Your questions seem to relate to the indoor storage facility, while I had the unheated outdoor 25' x 8' unit. But the people were always available and friendly. I rented for 5 months as I was transferring home items from Pa. to Indiana. Would use this location again without hesitation.

Don't only put 63 miles on a 2day rental. Don't say I can drop it off an hour later than the return time without being charged more and then charge me for a while extra day. Clean out the trucks before the next person rents the truck. Absolutely disgusted by the service this company has given me. Will never rent from UHAUL again.

Freakin Awesome!

I returned the trailer and was offered no assistance in unhooking. The attendant told me to park the trailer and he would check in later. I was the only customer there. I had trouble unhooking and he never offered to help.

Well I have to pay extra because the gentleman put round trip only 35. We told him it was 35 miles one way. Other than the extra charge it was PERFECT.......

Check the oil level BEFORE renting the truck. I had to stop and add 2 qts. of oil when the low oil light came on!

When a customer reserves. A truck st a particular location a week in advance make sure the truck is available. I had to go to another location which was out if my way and time consuming when I needed that time to be moving.

Be sure to make sure its clean and not dirty and look truck over for damage.. I had to look over it my self and found a hand full of things that was not even looked at.. That I would have been charged for if I had not said something.. And the whole back was a mess with mud and dirt..

I went to get my stuff out of storage and all my stuff was covered in green mold ruined my reclining sofa and love seat home made hutch and shelves and alot of other stuff im very disappointed in the customer service when i told them about it and told them there was a leak and mold was on all walls.

I had a reservation to pick up a trailer at 9:00 a.m. When I got there the place was closed. I called the number, no answer, I left a voice mail message, no return call. After waiting until 10:00 a.m. I called the Uhaul located on the east side of Richmond IN along us 40. Sarah graciously helped me resolve my issue. I was able to take the trailer, however it was full of roofing debris.

Staff was wonderful, very helpful and went the extra mile to help us unload a a very heavy item.

The National Road East people in Richmond IN (Sara in particular) went above and beyond after I had a horrible experience with the Pardo's uhaul location in Richmond IN.

Uhaul also contracted Rags to Riches moving men. I was very well pleased with the two gentlemen that came to move us. The only problem we had was getting the Payment Code for the movers to get paid. Everytbing else was great, thanks.

We citizens that are required via job promotions, downsizing, moves to be closer to family and for both temporary and long-term storage of furnishings, are so fortunate to have the U-Haul Storage and truck organization, Inc in convenient locations in the states that I and my family have needed....always true to their word in all the many aspects of our moves. Vehicles are always in good and clean condition... stores always amply supplied, clean, safe with staffs that are pleasant, concerned, smart and reassuring us that they will do all they can to make our needs met. A GREAT, DEPENDABLE, PROFESSIONAL, CARING business that has for YEARS taken EXCELLENT care of my belongings while in your storage. Never a complaint from me or my immediate family....and I am still using your services! THANK YOU U-HAUL!!!

It was very difficult to get a ballpark pick up and delivery time for my UHaul U Box. Staff and Customer Serivce was helpful, but it's gotta get better and providing a ballpark delivery time. Even if it's as simple as morning or afternoon. The only thing broken was one picture. The glass cracked. Also, quite a few stink bugs which weren't in there when I packed the UBox

The last staff I had was great! The young man showed me the unit (trailer) and made sure everything was hooked up right. - This time, the older woman says, "It's out in the back lot.. just match the numbers.." Same for the return. It had an appl. dolly and a big bag of blankets in it which I didn't use but returned. It also had a tail light out. I'm still moving so, not only would I NOT recommend, I really don't want that poor of service for myself. You really need to make the kid manager if you want customers.

SARAH was such a pleasant surprise as my family was having a sudden crisis and had to move quickly; she was very informative about uhaul options. We were very stressed and Im sure we weren't an easy group to help;but she made the experience less stressful as I could feel her empathy for our situation. Still waiting on a call from the manager after being told i’d receive a call back twice now. Our brand new appliances & furniture were covered with mouse droppings and there were mouse traps placed throughout so they very well knew they had a problem. We did not receive one phone call stating there was ever an issue. They also got our move out date incorrect because we moved out well over a month ago & the lady from customer service said “I’ll take care of it & let them know you are Moved out.” A whole mess.

Trailer pulled easy, easy to hook up. Doing the check in online was quick and easy saving time and having spend time in the store.

This site is always helpful and goes overboard to take care of the customer. I've had a hitch installed here, I've rented trucks, Trailers, trucks and trailers. Go here they will take care of you!!

Everyone was helpful friendly and pleasant

The cab was nasty. The cup holders were very nasty, the inside of the windows were filthy. The steering wheel was sticky also.

I paid 87.00 For a truck and estimated 40 miles (and did not even go the 40 miles and ended up paying over the amount I originally paid!

Mice pellets were all over my belongings in the storage facility despite there being rodent traps.

The staff at this facility were always helpful and friendly. My only reason for the average rating is because both units leaked and had some water in it. I only found it as I was moving out. When I told the staff, they were extremely helpful and said they would notify other renters affected. In all fairness, they had no way of knowing until the unit was opened.

I loved the three day bundle. Free milage and free month of storage. All I wanted was a truck. U-Haul gave me a deal tho. Thank you.
