The only problem I had was when I called to extend my trailer rental, a guy named David on the phone told me he had someone waiting on the trailer BEFORE he even asked which trailer I had. Two boxes were falling apart. I have two large, deep scratch on the top of my desktop. Angela (from Los Angeles), and Anna from Garland were what kept me from losing my mind. Both ladies addressed my issues & problem with U-haul & the service provided, and made it right. Both ladies should be provided recognition for the way they handled the multiple issues that ended up with me using U-haul again. Not the Moving Help service though. They were horrible, can't reach them & when you do, they didn't do anything at all to fix the issues. No explain, apologies, or empathy for how their poor service caused me a lot of extra stress, wasted several hours of my time, and didn't offer to make it right. They acted like they wanted to get me off the phone as fast as possible. To be clear, I will not endorse MovingHelp, & will encourage others not to use this service. However U-haul & the service I received from Angela & Anna have resulted in my telling quite a few people to use Uhaul. They were the shining lights in this entire exp.Scott W.

My mom's card was charged 3 times for a transaction and the representative told her all 3 charges were declined. I paid for the truck with my own card. My mom's bank blocked her card the day we moved because all 3 transactions showed approved on their end. I called uhaul and spoke with Angelique who seemed empathetic and assured me she would comp my charges for the inconvenience my family experienced almost not being able to move because all of her funds we frozen and still is. When I returned the truck I was charged full price and greeted with a lack of concern or compassion by The store manager. Angelique was no where to be found. This experience has been truly disgraceful. It has caused my family to have to scramble last minute to come up with funds to complete our move. No one in the facility cared except for Lambert who checked my truck out but had no control over the transactions. I plan to contact uhaul corporate everyday until I feel like someone genuinely cares about the trouble they have caused my family during a very stressful time.SHANNON N.

26 foot truck was fine until it would not start. I had to call AAA to try to jump start the battery, but AAA tech determined it was not the battery and suggested it could be the starter. When U-Haul service finally came at about 7:00 am, the tech checked everything and finally could start the truck from the engine, then suggested that we do not turn the truck's engine off until we turn the truck in. He said he would report it in that the truck needed more diagnostics run on it to determine exactly what was wrong.Steven P.

The gentlemen named Phillip was who I had the pleasure of being helped by. He was killing it at the counter in the morning. He was helping two customers at a time, as well as directing the staff on where to go and what to do. The lady in the green shirt could have learned a thing or two from him. The 1st truck did not start, and had many damage marks that did not appear on pictures. I did not approve any pre rental pics and took my own. Then got 2nd truck and as I walked up, the front passenger tire was flat. Finally the 3rd truck started and had good tires. Again. NONE of the pre rental pic showed existing damage. Including the rock ding in the window. Again I did not approve any pictures and took my own. I really had a concern that I would be charged no matter what due to so much incompetence on truck rental readiness. So the 3rd truck worked.. Then I saw my invoice. It was for the wrong truck. I know this because I took pictures and videos when I dropped it off at the cleaning/drop off location. The invoice showed over 90,000 miles and the truck I rented had just over 50,000 miles on it. I only drove 10 miles. Eventually, I got what looked.like the correct receipt and the correct amount of charges. It really seems like this mega location has it all, except for the ability to have rentals ready, and accurate automated emailing of invoices. Home Depot has been my go to for single day rentals. I wanted to try Uhaul, as the mega location is close to home. Never again. Ill drive farther to pay less. Yet, rent what I need without the fear of being charged for damage that is not listed or photographed before I rent it. Home depot associates actually walk the truck, trailer, or Van with me and we note all damages before I leave. Seems like corporate Uhaul is disconnected from how to service a customer. This location was not very good with customer service. Every customer service representative didn't have the will to make me feel like I have been helped. They stare at me like a fish out of water. When I was returning the uhaul chevy truck, I had a technical problem with the UHaul app. The UHaul app did not go all the way to the completion page where I will get a confirmation email. Because of this problem, I decided to go to the customer service desk at the location to get support on returning the Uhaul chevy truck. All they did was tell me to go park the truck at the return station - nothing more. How are you going to tell me to go park the Uhaul chevy truck at the return station without no confirmation receipt ? This was a liability for me. So, I went to park the Uhaul chevy truck at the return station and no one was there. Again, my gut told me to stay until I got some sort of confirmation receipt. Finally, I decided to switch to the UHaul web experience, log in and initiate the return Uhaul process from there. It worked and I got a confirmation email and left that Uhaul Chevy truck where I rent it from. Lastly, it seem the customer service representatives didn't understand how the U-Haul applications relates with their business location process. Uhaul leaders and executives, you need to do a better job at educating your Uhaul location about your technological business applications and how to support it. The customer support experience felt very separated from this location compare to your company mission and value and customer support experience.Muaj V.

I have rented a 6x12 trailer seven times this month. The tires are over inflated on every one and the tires do not have the same pressure front to back or side to side to side. The service I received was the worst experience I will never rent from uhaul again my locker was also broken into when I reported the incident to uhaul I never heard back. I was harassed if I was late on my payment even a couple of days even though I had the storage unit for over a year.
