Mobile website for check in has been down both times I have attempted to use to check in after hours. Morse Road Key drop is unlike other Uhaul locations. Website shows an orange box, but it's slot in door that I spent 20 minutes looking for.JOHN B.

I had problems with the online retention process . When I tried to do it it said I didn't have a reservation therefore nothing to return. Lucky that I was able to get back in the morning before my return time and not get a double charge. The 24 hour hotmail rang for 30 minutes before it dropped the call. Not much help there. The people at the Morse Road location are great and help you out.Steve W.

I reserved a truck and specifically said pick up would be 8:00. The clerk said no problem we open at 7:00. The day before I was to pick up my truck Uhaul called me and said that my truck would be ready at 10. I challenged this and after 1 hour of waiting and going back and forth, I got my truck delivered. Then with the car carrier I was told I could not attach it in attach it. This meant I had load the truck and wait 45 minutes I. The store to have the trailer attached. Then I was told that when I got to my destination I would have to stop at a uhaul to unload my car. The uhaul we were sent to was closer for the weekend. I ended up taking the car off and unattaching the trailer myself. After we unloaded I reattached the trailer. When we got to the uhaul at 4:50 the lady with pink hair said they were closed and I would have to check out online. She was very direct which came across gruff and rude. It was clear she was done with her shift This whole experience was pretty sad. I would definitely look for a different company based on this experienceMICHAEL S.

I was charged for a extra dolly and only got one dolly. It's shown in the picture I took when returning that there was only one returned.ROBERT J.
Employees were polite and patient. They clearly explained steps and charges. There were plenty of supplies on hand. There was adequate spacing and plexiglas separation between stations. One customer came in without a mask, and an employee asked him to put on a mask (said he didn't have one) or at least pull up his collar. I do wish you sent emails or text to confirm that I had checked in and provided photos of driver's licenses. I could only see that at my account online. Thanks.Mark W.

I thought I would be able to access the 24/7 for picking up the truck but I had to wait in line for over 30 minutes to get the truck. The lady that assisted me was very nice and knowledgeable but it would have been nice to avoid the lines which would have also made her job easier. When I first walked in on Saturday morning I was about 6 or 8 deep in line and thought here we go, BUT this location was well staffed and I was only in line for about 10-15 minutes before it was my turn and extremely pleased at the ease and efficiency of the check-in process. The only thing better was bringing the vehicle back it took maybe 5 minutes to check it in and be on my way. Well the truck was honestly junk for only 18,000 miles on it. Nothing you can do about the fact that people abuse and put major wear and tear on a truck that is designed for moving. I get that, but it was filthy and definitely not worth the money that I spent to rent it.GREGORY L.

The storage was smaller than I anticipated and had holes in ceiling. I secured the storage unit on-line. I wasn't sure of how to access the area and the instructions listed were not clear enough for me. I would have asked someone at the counter, but there were always several people in line to be waited on so I talked to employees outside and they were very helpful.
