The after hours key drop off needs to be more clearly marked. The signage photo displayed on the app, does not resemble the door slot at the front and the green signage there blends in with the other signs. Bright orange with a big arrow for the weary movers would be most helpful!SUSAN B.
Could not remove the key from the ignition once the vehicle was turned off. It required a lot of work and jiggling the ignition switch for several minutes to finally remove the key. Once rained started and the wipers were turned on, the passenger side wiper blade disengaged from the wiper arm. I had to put the blade back into the wiper arm to be able to use the wipers. Both situations caused frustration and should not have happened. I was also charged $32.20 for gas for 34 miles driven which seems excessive. Please explain the charge given the other aggravations I encountered.John K.

The self service option was complicated and I was not advised of additional verification ahead of showing up. The customer service reps at the inside desk couldn't help and weren't friendly. It's rare that I see more thoroughly broken web infrastructure, with maybe the sole exception of state government websites that I strongly suspect are designed to be broken. The only complain I have is that the phone app didn't work to pick up the vehicle so I had to wait in line. I kept getting kicked out of the app, and then 20 minutes after my pickup time I got an invite from the app with the apparent info I needed. But the staff was very helpful and the truck was in good shape.Scott M.

They switched locations for the pickup and the truck the day before the pickup date. They forgot the dolly and gave me the wrong truck so I was unable to complete any online check ins. I was also charged an extra day for the rent, but I actually turned in the vehicle a day early and have not been refunded for this mistake. Absolutely awful experience and will never use them again.David R.

I was able to get a truck on short notice for a reasonable price. The truck was clean and ready to go. Staff were accomodating. Pick up was easy. Tip is to go at opening. Drop off was also quick. Next time I will try the mobile pick up and drop off option. Will definitley rent from here again.Nicole S.

Had a confirmed reservation for a smaller truck at a different location but was changed to a larger truck at this location. The run around dealing with the change was not good but I was able to move what I needed to move on the day I had reserved so it worked out, If I had known the original truck wouldn't be available I would have scheduled the bigger truck a day earlier.Jerry E.

I was advised to bring the truck Back the way the gas was i did That and they tried to advise I needed to pay extra 17 because it was not on full. When i received the truck it was not on full. The man tried to say he told me about another link but when i asked Him about the link if i needed To do it he said no. The service at the location was great. However, UHaul changed the pick up location twice, each time being farther from where I needed to use the equipment. The most recent change was the day before I was scheduled to pick up the equipment. This added travel time and mileage (i.e., cost), as well as having to reschedule the people who were helping me. This is not good customer service. I have to worry that UHaul will make changes at the last moment that will disrupt my plans.Darryl H.

the women that worked there had NASTY ATTITUDES, and i didnt appreciate that. i drove 15 hours and had to go to three uhaul places because i was misdirected. when i got there i was frustrated and tired and the lady got an attitude with me and was rude beyond belief and kept rolling her eyes. i have never experienced this EVER. i will not refer nobody to this location because these racist white ladies did not represent uhaul the right way and i cant wait to move to get my things out the storage id rather go to the parsons location.RUDY B. | First Impressions
The facilities were in great condition, HOWEVER, I made a reservation a week in advance for a truck and storage unit for my mothers belongings, however when I got there and provided a reservation number the clerk told me she didn't show that and not sure why and how someone scheduled that unit because she can't find it! My mother has medical issues and this situation put me and her in a bad position. The clerk found a smaller unit (saying it was their only unit left) which put us in a different position as we couldn't store ALL of mom's belongings! I didn't have options as the movers were on the way so I had to accept and unfortunately, mom lost a couple of items because of this UHAUL SNAFU! The storage was smaller than I anticipated and had holes in ceiling. I secured the storage unit on-line. I wasn't sure of how to access the area and the instructions listed were not clear enough for me. I would have asked someone at the counter, but there were always several people in line to be waited on so I talked to employees outside and they were very helpful.
