The vehicle was very poor maintained. When I went over 80km per hour the vehicle would have a very aggressive shake. I was scared to drive over 100km per hour on the highway as the vehicle would shake very bad. It added significant time to my overall trip. When I dropped the vehicle off and explained my concern to the CSR rep he told me that it was probablly a bad tire and said that these poor trucks get treated very bad. Overall a zero rating and very bad service from this loaction. Customers safety concerns should be treated more seriously as this vehicle that I had driven should not be on the road and rented to the public. Please service your vehicle properly prior to renting !ANDRE S.

The auto transport brakes were faulty and the trailer brake was locking up and pulsing making the trailer put strain on the transmission of the truck ...I reported it ...I should not have to pay full rentalADRIAN L.

Traffic and reservations need to listen to customers and not act as they know it all. Cody and Justin at the Kingston location assisted me in rectifying the nightmare that both traffic and reservations created by booking me the same trailer twice instead of two trailers. although I made it clear to traffic and reservations that there was only one trailer at the Kingston location. I was disappointed that an item that I reserved was not available for pickup. My drop off location- Warden. Uhaul must discourage employees from communicating in their native language on matters related to customers, in a language that the customer does not speak or understand.Martin S.

I booked two dollies along with my truck rental. When i picked the truck, they said they don't have any Dolly left because the Dollies are 1st come 1st serve basis. I am totally screwed. Without any dolly how a movement can be done, I have no idea. If their service is 1st come 1st serve basis then what is the point of pre-booking online almost a month before. Instead of picking up the truck and do my business, I had to wait at their door for a customer who will return his truck with a dolly. My whole day's plan is jeopardized because it was a moving day and i scheduled elevators in services in two places with time boundary. I would not recommend u-haul at all for moving since they are not commited to their services and make everything in chaos in last minute.SAKIB-BIN S.
I did not choose this location. It's 50km away from where I booked and uHaul seems to think it's okay to change my booking to another city the night before. Awful service. The people were nice but uHaul phone and web support are total trash. Imagine how much they made by forcing me to drive an extra 50km and pay for the gas myself. Disgusting. The credit they gave me barely made up for the costs I enccured due to their mismanagement of trucks.Siavash G.

Charged me extra 40$ just for returning the truck an hour late due to bad weather and traffic. Wouldn't book with uhaul again in the future. Very bad experience. Especially the lady at the office was so rude on the phone saying next time make sure to return on time eventhough for something that's not under anyones controlDINESH REDDY K.

The first truck didn't work. And the axon truck the drivers door was very hard to close. You had to slam it shutFLORENCEJA C.
Dropped of after hrs. The app was great but I wish I knew the steps before hand. We had dropped truck off and I launched app on way home. The app wanted pics of truck which I couldn't do, we were too far. I couldn't upload the pics I already took that were on my phone.DANIEL K.
Make sure that a customer is quoted honestly, I was quoted 1200 and when arrived at the location the first attendant quoted me and try to charge me 1500 telling me that they did not mentioned the tax on the phone. the add up of the taxes of the amount i was told did not calculate right. The reception was done correctly and the attendant was honest The vehicle I had the front windshield was messy and it was hard to see through the window when a car coming had is light open and was causing a glare because the windshield had trace of water leakBertrand J.

Poor communication from front desk to person managing the equipment hook up. I completed front reservation and was told to go out and see lot attendant after 30mins of looking for the guy I had to go back in to front wait another 15min while they where on the phone with crying baby to have the front desk attendant go out and speak with lot attendant while they argued why he did not help the customer. They need to figure proper communication between departments to service the customer better. Front desk connected the trailer for me and work well for my needs.JUSTIN R.

Had to reschedule from the fist to the 2nd. Only time I could get the truck was on the 2nd of Oct. I picked up the truck at 1:30pm on the 2nd of Oct. it was dirty and sticky inside the cab. I took it because I needed it. So I went and loaded my stuff took the first load over to my new place then went back for the rest. I did not get it unloaded until the next morning as it was late at night when we got back to the new place. It had rained that night and the stuff on the drivers side in the back of the truck got wet, .ruined a few things. I did let the guys know when I dropped it off and all they said was sorry. I was ok with the sorry but I just hope they took note that this has happened, I had no idea that the truck leaked. Thank YouRENE W.
