THE LADY WAS AWESOME WHEN WE PICKED UP THE TRUCK...BUT BRUN TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HE WAS RUDE HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ... THE LADY THAT HELPED US THAT MORNING HAD TO COME UP THERE AND HOOK UP OUR TOW DOLLY....SHE WAS A SWEETHEART... BUT HE WAS AWFUL AND WAS REALLY TRYING TO GET OVER ON US... THEN SAID HE DON'T HOOK UP TOW DOLLIES TO HE HAS TO CHARGE US TO HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW...THEN WE HAD TO WAIT 20 MINUTES FOR HER AND HAD BEEN MOVING ALL DAY AND STILL HAD A 4 HOUR DRIVEDerrek K.

Your check after hour portal the first step is very confusing I could not go to the next step til I added a 0 on the end of the mileage. Other then that is was pretty easy.Susan R.
I chose to do app pick up, but still had to go to the counter to get the key. If I had known that I would've just picked it up the regular way. I have done the app pickup before, and there was a little lock box that you were given the code to once everything was approved. This is how I thought it would be this time too.Taylor V.

As I stood and waited at the counter having given my last name to look up my reservation the attendant makes a phone call that begins with â€œhi this is ___ at uhaul, are you planning to bring the trailer back todayâ€. They didn't know the trailer I had reserved wasn't there and they hadn't notified me that it was possible it wouldn't be available. Luckily the gentleman who had rented the trailer before me was only 5 minutes away from the uhaul location and brought it back when told he would get a late fee. I was very disappointed and ended up getting my trailer almost a full hour after my scheduled time. When it came time to attach the trailer to my vehicle there was at first no one to be found. As my husband and I began connecting it our selves assuming that was what we're supposed to do, an attendant came over with another gentleman who obviously didn't work for uhaul (dressed in camp under armed shirt and cargo pants with no name tag) and the two of them took over. I don't know who the other guy was or why he was helping attach the trailer to my truck. Upon returning the trailer I entered the return equipment line then went inside to do the paperwork. I was asked to bring my trailer around to the back and I told the attendant that while I'm very comfortable driving the trailer I'm much less so with backing up and parking it. An attendant said he'd park it for me so we got back in my truck and he began to park it where he wanted it. Unfortunately he must not have actually looked at the space he was going because he tried to put the trailer in a parking space that already had a trailer in it. Thankfully we didn't hit it before he noticed. There was a different couple trying to take a trailer two spots down and the attendant got out of my truck to help them. Asking me to instead pull the trailer to the far back dirt lot area and park it back there. As I said, I'm much less comfortable with parking than pulling, but I did as he asked and took the trailer to the far back where a different attendant ended up coaching me (with many tries) to get it in a general area that they wanted it. Overall a less than ideal experience and I will likely never use this location again. Although the people were friendly there we're just too many things that went a little bit wrong.Sarah M.
The staff was very helpful and professional, but the truck we were provided was faulty. We made a 550 mi move, and while pouring rain for over an hour, the window and door of the truck leaked everywhere on the drivers side, and my husband was soaked.Robert B.

The roof leaked on the ATTIC part of the box. I got lucky that I didn't have anything important up there but it was soaking wet when it rained overnight and some furniture got wet but thankfully it wasn't anything serious. Also the radio was terrible - frustrating for 2 days rental. This location does a great job and I always go there because of it.Kyle W.

Upset that my mobile app told me I couldn't have a 10ft truck that was cheaper because there were non available but as I drove by the parking lot 4 times over many hours there w we e 10ft trucks there. I paid more in fees and more per mile for the big truck. Very frustrating.Sara S.

The windshield was not cleaned of all the road bugs. We ordered a utility dolly, however when we got on site, the dolly was not loaded. I did not check the truck before we left the lot. I trusted U-Haul. Called the store, the GM said come back. I asked for mileage reimbursement, she said no. GM gave a credit for the dolly instead.FRED W U.

It takes a long time to conduct business when there is only one person at the counter then has to leave the store to hook up a trailer before I was helped. I even filled out the information on line. Was in the store for over 30 minutes when I had an appointment for pickup and arrived on time. With the lost time, I had to drop off after hours and got hit with another charge.Steven K.

For mobile reservation/check-in, a U-Haul app would be preferred to mobile browser use. Also the additional contact individuals required at mobile reservation was not clearly communicated in advance and was difficult to arrange at a moment's notice while trying to pickup my reservation. The staff is always helpful at this location. It is a shame that they only had one person handling the whole store including incoming and outgoing rentals as well as supply returns. It seemed like a lot for one person to deal with.Kelly H.

Upgrade your reservation system. It froze up when I was making the reservation and it froze up in the store when your employee was checking in another customer. It sucks. Make some investments.Jeffrey H.
I was charged for an extra day, and when i went to speak to a staff member at the location he tried to down play it. Then another staff member ended up helping me. But i was not happy on how the refund process is, they charged me the over charge refunded it and then charged me for the original charge... So now i have to wait 48 hours until it's refunded back to my account.Mariah W.
