The process of getting to the second level units was awful. Rep on phone said it was first floor and it was not. No way we could get heavy furniture up that ladder.Holly M. | First Impressions
I ended up with two dolly rentals on my online order. Couldn't find a way to edit down to one so went into the location and told the guy to take the second dolly off the rental. He said no problem. I return the van and get the final invoice and find both dollies were rented to me and a bonus $100 missing dolly charge. Needless to say, not amused. Spent the better part of an hour getting the charge taken off. It was, but kind of a hassle. Also some confusion within the location about leeway on return of a 24 hour rental a bit late (30 minutes). First day, the guy says no problem. Return the following day a different guy acts like he's doing me a favor not to ding me. I feel like an hour's leeway should be engraved in the company by-laws and taught to every employee on day one. It's just good customer service.ROB S.

When I called to reserve a 10ft cube cust svc said there were none for the time span I needed originally I wanted to pic up in Saugus Ma, no 15 ft cubes in Saugus but there was a 15ft one in Lynn. IIt seems as though cust svc didn't really know what either sites had because I got a 10 ft cube van in Lynn and bet you there was a 10 ft one in Saugus as well.Susan D.

Priced gouged me over $600. First reservation stated $3200 when I got there it was $3800. All I did was borrow your vehicle, I packed it, loaded it, drove it and unloaded myself.Jonathan H.

I was not disclosed a $20 drop off fee for after hours. That is something that was slipped in after the fact. That fee should be credited back to my card.Bradley W.
The equipment I reserved was not available. I had to settle for a larger, older, more rickety truck. The customer service person was very accommodating, but it was disappointing to not be able to get the van I ordered and reserved in advance.Michael S.
When I got there I realized someone made a mistake and I didn't have the right truck waiting for me. I asked the employee (Christopher Nadau) to correct the mistake and him and another guy started arguing very loudly with me refusing to do it. Christopher was texting all the time on his phone and the other guy said to him he should cancel everything and let me call costumer service to correct the mistake. It was scary having someone shouting to you and I kept saying for them to be â€œkindâ€. Never going back to that location again!!! You should have better employees!Gediel R.

Do not fraudulently charge for gas above and beyond what your vehicles contain upon pick up. I was charged for two gallons of gas even though I returned the vehicle with the same amount of gas that it had when I picked it up.GLEN G.
All was fine. Everything was made very clear to me. No surprises except I thought gas tank should be full when picked up as I had to stop for gas prior to my trip and replacing it to the level I received it was tricky.Deborah D.

The guy working behind the desk was good and knew his stuff. Very helpful and clear with instructions/payment details. The truck, however, had many issues. The check engine light was on, Right tire was low and there was an issue when braking (grinding and slight loss of braking power at shift into first gear) which could be a safety issue. It wasnt enough of a hindrance to keep us from using the vehicle but still something that may need to be addressed for future customers. Overall, 4 of 5Joshua M.

Trucks are parking out of control, on 10/1/21 employee showed up 30 minutes late and because I have a moving business I had 5 people waiting for me like 45 minutes so it costed me money that waiting time over $100.00. Plus the customer service was very bad. He was with very bad actitud and when finally got my truck ready it was blocked with other trucks, I went inside to ask him to let me go and he was like you have to wait.
