It was about 5 degrees and snowing w a wind chill of -15 to 20! The employees (heat broken in the store). We're energetic and amazing. They went out and shocked around the trailer. They used a blower to blow the snow of the trailer. They were awesome especially w the weather. Great group!!!

Just want to acknowledge “Hanna” She's always busy or ready to help. Professional yet friendly personality, in person and on phone. I always enjoy seeing her on duty when I get there.

Ordering on line was a waste of time, they still had to go through drivers lic and more questions, and then tried to give me a enclosed trailer rather than an open one that I had ordered. To much smoking and joking, needs supervision.

Kept charging my card weekly 500 and getting payment but they saying I owe a balance from November, which is wrong because they kept renting to me. Iv paid over $5,000 since November 24th and saying I still owe more??? I have bank statements to prove they have charged me every week. They tack on extra charges they cant explain. When we contact corporate they just say the same thing. They are ripping us off. Their customer service is not very good either!!!

Seemed like a well run facility. Simple to pull in and drop off. Staff was readily available. Great experience!

The check in after closing time was a big hassle using the mobile app having to take pictures and stuff I did not like that needs to be streamlined

Great staff, easy rental. Definitely recommend just going inside to complete your pick up - the "self check in" process via mobile device is very clunky and frankly doesn't work. The great staff made up for that - would definitely recommend this location!

Fast and friendly. Truck was ready to go and the gentleman working were very helpful with helping me get boxes and a dolly.

The only issue I had was the snow in the truck. We had to clean all the snow out of the back of the truck before we could move some furniture. The rest of the experience was delightful and all the guys were pleasant and helpful. Thank you for making our move easy.

Always were always dirty and smelled like cat P. All of our items got moldy in that facility. We have to move our stuff got ruined. We were told it was climate controlled. After we noticed our stuff getting mall day we realized it wasn’t. We were like Too

The chains on the tow dolly were off the ground when I left but were only through the ring one time so the movement of the vehicle caused the chain to shift and drag a majority on the asphalt causing sparks. I adjusted them before traveling in the south western regions of US where fire danger is high

The Van was absolutely horrid smelling due to Cigarette smoke, 19.95/day in town plus fees&mileage... Total scam. I got charged 3 days when I had it for 2 barely put mileage on it and ended up with an almost $140 bill. YEP.. good business practice. I won't be renting again.

APPLIANCE DOLLY AND FURNITURE PADS WERE NOT IN TRUCK. DIDN'T HAVE AN APPLIANCE DOLLY AT ALL WHEN I HAD RESERVED ONE.

Pick up was fine

The return process was quick and easy. We were in and out in 5 min. The person that checked us in was friendly and experienced. Very pleasant rental experience from pickup to drop off. Thank You, Bill.

Very friendly customer support! The employees helped me obtain my uhaul in the most time efficient manner. I was let down at a previous location that "lost" my reservation so I was referred to this location at North Glenstone. All I can say is, I was very pleased to receive flawless support.

I had problems with the online drop-off process; may need to be corrected for easier use.

Focus on the customer and not what benefits you

My only concern is that when I originally made a reservation online it indicated a price of .59/mile charge but I was instead charged $1.19/mile. I don't understand the change. I only rented the 10 ft truck which online was supposed to be .59/ mile; the 15 ft truck was quoted at .79/ mile and the 20 ft truck was quoted at $1.19/mile. I would like to see you honor your quotes. And I would like to be refunded the extra .60 X 30 miles= $18. Thank you for your attention.

I have rented from this location a number of times in the last 6 months. Very easy. Very good service. Good vehicles. Even easier when I started reserving trucks online using my phone.

One time we ran into people that were sleeping in their storage. It made it a little uncomfortable to access our storage.

Every thing was perfect I booked a truck online when I went to pick it up the staff was very friendly and efficient .i got in the truck and was on the road in a matter of minutes. Returned the truck early and put more gas in the tank then was expected and got a $14 discount. Excellent experience I would recommend to anyone and I will be using u haul again in the near future. Thanks so much all the staff at u haul on commercial and glenstone in Springfield Missouri. Have a very blessed day !

Everything I owned was ruined and the staff was by far the worst people I've have ever dealt with in my life. I will be very outspoken about how choosing uhaul to move and to store my belongings was the worst decision I have made in decades!!

Truck was clean and reliable. The car hauler had one tire with no tread left. Thankfully, it lasted until we arrived to our destination. It could had been a disaster. Glad the employee in Wickenburg caught it.

Van was not ready for pickup at scheduled time. Vehicle was returned in under an hour and charged overage for the 30 minutes it took to check in

My experience was fantastic I would have gave a 5 star if not for someone not doing their job when I called and had my storage unit canceled, instead I got a late notice and I had to call again! Only to wait on the phone for over an hour again! before resolving this issue to which I again had to wait for an employee to do their job properly at this site before it got resolved. When we got the storage unit, the young workers at the desk were more than helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service.

The bathroom in the building where my storage unit was need some tending to. The toilet needed cleaning. There wasn't toilet paper ready on the dispenser. And, the roll of paper towels was on top of the dispenser, instead of being install in the device. Which means a person has to handle the whole thing, to get a piece of paper to dry hands. In this time of Covid-19, this public bathroom could have been a little cleaner and ready to go. It was just a matter of a little neglect. That is all. I really liked all the staff i interacted with. And the building and the unit I had was impeccable. The bathrooms just need looking after. Maybe hire a janitorial service to check on them daily?!?!

Simply out, I am a truck driver, and I just needed a locker for a month while I was in the middle of switching to a new truck. I was not able to get to the office during normal business hours and replied to an email stating the locker was empty with the date to which it was empty. I now show a past due for a locker I am not using. This is the only and real problem I have. I did try to call on a couple of occasions with no answer. This is the only problem I had, but seems a serious enough one.

Staff is awesome.

Once again, when I went into the office to cancel my storage, 2 employees did not have masks on. When they saw me , they put them on, but kept taking them on and off. It was better, but still unsafe. Once again, Samuel helped me and he had his mask on at all times and was great.

The trash receptacles were in need of emptying as well as the parking lot required clean up.

I checked out online. 2 days later I waited 30 minutes on hold on the phone to verify that they received it and that someone would finish processing the check out. A week later and no one had finished it so I was racking up charges on my account. I finally had to drive over to get someone to check it out. That’s ridiculous.

I was very disappointed by the lack of posting specific to the requirement of masks within the business which includes public areas within storage. So, I organized myself for a move out and arranged at times early and late when others were not present.

I am appalled that you are not requiring your employees to wear a mask. I felt so unsafe during the reservation process. Most of the customers and 2 out of 4 employees were not masked. UHaul should step up and require masks for employees and customers. Very disappointed and if I was not desperate, I would not have used this facility. I will not recommend or use UHaul again.

I love this place. Very friendly staff. I was in a hurry to.

I only stayed with Uhaul for two months due to the inefficiency of the facility and staff. I set up an automatic draw which never worked. I was locked out of the building and my unit at least three times. I was sent two late fees although I had already paid. The staff could not fix the problem although they did try. I gave up being able to use my storage unit so I transferred to another company.

There’s no light in the unit or outside. So at night was very hard to see. Also there was no gate at all around the units. Was small and the cost was 109.00 a month for small place. It was vinbient at the time. But it wasn’t economical. The guys that worked inside were friendly n very helpful when I left. The phone person and the one doing email kept sending me late fees n payment due at the time And I was already moved out

I wish I knew that the storage units were only accessible from 5am-10pm. I assumed it was 24 hour access as your given a pin code to enter. Worked all day have to be out of my place 11am so I packed up my suv to make two trips to the storage and have everything done the night before and arrived at 11pm to find out I can access it so had to drive home and wait. Outside of that great place

Had I known there was no elevator to access the second floor, I never would have used this facility. It is difficult to push items up and down very steep ramp.

I understand the need for so many phone numbers and addresses upon pick up but to have to go through the same process of 3 numbers and 2 addresses upon drop off is a little extreme. At least save the info from pick up. It is being dropped off; I shouldn't need to donate the blood of a virgin too.

We messed up at first. We reserved online...... then we got there and got to look at it in person.....and it was too small. The lady working was happy to help us find a bigger unit. The only thing I think could use a redo.....is the 1st part of your ramp.....it was like pushing humans up the big hill of a roller coaster. Some of the cars do not steer well enough to handle that. Otherwise we love it.

I had to have a craniotomy on Feb 6th, once surgeons got in, they found I had 3 brain tumors, not 1. I got behind and John helped me. I will never forget his generosity. Thank you so much!!

I occupied two storage units for over 4 years. Staff was helpful and friendly. Really clean, secure and safe environment. Uhaul made exceptional effort to ensure that vacating was quick and smooth.

This place kept having flea problems repeatedly. Kept informing them of it and they said they took care of it. Also, employees would tell us one thing while another a different thing.

I was very happy with all the services! Everyone I dealt with has been courteous and has exceeded my expectations. I would recommend UHaul in the future every time! Thank you for your professionalism

The customer service is excellent but a climate controlled building shouldn't be colder than it is outside

Parking lot flood lights do not come on until 8:20pm so lot is dark for about 3 hrs every night. I did not feel safe accessing outside storage unit after office closed until lot lights came on.

The fellow who helped me was outstanding. However, they were real busy and did not have enough help. Several people were waiting too long for service. Checking in trucks was taking way too long.

We got charged a $30 late fee, even though we were told that the fee was going to be taken off our bill, it never did. When asked if the $30 can be credited to our card on file the manager told us no.

Tyler was the UHaul representative we dealt with at this location and he was wonderful to deal with.

Kenneth Taylor and Deanna were always very helpful. I appreciate all they did.

The storage at U-haul is great the climate control is wonderful cause it was a hot day when we moved in. Plus they provided charts to help bring things in which was absolutely helpful.

Entire process was nightmare. Starting from 1 hr wait to get unit to staff member who said he couldn’t answer questions bc he’s new & GM wasn’t available.. then Unit wasn’t truck accessible-cancel!

Construction made it a little difficult to park near the temporary office and wait times were a little long due to only 2 computers available.
