Before I departed with the van, I received a notification to confirm any damages and amount of fuel. The fuel actually had less then listed. I adjusted it, took a picture, & submitted. When I returned, I was told that I needed to pay $23 extra dollars for fuel. Apparently, the system did not properly register the changes I made & submitted. I had to take the van to purchase more gas, making me late for something else I had planned. It was when I asked for my receipt & copy of contract, that the rep. discovered the error. This technical error cost me time & money.

Rick was very professional, and of great assistance, after the passing of my nephew,, our family needed to store his belongings,so we could get through the grieving ,process and be ready to deal with it in time . The storage gave us the time we needed,, too resolve , how to get beyond this , Ricks patience and understanding was superlative !!! We won't forget ,! Thank You ,Rick !! There was an issue with timer lights ,from time to time as well as the keypad entry . Overall, minor due to , Ricks helpfulness !!!!

Didn't have the appliance Dolly i had rented making the task much more difficult Employee gave me the wrong keys to go add gas to the truck on returning and then disappeared for half an hour. Was unable to keep waiting for the employee and had to eat the $45 charge. No idea if i was refunded the $10 rental for the appliance dolly that i didn't get which caused huge issues and was the reason i used uhaul instead of Home Depot The truck still had advertisement signage covering the windshield and trash in it when it was given to me.

The personnel at this location helped me sort out the issues that were caused by the pick up location such as the incorrect equipment issue. He removed the charges and helped me sort out the problem. Was an easy process of returning thanks to him

I discovered my fuses blown 3 times for brakes with the trailer connected. They work fine for the 1st day. the next night I noticed no brake lights. Replaced fuse and drove again no problem. When I connected to return it today, I found the fuse blown the 3rd time. Its an intermittent thing that won't be easily found. Everything else was excellent. I am wanting to become an owner operator myself.

It's a shame uhaul advertises a "6 foot wide trailer" when the drive-up opening is less than 5 feet wide. It's only by pure luck this worked for my purposes.

Horrible experience!!! We rented a Uhaul cargo van to transport food and goods for a wedding shower and come to find out the van was infested with ROACHES!! We had to leave boxes out overnight to avoid the roaches infesting our home and use other cars to transport everything. It was a NIGHTMARE!!! We are waiting to speak with the manager. Employee on shift was able to see roaches in door side pockets when van was returned. Just a disgusting experience!!!

Clown working at counter Rick Espinoza needs to learn customer service skills before interacting with people its like talking to a 5 year old kid. I rented truck online and opted not to use SafeMove after returning truck and was still charged for this option. Idiot at front desk decided to add without my permission after I didnt want to use this option.

The instructions provided online were incorrect. When we arrived for an after-hours reservation, we found the key box indicated on our booking info empty. We could not get in contact with any customer service that could assist us. We finally got an unofficial answer from someone in billing after being on hold for half an hour, that they key might have been left in an alternative place. We lost our moving crew that evening over this discrepancy.

If I could give it one star I would. I had the worst experience, the truck broke down the first hour. Then no one ever came to give us another truck after we waited for hours on the highway for them. It took múltiple calls to get them to refund me. It was very unprofessional I would never recommend.

Overall I won't rent from U-Haul anymore due to the fact don't honor the reservation guarantee as well as if make a reservation for a certain vehicle can't rent it without a credit card but you can rent a box truck without a credit card the system should be the same

Everything worked, no issues. What more should one hope for? The lady showed us how to hitch it up. The YouTube video showed how to load our car onto the dolly. Fearing disaster every second but none actually occurred.

The location was ok, the process of obtaining and returning the uhaul was not. I was charged an additional day of use and an additional insurance day when there was an20 min difference in time of return. The system did not account for my reservation time and that the vehicle was returned before the reservation time. It also did not account for the time I actually left with the vehicle because I had to get additional help from the service person because with the electronic system. This made the experience feel untrustworthy. I will look for alternatives in the future.

I was overcharged $30 â€" agent pickup said she added an hour to agreement but apparently this was not applied. I was also told I would get a credit if I returned the truck at 1/4 full. I put in 2.5 gallons and only drove 11 miles. This credit was not applied either. I am waiting to hear back from mgr, once he returns from vacation

I was charged 2 days for a 1 day rental . rented a truck at 11:00 am she put on the agreement that i t had to be back by 9pm when I noticed I called and talked to a man and was told he would fix it. when I dropped the truck off at 10:30 pm that night. the next morning when I got the email for the bill it was charged for 2 days. . I had to call back up there 3 time to get the correct receipt and still didn't get it till I called again the next day. will not use again.
