Original pick up location did not have my trailer that had been reserved because customer that had it had not returned the trailer at the time he was suppose to. I had a 9:00 am reservation, I got there at 8:54 am and was told by the clerk I was early and the trailer had not been returned. She said that U-Haul likes to have a 30 minute window between returns and pick ups which means my reservation should have been 9:30 am according to U-Haul rules. I had to drive to another location further than originally planned, road construction is in progress in the area where I was sent which is a little hard to get to. Drop off location was a breeze, nice and easy.

You can insure it shifts out of third gear correctly, it was extremely unpleasant to operate and we felt we would not be able to complete the trip. I have rented from this location previously and never had these problems

RAMON R.Here's the problem: 1201 N Chaparral was not the location that I was supposed to pick up the U-Haul at? I went to the location which was in the contract and THEY DID NOT HAVE A VEHICLE FOR ME, as scheduled and reserved. A vehicle was confirmed, according to emails that I received and one was NOT at the original location that I drove to. This cause a delay, inconvenience, undue stress and a late start to our trip. Fortuntately, the N Chaparral location had the equipment that we needed. In general, U-Haul seems to need bettor organization. No one at the Pick-up location walked around the vehicle with me to insure that the vehicle was in good operating order before I left the lot.

Sooo to get to my locker its up a flight if stairs take 5 steps go down 2 steps take 2 steps go up 2 steps so theres no way to get a cart to my storage locker!! This is extremely inconvenient.
