This is not a professional environment. Staff eating while handling customers, derogatory remarks by staff to customers, equipment not cleaned, store entrance and exit is cluttered and confusing, and customer parking is further away from entrance than employee parking. The flow of the parking lot is hard to negotiate. As an example, people have to come to the office to do the paperwork and there's not many places to park. So you're forced to park over by the maintenance garage and that's difficult to manage.eric H.

Personally test drive the 6 x 12 box trailer and touch some uneven pavement or potholes at 70 miles an hour to see how the towing vehicle reacts, it tended to throw me from side to side and almost drives me off the road.Paul S.

The company software is slow and resulted in 45 minute check-out time to pay. The cargo van we rented was in poor condition (no horn, air bag needed servicing, bumper coming off). I was told to use the app and take photos â€" but that didn't work either. Fortunately, because my previous two attempts to rent a truck were unsuccessful, I received the $50 guarantee twice. Thus, I received $100 and paid about $60 including gas. I don't know why Uhaul isn't bankrupt yet. But I'd this is the way you run the business, you soon will be.Gwen B.

Service suck.. actually spoke to the manager of this location Kaitlyn lucontro and she was worse than the customer service rep thats under her supervision.. made one phone call for me didn't wait on hold hung up and left me sitting in the same spot for over 45 mins just to walk right pass me and ask did I call the other uhaul back told her I did and they requested her a manager to get down to the bottom of the issue and just went to help other customers.. everybody in here is complaining about the wait and the service whoever is the owner of this location need to fired everybody literally not one person ask did I need help and the one person that ask me did I need help said hold on I'm off the clock and didn't see them eitherâ€¦ no stars highly don't recommendLatinah G.

Good service except when I returned the trailer, one of the employees told me to go ahead and put it in a certain spot and walked off. Therefore leaving me to unhook the trailer myself. I had a reservation for a 10' truck but the location apparently didn't have one so they gave us a 20' and told us they would give us the 10' rate. However when we returned the truck I was charged for a truck I didn't need at a higher rate. The contactless pick up and drop off experience was awful. Web page kept timing out, when we entered the return trip odometer it kept telling me that it was lower than what was put in when I picked up. Which I didn't enter, uhaul did. The single worst experience I've ever had at any business. We booked a usual to help a new employee move from Tampa. Arranged reservation through call center and they said we were all set with payment using our corporate credit card. Employee arrive to pick up uhaul and now they needed actual credit card. I went down there and now they wouldn't take it because corporate credit card was not under my name - the story goes on and on. The office manager messed up my UBox order on this past Saturday 4-17-21. It caused me and my packers time before payment could be received. I have a problem with this facilities rules of no receipt of payments of monies paid in advance and the contract is cancelled 2 weeks before the end of the month. It's like being robbed having to pay for services not rendered. It upset me greatly. I am going to another Uhaul in another state and they would not even give me my money to credit them.
