The truck was mostly clean. The cab had a thick layer of dust across the dashboard and the interior windows dirty. But other than this one issue, the truck worked well and rental process great.Christopher M.
I only had one issue with the auto transport trailer that I reserved. I paid the extra $20 to have the uhaul representative on site connect the trailer and help me load the car. However, the representative for got to pricier and hookup the 4-wire flat connector for the trailer lights. I was not aware of this until I discovered it the next day after starting my one-way journey out of town. Other than this oversight, the rental and process was excellent.Christopher M.

Overall everything was great.. unfortunately I didn't understand the drop of for after hours.. I tried to do it on my phone has I was heading back to Georgia but had to turn around because you have to be onsite for the app the work correctly...which I didn't understand that so I lost 2 hours waiting for customer service because keys was in lockbox.. and it would not let me upload the picture I took for mileage n gas.. before I locked up the truck.. would be nice to be able to use the app without being onsite n let me upload picture...loreal H.

Our original location we were to turn our uhaul and equipment into was closed with no one in sight and we were there before our scheduled time. Then had to spend 40 minutes on hold to figure out where to return our rental.Amanda R.

I was charged for 3 days. I talked to manager Amanda Brown. She was extremely rude. I picked up trailer on Thursday 5/26. At 6:00 pm Returned 5/27 at 6:00 pm. Someone didn't check me in. I was charged for 2 days I did not use. Uhaul took it out of my account. I want my money returned.Stan N.

the number of furniture pads that I ordered online were not available when I arrived to pick them up. Checking out took twice as long as it should have. The one-way pricing was ridiculous. The number of emails and text messages from U-Haul was extremely unnecessary and ridiculous. I had no idea that the furniture pads were actually rented instead of purchased and threw them in the dumpster. I had to go back and climb into the dumpster after calling U-Haul to find out they're rented. Luckily the pads were still in the dumpster when I returned 3 days later. I hired movers so I never had to look at the pads where it's marked returnable. The U-Haul agent should have informed me that they had to be returned.janelle M.

I used the UHaul App to complete the reservation but the picture uploading was slow and took me a lot of time. When I was ready to get the key, although the App said I can skip the line, I still had to inevitably wait in line to get my key. Other than these, the service was pretty great!Yung Hsing H.

I was disappointed to be charged and overage fee considering my drop off location was moved to a different location which is why I exceeded the mileage. I have another truck reserved for June 2nd, I hope this fee can be waived under the circumstances.Michael C.
The customer service at this location was excellent! My only recommendation is that there be a lockbox to pick up keys for those who opt into mobile check-in like there is at U-Haul in other states. There was only 1 worker when we arrived in the morning so we still had to wait for them to finish with the customer in front of us to get the key because realistically no one wants to interrupt the employee in the middle of them helping someone else nor would they want to be interrupted.Jahleel H.

This survey is very specific to locations. However, the locations are not responsible for the shoddy treatment we received with our rental overall. That came by virtue of how your reservation system works (and fails customers). Advertising "guarantees" and then explaining to a customer why THEIR reservation was NOT "guaranteed" is utter failure. Delivering high quality customer service takes no more than treating others you the way you want to be treated. The way your "non-guaranteed" reservations work is purely disgraceful. We made a reservation for location "A". The night before our reservation, I had to call UHAUL (when THEY should have called me) and investigate why our rental for the next day was NOT YET confirmed, as we paid it in full the day we made the reservation. I then learned they MOVED our reservation to location "B". When we arrived at location "B" the next morning, they did NOT have our truck. After much time wasted with the local rep on the phone with someone else at UHAUL, we learn we now have to go to location "C" to pick-up our truck. When we arrive at location "C", we learn, while they do have the truck, they do NOT have a furniture dolly nor any furniture pads, which were all a part of the original reservation. To add insult to injury, they do NOT honor their $50 back guarantee, because our reservation was simply "not guaranteed". That is utter nonsense and NOT the way to treat a customer. It is a horrible way to do business.John N.

The truck I rented has engine light on. Long wait to get assisted, waited 45mins, arrived 9:45am got assisted 1030am for my 10am reservation. A truck was parked behind my rental, so i cant drive immediately, had to volunteer to move it since there were 5 people waiting and i didnt want the associate to leave the desk.
