Your staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Our house was impacted by tornado last year in Mt Juliet TN. This location gave us a month free up front. Our repairs.took much longer than anticipated. I'm happy to say that 15 months later I would definitely recommend this location. Although our unit wasn't air conditioned, our items were all in terrific shape. Hands down the worst experience I have encountered at a Uhaul/rental in my life. Served by a Mr Cox who's mannerisms are definatly not suited for customer service. Having someone bark at you to not touch the connections as well as "don't touch that" when I was trying to shade light to see if it was working. Then charging me $15 for a trailer connector to replace mine, which given 5 minutes I'm sure I could have fixed. I restore vehicles and possess an electrical background, not something I would waste money on!ALAN P.

They helped me after my original location at Nolensville Pike didn't have the truck I ordered and then didn't have the key to the 15' truck they had upgraded me and They had already delayed my original pickup 3 hours.I had ubered to the original location and then had to Uber to Mt Juliet location cutting into precious time I didn't have to move. We had to call for roadside assistance and between the 2 calls it took us almost an hour to reach a human. The app and website did not work. We had to find someone at home who had a laptop that could help us report the trouble. Even after the first call, the agent had our contact info and the call dropped, we expected a call back and it never came. Stuck on the side of the road is not the place to find out that â€œassistanceâ€ is just not what we should have expected. Everything was awesome, with the exception of one thing: when I picked up the truck, it was muddy and dirty: inside floors as well as the dash and windshields (inside and outside windshields). It simply wasn't cleaned out. I took the truck and went home to wash the inside, Windex the windows thoroughly, and bleached the floorboards and dash. I wished they would have cleaned the inside of the truck. Other than this, it was a great experience!WAYNE K.

While the gentleman who helped me reserve my unit was very helpful and friendly, the one who moved me out was unfortunately not. His answers were short and he didn't seem to want to be bothered. He was very unenthusiastic about his job. I've used this facility before and could have sworn there was a proration of rent if you moved out early; yesterday while I was mid-question, he cut me off saying "they don't prorate." It's frustrating because we were just billed roughly 3-5 days ago and basically had the whole month left. Our rental unit was not swept,out, had dead cockroaches, and mouse droppings in the well of an interior wall. I was was expecting a lot more, as far as cleanliness from "indoor climate controlled" storage facility. I told an employee there and he stated that he never goes into the storage units and gave me the managers card. Matter of fact the pile we swept out, was still there today.
