Michael was especially helpful. I needed a motorcycle trailer and tied downs for a whirlwind trip to San Antonio. Michael helped get what I needed and helped me get on my way with little delay. I rented the trailer for four days, not being sure when I could return it. Luckily, I was able to return the trailer the very next day. Michael adjusted the charges for the transaction to fit the time I a actually used the trailer, saving me money. Much thanks to Michale for outstanding customer service. In the truck I rentend, they somehow they got the speedometer wired to do extra miles or something because after I returned the truck the uhaul location tried to charge me $260. I called to see what the charge was for and the worker told me I had driven the truck 260 miles when I barely rode it for maybe 35 miles? Maybe I'll even say 40 miles but nowhere near 260. He told me there was nothing I could do because of course I can't prove I didn't drive that much if the speedometer says I did. Luckily my card was turned off so the charge didn't go through or else it would be a lawsuit. Use google earth or something I know y'all probably have trackers in them you could easily see where all I went in the truck. Might wanna get someone out the to look at the trucks or something before they screw someone else and they actually sue or something.

After we dropped off our truck and did the walk around and got the all clear, we were informed via email three hours later that there was damage. We purchased insurance so no out of pocket expense but it seems fraudulent and scamerific to me, as there was no damage on the truck when we left. Very disappointing and we will not be utilizing Uhaul again.

I dropped my trailer off early on a Saturday 3 days before my return date was told everything was good to go and it would be checked in but 4 days later I'm receiving late charges on my card because they have their stuff messed up claiming I never returned the trailer

The care at this location was excellent especially in lieu of the fact they were not where we had originally scheduled the trailer from. I had originally scheduled the trailer from another place about a mile away. No one was at the location and they did not answer the phone. This is the second time that I was sent to another location after scheduling a trailer pick-up from Uhaul.

The .69¢ per mile was misquoted to me and I ended up paying .99¢ per mile which significantly increased my bill outcome. It was very disappointing, because the overall experience was impeccable from beginning til time to pay the bill.

There was nothing wrong with the vehicle when I returned it they didn't have me sign any paperwork to or do a work around with me. They already took the money out of my account stating everything was fine. The next day I get charge for damage on the van they didn't call me to see or verify what happened so now $150 gets taken out of my account with no explaination besides a damage report in the report it says unknown costumer if I rented the van how am I a unknown costumer? Now if something was damage I'll own up to it and pay it but there was nothing wrong with this van upon return. This just sounds a little fishy I rent from uhaul all the time but we won't be back I'll go to budget or somewhere else don't waste your time and money.

One thing I couldn't understand, when I made the reservation, there was a location closer to my home with the item I wanted to rent. It was available for a one day rental. But when I tried to make a two day rental for the same item it suddenly wasn't available. I'm not sure why U-Haul with all there locations couldn't re-rout another trailer to the location closer to me instead of having me drive the extra distance for an item that suddenly wasn't available. I'm not sure if it's the location or U-Haul but this isn't the first time it's happened. Otherwise everything was fine.
