Pick up place choose a location that was out of our way. There was a drop off .4 miles from where we unloaded. Tried to get it changed and the 800 number you are on hold forever. Tried multiple times and no always got put on hold longest hold was 15 mi. And then I hung up.

First off you can make sure that you send the correct address to return the rental because I was told to return it to the same place I rented it but the address I was sent was completely different. I was sent a message to return it to 2000 west lower Colfax ave Denver Colorado but when I pushed the underlined address it took me to a completely different address. I was told to go to 2000 E Colfax Denver Colorado so I went another $20 worth of mileage to return it and when I got to the address it was a parking lot so I had to go back and get it the account which was in someone else's name. Stephanie and I don't know any one by that name and the attendee told me that it would update my name but it didn't any I finally got into the account and I was sent to the correct return place. Now what if I did leave it in the parking lot I would be pretty screwed. I guess it's a good way to make extra money on mileage by sending me 20 miles out the way. I will never be put in that position again.

We specifically asked for drop off at main street location in trinidad. The rep set our drop of for a location 300 miles away. He did this on purpose. We will never use uhaul again and will tell everyone we know how horrible you are

We ordered a furniture dolly online with our order, and when we got there, they expressed they were out and there was nothing they could do. We politely expressed our frustration, as it would have been nice to be alerted ahead of time or found another location that had one. While I understand this is not the fault of the employees that they were out, we felt misinformed. Additionally, an employee very rudely approached us, calling my boyfriend a jerk and threatened that he would make it so we could not rent a truck. This felt very unprofessional and out of context; making our experience extremely unpleasant.

The manager for customer service online told me that they do not tell people where to drop the keys off for after-hours. I spent 35 minutes trying to find the night drop off and had to call the website for help. Worst service ever, I will never use them again. Be warned.

I registered online for a 26' truck to pick up at a location less than a mile from me at 9:00 am and drop off at location very close to my destination . I received a call saying good news bad news. Good news being a “truck “ would be available. The truck was 20', at a different location (far away) at a later time (I had help arranged at the time I scheduled) and it would be an in town rental meaning I would have to go out of my way to return it. I asked if there would be a discount for all the changes and inconveniences and was laughed at. The smaller in town rental actually cost more than the larger one way. VERY disappointed with U-HAUL's new money grab, customer last way of business.

Vehicle seemed to be well maintained and clean inside but very dirty outside and the windshield was filthy in and out :/ made it hard to see on a sunny day. That's the only negative of experience.

The interior of the windshield was quite dirty and the seats were covered in pet hair. The office staff said the keys would be on the seat. They weren't. When I enquired of the parking lot staff they directed me back to the office, who in turn directed me back to the parking lot. Due to the time consuming back and forth I failed to notice my contract was not accurate regarding fuel. The contract said 7/8 but gauge read 5/8. Plus I had a schedule to stick to. When I added gas my contract said I only had to add 1.6 gallons to get to 7/8. I added 2.5 gallons and the gauge would not budge past 5/8. I got charged $8 for gas. I told the lot attendant about it and he said he would take care of it. But evidently had no intention of doing so. I got screwed out of $9 due to a faulty gas gauge. How many others customers are you doing this to? And how about mentioning all the taxes and fees that will be added onto the final bill? I've enjoyed doing business with Uhaul in the past, but you guys have really lowered your standards. Too bad.

There is no key drop box. I walked around for 30 minutes trying to find it. There were crackheads in an car outside of the building who approached me while I was waiting on hold with customer service to find it. I have been on hold for 30 minutes so I left and will tell them I will bring the key back when you open

The person working the inside counter when I arrived was extremely helpful. I was having issues with self checkout, in part because I was using the wrong web browser but didn't know why it wasn't working, and he helped me troubleshoot and get on my way. Then upon returning the check in team were very friendly and immediately attended to checking the truck and already had it largely ready for the next customer by the time I was done checking out. We've used this location multiple times, and every time we have a great experience. Thank you!

The online checking process was a bit cumbersome and extensive which I wasn't prepared for. Not that I was in a big hurry but it just took a long time to process all of the steps. I don't think it's much faster in person but be prepared.

Maybe just remind people to go through the check in process to return the vehicle BEFORE putting the keys in the key drop. I completely spaced it and then I realized I needed to turn the vehicle on for the Chas and odometer reading images. No one's fault but my own, just wanted to mention it! Great service from this location, no complaints!

The location for drop-off: 2000 W Colfax Ave, Denver, CO 80204 For the sake of God and country, please make the location for drop off of keys for your customers obvious and easy to see. There were for couples at the same time returning U-Haul trucks at this location, all of whom were trying to find the place to deposit the freaking keys for their tracks, and none of us could find it easily!

I have reserved a 26' truck from a different location I even went into the store and 3 days before I was supposed to pick up my vehicle and told trailer someone call me from u-haul and said that I needed to go over here to get a 20' truck or I needed to drive all the way to Glenwood Springs to pick up a 26' truck bring it back then move my family to Colorado Springs I didn't even get compensated in any kind of way or had to altered my plans after all I did reserve the items that I asked for Would I remake men the lower Colfax location to somebody no I would not why because it seems like no matter where you go they're just gonna direct you somewhere else But the crew at the lower Colfax was very helpful and very made that made my experience that much more better. And if I ever have to move again more than likely I will not use Discover me again

Checkin was supposed to be virtual but we were directed to go inside to the counter to get the keys. Then the keys weren't there but in the lockbox where they should have been. Moving blankets and dolly that we ordered were not in the truck, so I had to go back to get them, costing us almost an hour of moving time. We were unable to complete our move with the truck due to this. Staff was very courteous and helpful in spite of these issues.

Literally of the hundreds of times I have used Uhaul, this is the worst experience I have ever had. From the start of truck selection, the dirty truck was poorly maintained, with horrible driving added by the misalignment and brakes I am still shocked from. The entire experience left me way more into looking for an alternative next time I need

The facility was nice and the staff very helpful. The problem encountered was limited loading areas and access to the storage areas. Too many people were trying to gain access at the same time while one large truck was not attended in the single bay. This led to frustration among those that were actively trying to get things loaded in storage.

Once the transaction was completed. We were told the unit was 5th floor and had to carry stuff 10 steps up. I am disabled and able to fill a 5x8 unit. That was a joke. He could have told before we agreed. I waiting to be refunded. Can not make a move until I get my refund. Thanks!

The first person I dwelt with was little personable and had no advice as to where I should park to unload. Considering I explained that I had jut drove 19 hrs. And only had a couple of hours to un load. I felt there was no empathy. The second young lady was nice polite and a nice smile making my streass from a long trip jyst a little easier.

I rented a 8' x 10' x 8' unit. When I checked in, the height of these units are only 6' high. When I asked about the height, they said it is on average 8' high. It's not even close to 8' high. This is completely misleading and actually false advertising. When I asked, they said they could move me to a different unit, but it would be more expensive. No other options or offers. Manager on staff was very rude and not helpful at all.
