I went to check in at 7am. The truck was boxed in by other vehicles and with only 1ft on either side, so I was forced to approve the vehicle condition without having any opportunity to inspect it. If this location knows that someone will be renting a vehicle outside of business hours, they ought to make sure it is accessible and visible. I lost two hours if time waiting for a staff member to arrive to move the vehicle behind, had to pay 2hrs extra to my helper for moving and had to drive two extra hours in the dark, which is what I was trying to avoid by checking in at 7am. Also, the gas cap was split into two pieces, which I did not notice until I went to fill up, and the truck pulled to the right the entire drive, which did not inspire confidence. I know vehicle maintenance is not necessarily in their control, so this point may be moot.Michael T.

I first used the location on Island road. They changed my location after the reservation first because the truck was snowed in and then they said they won't start. I think they didn't want to shovel the snow. The change in location was now out of my way and it did not open until 10AM. That was too late. The van was very dirty both inside and out. The van was in poor repair. There was a problem with the transmission and the vehicle had no acceleration power. Furthermore, it guzzled gas beyond belief. The only positive was that the staff were polite.ANTHONY C.
They totally jerked me around on when and where I was to pick up the vehicle. I had to make 2 trips to pick up the 26' truck that I had reserved. the van's tires were terrible, could not go over 60klm on 401 from ottawa to toronto for fear of accident during snow conditions on on sat dec 18th winter conditions, the windshield wiper blades skipped across the wind shield and i had almost no vision, it was a terrible terrible 7 hour drive instead of 4.5. I did not even bother to report when i dropped off the van on the 19th because i was so upset and frightened during this ordeal, please have someone from Head office contact me, the staff and manager at this location was amazing during the reservation process, but the lack of tire traction and broken windshield blades was not acceptable. please contact me to discuss, thanks diane shaddock 416 720 6187DIANES J.

1. The online system I booked another location. But when I went there, they said they do not do one way trips so I need to go to this location. This wasted around 1.5 hrs of my time, which also made me lose most of my elevator time slot booked 2. I booked dollies which were not available at that location. I needed them and depended on them. So that made me waste more time. They didn't offer any solution but to buy dollies. Which are reaaally expensive. 3. The car was clean inside. But mirrors and windows were extremely dirty to the point it was a driving hazard. I had to stop on the side of the road to wipe them downAhmad O.

The vehicle was very poor maintained. When I went over 80km per hour the vehicle would have a very aggressive shake. I was scared to drive over 100km per hour on the highway as the vehicle would shake very bad. It added significant time to my overall trip. When I dropped the vehicle off and explained my concern to the CSR rep he told me that it was probablly a bad tire and said that these poor trucks get treated very bad. Overall a zero rating and very bad service from this loaction. Customers safety concerns should be treated more seriously as this vehicle that I had driven should not be on the road and rented to the public. Traffic and reservations need to listen to customers and not act as they know it all. Cody and Justin at the Kingston location assisted me in rectifying the nightmare that both traffic and reservations created by booking me the same trailer twice instead of two trailers. although I made it clear to traffic and reservations that there was only one trailer at the Kingston location.
