There was one lot attendant that was being spread way too thin. There was about 6 people needing propane and I counted 4 people needing help with equipment. There was a transient on a bike just cruising the parking lot, soliciting money and then managed to help himself to all the supplies the lot attendant had in his cart and in his job site storage trailer. This made me very uncomfortable as he was just meandering through the entire area not minding other people's property. Phone access is seriously lacking, for this location during the day, and for the 1-800 number all the time. When trying to make changes to a reservation, I was on hold for over 20 minutes and my reservation was cancelled while I was on hold. The service I received was the worst experience I will never rent from uhaul again my locker was also broken into when I reported the incident to uhaul I never heard back. I was harassed if I was late on my payment even a couple of days even though I had the storage unit for over a year.
