This location needs to be investigated for shady and fraudulent business practices. They have no drop off box for keys, doesn't notify their customers that the drop off box doesn't exist, doesn't allow nightly rental drop offs despite what the contract states and threatens to charge $100 if we drop off the truck after hours even though our agreement states an after hour drop off time.Deborah S.

I had an excellent experience. The staff were all friendly and efficient. The cargo van was in great condition and was great in delivering my new mattresses. My only suggestion is for the company to get an after hour drop box.Bernadette W.

Uhaul.com allows for you to book as though you can drop the car off overnight (after the location closes). Once we arrived at the location, they informed us that you can't do that as they have no way to collect the keys. This is false advertising. First of all, the staff (Hayley & Kaleem) were courteous and helpful, thank you. The management was disappointing. Areas where the improvement can be made are: 1- Wait time: I completed everything online using Mobile App, still had to go into the office and wait 1hr and 20min to pick up the truck. If I go thru trouble of entering my DL, CC number and address in the app, why do I need to give it to the office again. Especially if this is not my first time renting a truck with UHaul. 2- Condition of the trucks: First truck which was given to us smelled like an ashtray. Heavy smell was unbearable. When we requested a change, the MGR came and agreed with us that it was very bad and replaced the truck with another (thank you). However, the point is that someone who inspected this truck, when it was returned, should have pointed out and do something about it. I didn't have to point it out. 3- Condition of the trucks - Again: The second truck had both mirrors, driver and passenger side) recently silicone/glued at the base which was messy nevertheless. However, the passenger side was not moving/ aligning for my sitting which made it dangerous and useless. The driver side mirror was too loose which was shifting/rotating with the wind and I4 puddles/holes.AZIZ A.

We picked this U-Haul because it had both storage and equipment (trucks etc) turn in. We drove 1111 miles and were exhausted, and thankfully Nathaniel made our move in so smooth. As soon as we got there, he greeted us. Then, he walked us through the process of turning in our equipment (we had a trailer and a truck) and setting up our storage unit. Super efficient and we were checked-in in less than 10 minutes. The storage unit itself comes with complimentary dollys, which were not provided at the storage facility in the state we were moving from, and that helped us move our stuff even quicker into the unit. Khallil went above and beyond and was extremely Helpful. But there were two other employees when we came in for the moving truck that were extremely rude and unhelpful. Emivalentina and Nathaniel We’re both extremely rude and unhelpful, there was absolutely no parking in your lot our appointment was for 10 o’clock we got there at 10:30 because we had to take a car back home because we had nowhere to park and stood in line for 20 minutes and then got to the front at almost 11 and we were told that our truck was given away Because we were late By Emmy Valentina. She had a very I don’t care attitude. We had to ask questions in order to get another truck and pay more with no dolly. I was paranoid because my iPhone detected a AirTag and I wasn't aware this location uses that. I called u haul because my location was closed they told me they don't use air tags when returning the U-Haul I spoke to the manager and that location uses Apple AirTags manager was amazing enough to not charge me because of the situation but when I told him they should let customers know he said no because there would be issues but iPhones can detect it and people can get scared like I was I drove away from my home putting miles on the truck Because I wasn't aware they use tracking. I was afraid to go home until I was able to locate the air tag disable it. Manager was kind enough to not charge me but this experience was overall scary and people should be aware of those AirTags. I understand the meaning behind it but what's going on in this world and what people are using those air tags for it's really scary.rachel O.

This facility is not managed properly. They gave away a climate controlled unit that was reserved in person for over a week. Then told me that there were no other available climate control for miles. I settled for an outside unit but wasn't happy with the decision. However, I had to make a decision due to the movers being in route with my belongings. I walk in and I’m waiting in line, Melissa was on the phone a gentleman came up to try an help me out but said he couldn’t cause he only does storage. She didn’t apologize for keeping me waiting. I had to unload my truck and be at a house viewing. My information says 15in truck I wasn’t aware that the storage I reserved was going to be very small. So I asked Melissa if they had anymore storages she said no but the website stated their were two available unite, she said they do that to overbook us, which makes no sense cause for a person like me coming out of state moving with a whole truck full. So I checked another location which stated the same thing they had three available units but when I called customer Service so they can double check cause when I called the location they did not answer their phone when I called, she also seen these units were shown but not available. This was a big inconvenience, this whole experience with Uhaul was. The communication need to be better, I was very upset but kept my cool this whole experience. Amazing staff — Radicco and manager Wendy and truck man Willie. And the other young man who was helping in the office . I could take each one of them home with me LOL they’re all so sweet, and helped me be at ease about my move with all the stressors, and beautifully resolved several problems for me (like when I was stressed that I didn’t get the bars with the wardrobe boxes). So impressed with them and with this facility, so clean and so easy to navigate, the climate control quality and condition of the facility is WAY better than my prior public storage unit.
