I'm a new customer. This is my first storage rental. The only complaint that I have is it was difficult to place my lock on my 5/5 door because the latch wasn't lined up. I had to use muscle and I was exhausted after I final lined the holes up to be able to place the lock and lock it. But other than that my experience wasn't bad.opal l. | First Impressions

I will never use uhaul again y'all charge my account three different amounts. My debit card was charged $38.00 for not returning the truck before 1:30am which it was returned at 12:30am..Y'all also charged my account an additional $107.00 for the use of the truck and then $79.00 just for renting the truck for a few hours which is a total of $225.00 plus I paid $20 bucks over for mileage which y'all caused my account to be overdrawn and charged $17.00 twice for non insufficient funds by my bank so no I will never ever use U haul to move again nor will I recommend y'all to friends and familyâ€¦Y'all suck and are rip-offs. I also was told that I will be refunded my money from all the charges.KRYSTLE S.

Picking up the truck was fine, but returning it was a different matter. I showed up about 15 minutes before they were going to close and lock the doors. Something pretty traumatic happened to me earlier that day, and I was visibly upset and had been crying for several hours. I did not have the money to pay them and I was trying to call a couple of friends to see if they could send me some money through cash app or PayPal so I can pay My bill and leave. Since I did not have the money to pay for the rental like I had anticipated, I asked if I could go ahead and keep the truck for one more night so that I can get the money and come back the next day and pay the bill. A lady who I can only assume was the manager, was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me. She insisted that they were closed and there was nothing she could do and she kept telling us over and over â€œno I can't do that because we're closed. We're closed, sir.â€œ she was obviously irritated because we were keeping her and the staff there longer than they wanted to be there, but her attitude and choice of words were totally unnecessary. She also said that the total of my bill came to $250. When I called back the next day to pay my bill, it was only $178. I thought that was pretty weird also. It was my fault for not being more prepared and having the money like I was supposed to, but this lady was truly being a bitch and did not need to be. She also offered no solutions at all. She just kept saying over and over â€œI can't help you because we're closed.â€CULLEN S.

The service before and after was top notch. Both of the men that help check me in were so incredibly nice that we talked about it this evening and how nice it is to see that level of care and customer service these days! We will return and use this location again. Just a note, the man that checked is back in was a veteran and we want to make sure someone knows just how exceptional he was and how kind during the entire process!Chris K.

Like the ease of early checkin. Saved me time not having to come back the next day and gives Uhaul an earlier start to to have the vehicle ready for a new lease. That is my only feedback is don't charge the $20.00 convince fee for self checkin.HOWARD Y.

Always clean and we'll lit. There till this last month. I think maybe water leaked. There was some mildew on some boxes and a wooden ice chest. This last time it wasn't as cool in there as it always is. I can understand that so etimes things happened beyond our control. I had great customer service until yesterday. I called yesterday (9-2-21) around 6:44 to make a payment on my storage. I was asked if I could hold. I said yes. I expected the trailer to be weather-resistant. We drove through heavy rain during the trip and discovered that the floor of the trailer was covered in water when we arrived. Nothing was permanently damaged, but I'll remember next time not to put anything important on the floor.Ken D.

Had to rent truck one (1) extra day because I could not unload my belongings. I was unwilling to settle for a "climate controlled" space that was 88 degrees, humid, etc. I had to search for another facility that was appropriate and true to advertising of "climate controlled." Extra Stress, a different helper, extra miles, gas, etc, VERY DISAPPOINTED in that respect. I was never offered compensation due to facility's inefficiency to produce what was/they advertised!! Our company MMT.LLC had reserved a 20' truck a week prior to to move. Our crew had to go to 3 different locations before getting a truck. We were over 2 hours late for elderly couples move. This location and the staff there may have literally saved my life. The morning of 7/26, I had movers scheduled to get me out of my boyfriend's house while he was at work. The movers canceled on me at the last minute. All of my stuff was in the living room, ready to go. I may have been seriously hurt if he had come home to see my things packed up. I drove to the UHaul location in tears. I needed a truck quickly. The staff there got me in a truck and on my way in less than ten minutes. I was also given napkins for my tears and a cold bottle of water. Because of UHaul, I was able to safely and quickly leave an abusive and toxic environment. I will forever be grateful. Your employees was fine. It was your truck that I rented. I drove 29 miles. At the end I payed $31.52 for gasoline to fill it up. Gas at this time $2.78. So you figure the math!!! Your trucks needs some eco friendly work done to them.HOPE G.
