I just rented a pickup truck and when I wanted to check out there was ad pages that I thought was never going to end. Lot of upselling but truck was very clean .

Everyone that I have had the pleasure of dealing with there have been very helpful, and friendly. I just moved out of two of the smaller units into one large unit, and Jessica made it very easy and so convenient by finding me a larger unit right across from where my smaller units were so it made the transition very quick and convenient. Thank you all for being so helpful and nice.

Our overall experience with U-Haul during this move (including storage and a truck) has been less than ideal with so many issues. Will not be using U-Haul again.
