Very poor service. I reported wrong mileage and gas level on the contract. The guy at the front said you upload your picture on the website that he texted me. I did right away. I booked the truck for 5 hours (7-12pm). I reached the store at 7am; and got the truck at 7:30am and I returned at 11:00 am. While returning same guy said that leave the truck in parking lot and he will issue the receipt later. I said someone should inspect the truck for mileage, gas level and for any accidents. He said no worries; you're good. I left and three days after I got a call from U-haul that I need to return the truck. I called the store right away and same guy picked the phone. He said that he will correct. Within 2 mins; he emailed the receipt with 2 days of rental charge. I called him right away. After almost 5 calls; he picked and said that he can't do anything; I have to talk to the manager. I was totally upset with his behavior and service. Later I kept on calling the store may be 10 times and finally Bess helped me and sorted the issue. My time was waisted into correcting this intentional mistake. 100% dissatisfied. If I provide this type of service at my work then my supervisor will fire me right away. Neither manager nor the front guy called me to apologize. Looks like it's there normal practice. Cheat with clients; if they notice then try to push back if clients continue to correct then fix the issues. I don't want to use U-haul again. I am telling all my friends and families about this incident. Very bad on your part.Bikram G.

Oddly, the first 2 tow dolly's wiring harness had faults and the lights wouldn't work. The fault was initially put on my harness, being a near 30 year old Blazer, which I new worked, as I circle check my truck every time I tow my boat. The young lad Maz, helping hook up the trailer, was patient enough to try a 3rd dolly, which lights functioned normally. Great experience even with the snafu! Regards Brian JamesBrian J.

When we arrived on time for our booking, we were told that truck was not brought back yet form previous renters...we waited until it arrived. Once it did, we used the App to retrieve our rental. Upon entry, two staff members told us that it was reserved to someone else ( who was not present yet). They refused to allow us to take the truck. upon complaint, The desk staff did give us a smaller truck for discounted rate, but it was a lot more inconvenient than what we had booked. --No ramp, multiple trips to do, etc. Overall, it complicated the process greatly. We've had items stolen from the garage. The organization of the vehicle storage is basically non-existent. Customers and employees park vehicles in aisles, in spots not assigned to them. In can be impossible to retrieve your vehicle at times, because others have blocked the aisles or parked in front of your spot. When I first moved into the unit, I was moving my stuff at the beginning of the pandemic. The staff, gave me the wrong information and a few mistakes with my file. When I had spoken to a staff, which turned out to be the manager and she was very rude and brushed me off. I later came to visit my unit and found my lock was removed and told I wasn't paying for and couldn't access my unit. The staff made my transition to move my stuff a very stressful experience when it didn't need to be. I would never recommend uhaul to anyone. I went in 2 days prior to get a quote on a truck. Was given number and returned only 2 days later to book. They wouldn't accept the original quote. And charged me an extra $1500 for the same trip. I asked them why. All they could say was prices change. $1500 is a bit extreme of a price change. So now instead of just driving to my location and dropping the truck off. I have to drive an extra 2 hours. To get the truck to its drop off point. This is bull crap. Extremely clean. Facility looks brand new. Rented a van and small storage room. 1st month free rent! Free door lock! Staff was very friendly and helpful (even when I set off the alarm). Don't forget to enter alarm code when entering and exiting storage area! You can back up your van to the loading dock and they have dolly carts to use.
