The problem I had was the drop off after hours. I could not finish on web site I call the number they told me to call if I had trouble they couldn't help then I was placed on hold and finally got it done. It was not a easy process and the only reason I rented a trailer was to make my day easier. So I will not recommend your service.paul L.

I brought back the rental with more gasoline (an extra 1/8 of a tank) more than required. A refund for extra gasoline would be fair and appropriate. If I had returned the rental with less gasoline, a $30 penalty plus gasoline charge would have been imposed.DANNY S.

A 26 foot truck failed to be usable at my delivery location due to a 9 inch ground clearance, that is a ridiculously low ground clearance for a 26 foot truck. I had to rent elsewhere and it wasted five hours on my packing day to accomplish the work-around. The second issue is that when I returned the 36 rented blankets for one-way, the contract failed to allow the blankets to be checked in at the drop-off location of the truck (Angels Camp, Ca.) No one contacted me from U-Haul to inform me in any way of this mistake until last Saturday. Carol Walker (local independent U-Haul provider Copperopolis) contacted me regarding this issue when she stumbled upon the fact while researching another's matter and contacted me to inform me. After gathering the facts Carol resolved the mistake with U-Haul corporate. Many thanks for the â€œwhite gloveâ€ country service level from Carol Walker of â€œB-Secure storage! Please refer to the customer service rep comments. I will not ever interact with associate Anna again. A customer for 7 years where I pay over $1000 A year. Anna initiated a confrontation at the time I return the rental truck because I made a statement to her that I return your truck. She became irate and DISRESPECTFUL and has mistreated me every time I had to interact with including giving me a very worn truck where the arm rest was so worn it had been taken our. First, they did not want to accept my major credit card with Venmo it's a master card, credit card. ...we had a dispute on the gas marker. I brought it back with the same amount when I left. ... After signing a final bill, I was given 2 different transactions on my credit card when it should have only been one. Why put a separate charge for the gas separately to the same credit card? ... Finally, they took pictures of my driver's license and took a separate picture of me, my person. ... Oh yeah, and they would not accept a debit card only a credit card.Arnold M.

Truck in idling didnt have AC and made horrible sounds and was charged for 3 days when we only had it 2. Called manager and they said that we had to return it when they opened in order to pay for 2 despite never telling us this and even told us we could check it in after hours on the app. Not only that but were told we couldn't have a pickup truck due to out of state IDs so we were given a 10 ft at a higher rate. Weve used U-Haul many times before and have never had these problems.Riley H.

Only 2 people working here made everything take a long time. Also the person was not clear about receiving a credit for fuel. The truck was given to me with 1/8 of a tank she said that I would receive a credit for anything over 1/8 tank upon return. however when I returned the truck to another location he said that they can only credit it up to 1/4. So I lost out on about $100 worth of fuel. I was not planning on giving your company a donation. Very poor communication. This isn't the best U-Haul I've used. To get to the second floor there is no elevator which is good when you got furniture. Also on the 1st floor you can consider those helpful carts ment to get you're stuff to the unit unless.
