so in an exemplary manner. It's hard to offer a positive recommendation. Good luck.

Thanks truck u rented was not clean at all. There were sticky stain on the cup consoles and trash in the back of the truck. There was a horrible ant infestation in the cabin. To the point I had to buy ant spray in order to operate the truck. This is the reason I was late getting back to the site. This was so unacceptable. I will not be recommending anyone to this location at all.

First off, I came in there to get a storage. I bought a lock "from them" Went to make my first payment and my payment was double. I begin to dispute the charges, no one could help me. I came back the next day with my husband and we were told they had to cut the lock because we did lock the storage door right, and it was open so they charged us to cut the lock. A complete lie because my husband and I checked the door before we left. The conclusion came to, we can take off the price for the lock but still have to charge an additional $50 for cutting the lock. Um, we bought the lock from them so they didn't do anything in our favor. And, no one did not put in notes that we cancelled our storage so I received an email stating I would be charged $15 late fee when we had already moved out of their storage two weeks prior to me getting the email. They are unprofessional. Don't rent from them!
