Staff informed us we could save some money by dropping off our rental at another location. That was nice but the change was not made to our rental agreement. We then received a call from the original drop-off site three after we dropped the vehicle off with the alarming news our vehicle had not yet been checked in. I then called our drop-off site in Milan and reminded hime to note the truck had been returned. If you need me to point out what needs to be addressed here then these surveys are pointless.

I wasnt told that the uhaul didnt have a ramp to bring furniture on and off vechicle. Im also getting charged for gas that was brought back on the correct amount.

The truck smelled like beer. I was driving hoping the police didn't stop me and found anything in there. Around 40 to 45. The wheel shakes bad and pulled hard to the right. If I didn't need that truck as bad as I needed it on that short time I wouldve brung it back sooner. A 19.99 truck couldve cause me alot of trouble. With police for smelling beer. And fighting the wheel to keep straight while driving.

My only comment is if the gas meter needs to be pass f to count as a full tank they customer needs to know that. I returned the truck with the tank on f and was charged $10 extra dollars because it was passed the f.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Truck clean but needed maintenance. Front end out of alignment, tires worn and out of balance. Front end shook once you reached 45 mph They no fault of the pick up location, we had our truck canceled the afternoon before we were to pick it up even though their policy states notification will be 48 hours prior. Supposedly reassigned us a truck 40 miles away who were to call us; never did. Called uhaul, took over 20 minutes to answer, then hung up on me Unfortunately, we had no other choices or I would have used another company

i only needed to rent the trailer for 24 hours; however the online option would not let me and made it be rented for 2 days. When i went to pick up the rental i advised the UHaul guy and he said he would fix it but he did not. When we brought it back within less than 24 hours to the drop off location we once again asked for it to be changed to 1 day rental but they said they couldn't change it. therefore, I was charged for 2 days when i only needed it for one day.

When renting a Truck, test drive it at the speeds you will be driving it. We should have never loaded this truck. Horrible alignment and brake issues - was basically unsafe to drive but didn't figure it out until it was already loaded. Made the 7 hour trip but it was no fun!

The 26 foot truck is in need of a wheel balance. The left front shook badly and 60 mph was as fast as you could go before the drivers door shook apart. It drove straight and didn't pull left or right. Other than the vibration the truck was ok. However upon unloading ,we noticed there was a water leak in the mom's attic area and several of the boxes that were loaded up there got pretty wet. Our overall Uhaul experience was very good. We are no strangers to renting from Uhaul and definately willl use Uhaul in the future.

The ladies in the Alexandria location are very efficient and accomodating. I had to change my date of pick-up and it was as simple as picking up the phone. I rented a 9' cargo van and it met my moving needs. The only problem I had was attempting to check it in online, the app kept giving me a location error, it was a tech issue and it could have just been my phone. I was able to contact a U-Haul representative, Katie, after hours and she corrected the issue immediately. ¡Gracias de nuevo!

I had a appointment to pick up a truck at 11am. I asked one associate could I get another truck she said no. I waited almost an hour then I went back up to the register and asked another associate about my rental she said that the rental wasn't in I asked her at that time could I get another truck she said she could give me a bigger truck. I don't know why they didn't offer me that truck earlier because it was in the yard. I feel like I shouldn't have been charged for the extra miles or the gas I had to put in a bigger truck.

Went in to obtain a storage bought the storage was told office would close at 5 and I needed a special lock. Went bought the lock and a few of my things and was back maybe 3:20. I unpacked all my things loaded them on the cart and proceed upstairs to my storage. I get to the storage and there is a lock already on it. I was already tired and hot from packing unpacking and walking upstairs to the storage. I made several attempts to call the front off both my personal phones and the call button for someone to answer no one ever did. After five minutes of calling I gave up left my items unattended and walked to the front hoping if I left my car no one would take my things. No employee is to be found I walk back to my car push my stuff on the cart to the door said forget it walked back to the front for a refund and explained the situation. They were okay with giving me a refund but I needed my debit card I walked back to my car packed all of my things drove to the front and was finally given a refund. I hated my experience. If someone buys a storage it's UHauls place to make sure everything is ready for that person who's spending money especially if they have to walk up a flight of stairs

The staff at this location is the only reason this facility got any stars. The staff was very helpful and friendly. For comparable prices of other storage facilities in the area, you can get much nicer, cleaner, and more secure. This place is in dire need of updating and maintenance.
