Customer service manager and associate were extremely slow it shouldn't take 30plus minutes on a already reserved equipment and no other customers in line
First, I was very frustrated because this was the second site I had to go to pick up a trailor because I had problems with the hitch I had added by a Uhaul provider on Spring Cypress. The problem was with the light grounding on a new hitch brace. Improvements could be made on training the installers on making sure the grounding is the right connection. With the new hitch brace, the paint was causing improper or lack off contact with the ground. This was checked by 2 employees at the Spring Cypress location. Another improvement could be on the equipment used to test the connections. Luckily, the right person, he goes by Q, was at the Antoine location to find out what the problem was. Again, all this was very frustrating and it delayed me leaving for a day. Another improvement, could be to have personnel check the equipment for rusted parts and to make sure the trailers or other equipment is suitable for using. Another improvement could be on training employees to call the customer as soon as possible when their trucks or trailers are ready. At the Spring Cypress location, I had to call to check if my truck was ready with the new hitch installed.
Nothing, everything was great from reservation to pick up to return.
The mobile check in cause I was having issues checking in the truck when I was returning it...it was saying I had no rental nor reservation in the system, I was in the parking lot for a good 10-15 minutes trying to figure out why I couldn't check in the truck.
Have someone from the store to go and check truck for accurate mileage and gas before leaving the premises
I had a reservation for 1:00pm, it was well past 2:30 when I was able to drive out. Trailer had trash and blankets from prior move. Staff was friendly, just unorganized, said they did not have a trailer at first, then all of a sudden found one.

Location forgot to provide the 24 furniture pads I requested on my order. When I realized I didn't get them after receiving the truck, I called the location and they told me they forgot to give them to me and they would take the pads off the order. However, when I arrived at my destination to drop off the truck, the pads were still listed on the order and had to be removed. The first truck I received broke down within 20 minutes of receiving the truck and a replacement truck had to be arranged through roadside assistance. I called the location first to see if I could get a replacement truck and they said there was nothing they could do, however roadside assistance located two trucks at the same facility, one of which they used to swap out with the broken truck. Overall, the Antoine location seems subpar both in customer service and follow through.
My experience at this location was poor. The truck that was given to me was not on a full tank of gas and the truck would not change gear correctly and also could possibly need a wheeling alignment. Honestly I feel like I was over charged even though I dropped the truck off the same night on a full tank of gas.
The young lady, that help me was very professional and had knowledge of her job. The storage containers was nice and clean. I would recommend family and friends to visit this facility. con
I returned the trailer on time. The person checking in said that I was good to go. Apparently he forgot to check the trailer in and now I'm charged 2 extra days.
The staff at the 11202 Antoine, Houston, TX location were operating under difficult circumstances beyond their control on 01/02/21. Someone had stolen several of their light hookups from the trailers. Nevertheless, they remained calm and professional, and even went above and beyond to be accommodating. Shenita, James and Julyo are all customer-oriented and are definitely assets to your organization.

Have everyone be trained by the young lady who waited on me when I picked up my rental. She went off her way to ensure all my needs were met, that I understood everything that i was signing and was required to do to return the rental equipment!!!

I had the worse experience at this location one of your employees was trying to over charge me at the time of return plus he got out of hand almost to physical altercation I WANT TO ESCALATE THIS ISSUE .. the manager at this location didn't do anything absolutely anything to make this problem a customer service satisfaction
The original car dolly that i had been assigned was in need of repair, needed new tires the ones had been very worn out but fortunately and on top of that the ratcheting mechanism to tie down the wheels did not work even when the Uhaul personnel tried to get it to work because they are exposed to rain and heat this equipment is dying for better maintenance and lubrication. Fortunately had no problem with the second assigned trailer.Front desk was very corteous and helpful.Thanks.
The young lady that helped me was very helpful and gave me good information on what to do. Very helpful and I appreciated it thanks to her very much
My Uhaul experience was great! Although they didn't have the size truck I wanted they provided me with one I was able to use. My only recommendation would be to have all size trucks available at all times!
Process cancellation refunds much quicker 2-3 days is reasonable.
Your staff was courteous and very helpful. The atmosphere was friendly, Efficient, and the employees were eager to help.

I found that one of the trailer tires had a male in it with a slow air leak. I requested for roadside service, but it was going to be 4 hours before someone can get to me. That would be the only concern I have other than that the rental experience was just fine.
You guys already do the maximum, service quality is amazing.
Make sure your windows are clean so that they can be seen through at night spent an extra 5.00 at a car wash just to see through them and not sure why it was another 100.00

The crew Sunday was terrible , it felt like we were bothering them , like we were in the way of their little “ get together “ and it wasn't a welcoming or professional customer service feeling , my truck needed an adapter plug for the harness and the associate asked “you don't have the right plug , it's not gonna work , so you gonna get one or what†just like that , the overall feeling was they wanted us out so they could get back to whatever they were doing . On the other hand , Monday's crew was great , extremely friendly and polite , very welcoming atmosphere and overall acted way more professional than the people from Sunday I cannot recommend this location , uhaul has always been a good place overall but sundays crew at this location made us feel very unwelcome . They need to get retrained , it's should feel like we matter , not like we walk into someone's lunch break and we're bothering them . I only put average for the location because of mondays crew , because i really wanted to put poor

The trailer door would get stuck open taking an hour and 2 others help to get it closed. Also caused me to be late returning the trailer which added fees. Not cool!
Agent Shenita was the most courteous and professional customer service worker. She was extremely kind to me renting and returning equipment.
Could have been excellent but.. The employees were not wearing masks and when I asked they said they don't have to wear it. Then I was asked to remove my mask to take a picture. I said no.
1. I came to this location with a reservation for a pickup truck and utility trailer at around 10am. Once the check-in process was complete I was told that the truck needed to be back by 6:15PM the same day. I asked why and was told that the reservation I had said 6:15PM as the return time, when I asked to change it to later in the day or possibly the next day I was told I would be charged for an additional day. This is absurd considering that the prices advertised are for a 24 HOUR PERIOD. Why should I pay the same as someone who holds the truck for 24 hours, when I have to return it in 8? Just because of an estimated return time on the reservation? Further more, the store closes at 5PM. So what does it matter if the truck is returned at 6:15PM or 10PM? NO ONE WILL BE USING IT IN THE MEANTIME. I guess the solution is to always tell Uhaul that you plan on using the 24 HOUR rental for 24 HOURS. 2. Prior to the check in being complete, I asked if the pickup truck came with a trailer hitch, seeing as how I'm renting a utility trailer. I was told they do not come with a trailer hitch. I asked if I could purchase a trailer hitch to use, and was told that the pickup trucks cannot be used to tow a trailer. I'm not joking. They were about to rent me a pickup truck and a utility trailer, knowing that they wouldn't allow the truck to pull the trailer. When I asked why, I was told that it was the owners decision because too many people flipped the trailers. I don't believe the excuse whatsoever, but in either case, people wreck cars all the time, why rent vehicles in the first place? The truck had all the necessary equipment to connect a trailer, but no, not allowed. Uhaul has proven time and time again to be run by incompetent mouth breathers. And this location is no different.
The charge per mile is outrageous but it is what it is. Next time I'll probably check out budget to compare see their prices.
Actually i was charged per mile also when i asked the clerk she said she don't know for today but yesterday 100 miles were free. I drove less then 25 miles and was charged. I don't care though...

9/22 I rented a van from this location. Severe rain and flooding made it difficult to document the condition of the van. I drove roughly 60-70 miles in the van. No issues or accidents. Upon the return the following day, I received a bill for 700$ . I was told that I drove 1300 + miles within the 24 hours of having the van. Confused and concern about feeding my kids , I begged and pleaded for them to check the gps tracker on the van. I was told that this would be done but no promises were made about the erroneous mileage. As of now, U-haul is pursuing this payment. People!!!! Always protect yourself when renting these U-hauls. They literally can take food off of your family's plate using scams just like this.

Employee disconnecting the trailer had an attitude and was not interested in hearing about my problems with the trailer.
First representative I spoke to on the phone did not save my reservation When I came to to the store to pickup another representative did a really good job considering my information wasn't in the computer
problem. i told the sale clerk that i needed a trailer to move a motobike. i didnt realize that the ramp on the trailer did not fold down to the ground until i got to my destination.

The staff i spoke with was very helpful and polite. She answered every question i ask her and was very acknowledgeable about everything. All of my concerns was taking very good care of.
Employee’s customer service was outstanding! Very helpful and patient going over all questions I had on operating the vehicle.
I must say that the staff was always helpful. I will definitely recommend this location to others.

I have used Uhaul every time for my moving and storage needs never Brent any where else but is has to be the sorest experience I have ever had with Uhaul I was lied to by two different employees on two different occasions which costed me more money on some thing that I did not need or benefited from was not until I that the the store manager did I know that I had done spent my money and could not get it back even after she verified with the employe nothing changed also called for two days talking to different managers to help resolve the issue nothing was done and I lost money biggest ripoff I have ever experienced in my life

I had a spare tire stolen from there, I had a security gate drop on my travel trailer and cause 5000.00 damage and recently I had my entire travel trailer stolen and no one really seemed to care .

Customer service was very slow and unclear of what they were doing.
I've been out of my unit #1050 at this location since November 2018 and yet I still get Bill's on the unit. They have cut my lock off at least once in the short time I had it and had to replace it.
Our only issue was with the accounting department. We mailed checks to make the payments monthly and at least 3 times the checks were lost. Someone needs to be more responsible with customer check
The people were really nice and helpful, only problem was the computer system didn't want to give me back my deposit. They kept at it till it did. Nice storage unit, exactly what I needed.

I was moving out my storage and thought I would need a storage for my daughter's things I didn't think they would fit on the truck so I paid for a unit we never used I asked for a refund but was told
staff don't greet customer when enter building.
Even though I called earlier in the week to set an appointment for unloading my box, staff was still unprepared when I got there. Also, management did not know ubox policy nor my box's arrival date.
The cashier wasn't friendly.. she didn't even tell me thank you at the end of the transaction.
