Couldn’t rent me a storage unit because of someone else’s locks being on my unit. after 2 attempts the associate argued with me about the lock that wasn’t mine on the unit. You can improve it with a staff that's gonna do there job like they suppose to. They never checked the mileage while I was there. Then you charged me for two days that I only had one day. On top of that you over charged me for mileage. When I picked the truck up from the Mendenhall location and just did two runs up the street Kirby Parkway.TANMMIE D.

My only problem was returning the trucking using the online tool. It didn't work right for me. The people that worked there were very very helpful while I was trying to find the right truck foe my needs.Seytoria B.
Stop resevering trucks that you don't have I arrived at the location I was moved to but no one email me or called to informed me they changed my pick up location and when I arrived at the location they tried to send me to another location claiming they didn't have the truck size I needed so that made me upset and when me and my sister started complaining the front desk cashier was rude and took the customers behind us who made an reservations days after me for the same size truck was giving a truck and when we started asking why they was given the same truck we need but I made my reservation before them and asked for a manager that mad the cashier upset and she replied he just going to tell you the same thing and she speaking nasty about us to the other customers talking loud and crazy and threatening my sister to fight like we wouldn't whoop her a** to calm everyone down the manager gave us a truck that was there that they claimed they didn't have and when i returned the truck the next day and put the keys in the orange drop box later I was chaged at extra $48 I called to see why and that same rude cashier said they couldn't find the keys at first but they found them on the fence so the money will be returned back to my card in five days I told her they could have called me and I would've informed them the keys was in the keys drop box and if the keys was on the fence one of the workers lost the keys and they was wrong for trying to make me pay for that. The cashier was still rude and talked over me like she didn't want to hear it and told me goodbye.Sharon M.

Turning in the truck was the hardest part. The website would not let me upload pictures of the odometer and gas hand, another there were having a hard time also. When I used another phone to do the process, it just told me to leave the keys and lock the door. There must be some sort of glitch and it should be looked into. I was held up from my move for almost an hour while the person serving me seemed to not know what she was doing, took another customer in the middle of my rental, without asking me, then proceeded to take her time with him, including debating a rate increase. On I was finally sent to the unit, it was not as explained on the phone, there was no help in locating the unit, in fact I was given the wrong information, My driver was costing me extra money because of the insanely long delay. After realizing that the building I was sent to did not even house the unit I had rented, I gave up, went back to the office and cancelled the entire rental. By far the worst rental experience ever! I manage a Storage Facility, this was a disgraceful exhibition of Storage Rental. It ended up costing me almost $100 in additional expenses and I ran out of daylight. I rented the truck online, a week prior, for local move to be picked up in Olive Branch Mississippi. I went there to get it and was told I had to go to Memphis. I was never made aware of this change, as such, I wasted time and had the additional cost of $30 due to the extra distance to Memphis. In addition, Memphis did not have a truck reserved for me, they had give me someone else's. This is ot the locations fault, it is the reservation system.MATHEW E.
Made a reservation for a 15 foot truck with ramp for a move. There was no 15 foot truck on the day of the move so the only option was a 10 foot truck with NO ramp. Added a lot more time to my move not having the truck I had reserved.
