The gentleman who helped me return the truck was awesome. He saw me pull up at exactly 3pm on Thanksgiving, the lights inside were off. He stayed a few extra moments to assist me. I was impressed with his kindness and professionalism. The lady that checked me in to pick up the truck was also very friendly and helpful. This location was clean and organized. Everything appeared well maintained. Overall a very pleasant experience even with.it being last minute and a holiday. I will absolutely use this location in the future when the need arises.

Do a walk around with and employee. Make sure the equipment is in truck. I fell in the back of the truck I rented. Broke my left hip. I got a text saying I took the dolly. It was not one in the truck.I will pay the $2.88 tomorrow. Still in hospital. Can you email me a receipt of truck, insurance I had on truck will pay at 10 am

I asked them a few days before pickup to change to a 20' and they said it's done. It wasn't and I only knew it at pickup day. Take what we give you or cancel. Another thing, they sent me to pickup the truck at a remote location far from the reservation site that is close to my home. I drove 40 minutes to be told there was no truck available and I had to call diverse numbers to get it fixed and finally went back to the original location to pickup the truck. What kind of service is that? No change, no apologies. No truck, no apologies. That sucked

Someone had gone into my storage room removed almost all items that I have in storage took the paper that items that were taken were wrapped in and I had to pay Around $181 a month for four months was told that I could not close my contract until I cleaned up the mess that I didn't make. One of the agents was extremely helpful helping me clean up the mess As I would've had a hard time cleaning it out by myself

Never will I ever recommend Sir Fix Alot Phonez LLC in Jacksonville, FL. My review isn't for the U-Haul that I picked up from on Normandy. Its about the U-Haul location I made the reservation with off Norwood and their horrible lack of communication, the lying manager, and the scheduler whom the best I can described her is as ghetto, that led me to the second U-Haul location which was ok. Entire experience was terrible. I was never made aware that the truck I reserved a week prior was not available until I drove to their facility to pick it up at 6:30 that night. Not a call nor email by anyone. The facility I was sent to was 15 miles away from me which meant I had to drive an additional 30 miles total for the truck and the $50 compensation was eaten up by that travel alone due to it being the .99 per mile timeframe.

I would recommend it ONLY if the employees listed below were still there, if the restroom was well-maintained and if there were more carts. Terrible customer service from the majority of previous employees, especially the managers for the past 15+ years. These employees have been consistently EXCELLENT: Kaitlyn Lucontro, Mike Henson, Jarod Floyd, Beth and I can't remember his name, tall, clean shaven, short hair, Caucasian man, I think in his 40s. The number of carts has been decreasing in the past several years from 7 or 8 down to 3. In the last few years, the restroom has very often been out of paper products or out of order.

It was fantastic that I could access the facility 24 hours a day when I was working overnights. This is a super busy location and I loved being able to come in late at night and not worry about lots of people or being able to find a cart to pull stuff out as needed.

No trolly in my truck Has was lower than what it was placed. I had to pay for fuel I didn't use. I couldn't access my storage unit, because my pin did not work. Someone else had to let me in, and then there was no lock. So I had to leave my unit unlocked while I went and found a lock. Terrible experience.
