Have used this location multiple times over the past few years and have never had such a disrespectful encounter. I have recommended, and would recommend this location again if served by any other employee. Usually they go out of their way to help, just not this time. Trailer was not cleaned as well as it could be. It reeked of grease or oil. Some time in past someone used it to haul automotive parts and walls had grease on them. I happened to rub up against them and later notice a black smudge on my arm. Anyone that works or has worked in the automotive industry will recognize the smell as soon as you open the trailer door. Other than that everything at this location is excellent. P.S. Told person who hooked trailer to my vehicle when I picked it up and after I was ready to drive away I decided to check inside trailer. Answer the phone and Do not keep the customer on hold indefinitely, when I called to check-in the respondent put me on hold (for 25 minutes) did not answer me, so I hung up. Truck interior had an offensive odor, was very unpleasant, had to keep the windows rolled down. The only issue I had was when I went to get the truck, for some reason even though the last time I rented a truck there and returned it on time they flaged it as a late return so I had to call some number to speak with a very nice but confused woman as to why it was flagged because everything was payed up it just said late return; she removed and everything was fine I just don't understand why it was like that because the truck was returned on time and I was refunded money because it didn't cost as much as the deposit but they flagged it......DAVID ERNEST T.

I reserved a storage unit 2 weeks in advance so when I used your service for its main purpose that I would be able to store my home contents. When I arrived with a loaded truck I was told that the reservations mean nothing and that in reality they are first come first serve. So when I got there I had no options for the 10x15 that I reserved, so now instead I have two 10x10s to store my stuff. It shouldnt even be an option to reserve a unit if it's not fulfilling its purpose. Might as well remove it from the website and state first come first serve. You would think the most notable name in moving would have the best service and that was not my experience. I was compensated fairly for this mix up and everything worked out, but someone is going to go berserk if they rent a unit and end up having no options upon arrival. It's an idiotic policy and you should keep reservations, or not even offer that as an option.Daniel D.

Reserved a 15" truck a month before and supposed pick up time was 7PM. Got to the location only to be told that they are closed. Came back at 7 AM the following day and was given a 10" truck instead. Because of that, my closing got delayed, didn't get the keys to the house in time, internet guy couldn't install my connection because we couldn't get in the house, didn't get any help from friends in moving because we had to do it during the day instead of the night before and they all had to go to work. Corey, who I think is the manager didn't even apologize for what happened and didn't offer any type of credit or compensation for the inconvenience. My son had to move out of his apartment yesterday June 28th after work. The hours to access the uhaul storage on the website said it was open until 10 pm. My son arrived at the uhaul building at 7:10 pm and was not allowed access and he had his apartment on and in his truck and his buddy's truck. He spoke to someone there and was told that they closed at 7 and was not allowed in. We had to scramble and find alternate arrangements for his belongings at 7 pm after we paid for the storage unit that we now will not use as we were denied access. I reserved a drive up storage unit approx 1.5 weeks from checkin in date. When I arrived I was told there were no drive up units available. I was informed this is due to some sort of error with the online site. However, I would have expected to be contacted if this unit was not available considering there was at least a week and a half between when the reservation was made to check in. The customer service rep checked me into an interior unit on the second level. After I considered what I needed to store I decided this was not a suitable unit and returned the next day to cancel the unit. Both days the customer service reps were pleasant and helpful. Both visits I encountered line ups of about 15mins and it would be nice to have another person helping serve customers at the desk or perhaps someone taking people just dropping off after their rental. The building environment and staff were excellent. The major issue with the service is that access hours were surprisingly, and in my mind arbitrarily, limited to 7pm. This makes no sense to me, and since I couldn't always get there by that time, if I can't get at my stuff *at my convenience* then the service was not meeting my needs. -Booked online with my name and address and also asked for insurance. When I showed up in person they used the address on my ID that I told them wasn't current and told them not to use it. Every message I got after that had the incorrect address despite repeated attempts to change it. -Didn't apply the insurance fee for some time, then my bill suddenly increased, and changed by dollars for awhile. -Entered incorrect information for my second contact -Alarm went off a number of times despite the fact that I was signed in -Received a phone call about a commercial shipment that had arrived for me (I did not have a business account, was expecting no such shipment, and was completely baffled). The caller left a message (my voice mail has my name) and when I returned the call they insisted at least once it was my shipment. I have no idea how they even got my number for it. -Was not informed about the switch to entry cards instead of a password. -Rodent deterrent didn't seem effective - there were a lot of mouse droppings (no food in storage room). -Rented a van and an appliance dolly to move - photos of van for damage were old, key wasn't with the van like it was supposed to be, van was not moved to the area it was supposed to be in, and dolly was not with it. Employees corrected it quickly when I reported it, which was great. But maybe if this site isn't going to pay attention to details and promises from online reservations, perhaps they shouldn't offer them at this location? I never knew what was going on, and the employees never seemed to know either. I gave up trying to contact them as things wouldn't get changed, people would be surprised I didn't know the thing they didn't tell me, and everyone was often unapologetic about errors. My security card was not set up properly and I keep getting told my access was denied. I returned in the evening to try find out what was happening. The young guy working was quite rude. Did not want to give me a free month even though I had booked it that way online and the manager had approved it earlier in the day. Finally agreed after an employee that was there in the morning as well told him I was telling the truth. When he looked into why I didn't have access he discovered that the person in the morning didn't actually properly set up the card. They had done it as though I moved out instead of moved in. The wait times for counter service are excessive. I left the first time I was there. I walked in and out. A bit better the next time and Sabrina did an excellent job.
