The employees were friendly and seemed to have a good time working at this location, however, the van was shockingly disgusting inside the cab. I've never rented a dirtier UHaul. If we hadn't have been under time constraints, we certainly would have asked for another vehicle. In the time of Covid, to see something so dirty and disgusting, it was shocking.

The staff was so kind and attentive. One of the guys was very high. The truck smelled like weed and was dirty inside. There were pieces of blunt wrappers on the floor. I feel awful because the staff was really sweet but the entire service in general left much to be desired.

The rental was performed flawlessly.. The individual helping was very easy to work with and very helpful. Note: On more than 1 occasion (4 that immediately come to mind) I have been unable to purchase propane (yesterday, another inststance). On each occasion a properly certified employee was not available. I would imagine that management would properly staff a facility at all times.

Lead staff was very good. Original scheduled equipment was defective and he quickly changed us to another trailer. While on the road, at a stop, I realized we had a loose change, having lost the turn buckle that attached it to the trailer. We were just 10 miler south of Murfreesboro and were able to return to your new regional facility just off the interstate at Murfreesboro. The staff there quickly replaced the part and apologized for our delay. Excellent service.

The truck had no gas (a warning message was on that it only had 2 miles before no gas), was dirty and had frost/ice on the windows and mirrors. While I did get a credit for gas, it was still an inconvenience that could/should have been avoided.

I was given a smaller truck that caused me to take an additional trip. The truck was dirty and wet. The window was down all night so the water covered the drivers seat area. The rep tried to compensate me but the additional trip caused me to pay the movers additional fees.

Our originally scheduled nightly pickup did not work, and at least 30 minutes were lost due to trying to troubleshoot and then finally get sent over to this location, right before they closed. The gentlemen working were nice and helpful. The cargo van really smelled of marijuana when we got in. Otherwise, it was the right truck for the job, and at the right price. I appreciate the help in finding this second location, but it was quite a hassle, on a very cold and windy night to try and do a lot of out door troubleshooting

Make sure the transmission is not slipping and most important, make sure the truck has an alignment. That truck should never have been issued to someone, you're putting the driver and other's lives in danger.

Provide dolly inside Uhaul. Uhaul rep should go out his/her way to assist customer. He just assumed I knew how to open or close back. Had to ask for to show me! Will never use that Uhaul for that particular location ever!

Not especially impressive. Was quoted the wrong price for mileage over the included amount, when I asked. The main strength is that you had what I needed. That's about it. As a heavy business traveler, I may be unfairly comparing to National car rental and have unreasonable expectations. On that note, the mobile checkout process is a terrible experience, and I finally gave up and went inside. I am sorry to grumble, but you want customer feedback so I want to give it to you without sugar coating. On the positive side, the truck itself worked out just as expected. Thanks for that.

Great service. No waiting for a Friday 10AM appointment. Clean 15 foot truck readied to go. $14 insurance fee provided great sense of security just in case. Drop off at 5:30 PM was quick and easy.

You cannot remove the 6x12 cargo trailer from hitch. The trailer weighs 2000 pounds, and there is no trailer tongue jack installed on this trailer. HUGE PROBLEM. When I returned the trailer the uhaul employee told me I needed to back the trailer into a parking spot between other trailers and disconnect it myself. It was dark outside, and a poorly lit parking lot. I told him I was not comfortable backing that trailer into such a tight spot, and definitely was not able to disconnect that 2000 pound trailer. Not to mention I am a 60 year old female. He was a total jerk. A different employee took care of the trailer. Some of you employees there act like they are doing you a favor to work up the energy to speak to you. I would not recommend anyone to rent from this uhaul location.

Mo'ney (the manager?) was knowledgeable, aware, helpful and nice in correcting the mistakes in the system, which was going to overcharge me for a lot more than what I rented the truck for! There also was a problem with the app to complete the initial rental, but she just told me to save the photo that the app called for, but didn't accept; everything worked out.
