I would feel more valued if I were asked if I need assistance with identifying the knobs or to be escorted to the vehicle and have certain buttons and features pointed out and explained, rather than trying to figure out "where is" and "how to set" the cruise while enroute, for example. I am glad that my sales representative and the return van inspector were pleasant to do business with and the young man who came out to clean the van, was the icing on the cake. He was unbelievably well mannered and attentive for someone his age. I was blown away by his "old fashioned" kindness. Thanks U-Haul.DEBRA W.

First - your furniture dollies are a bit of a joke, they haven't changed in 20 years and assuming that, I went out of my way and purchased my own $150 dolly, and thank God I did, because the ones you provide in the truck don't even come with straps, so they would have been quintessentially useless. Second, particularly for new customers who pick up a truck from this location, it would be wise to explain how to use the lock as well as how to manually disable the tow/haul mode in the truck (or at least bring their attention to the sticker on the dashboard), when I picked up the truck, nobody gave me a walk-through or even offered one, and I ended up driving halfway home with an empty truck with the tow/haul mode still on, only realizing too late why acceleration was being throttled. Making a few key adjustments on the equipment pickup process will help ensure a consistently satisfactory customer experience..Christopher H.

i would use this location again but this was the first in not sure how many trucks i have rented from there that was a scary truck.. The lineament was off very bad. When you hit the brake it accolated then slowed down. The truck scared me the way it would pull to one side when you got above 30 mph. over all the place on Morse rd. is excellent in helping you get what you need and how long you need it. I was not greeted when I entered, the representative didn't seem I think they really wanted to help out much. Overall the service was fine. The truck was not excellent, it smelled a bit like smoke. also the brakes were exceptionally soft weather loaded or unloaded. And the truck shook very violently whether unloaded or loaded between 25 and 40 miles an hour, like it was hitting very large potholes however the roads were completely smooth.DAVID F.
