The staff's professionalism and kindness when i needed face to face help was exceptional. Top tier. My only concern is solely on the mobile process. First time doing it. In a rush, I accidentally took a picture of my CHL (legal concealed hand gun licence). I was expecting a retake from the online employee. Instead, I was immediately logged out and marked as a security problem. The friendly staff member in the office understood the issue and reversed the security hold to allow me to finish the process. Thankfully. Not that it matters, I was not carrying in or out of the office, or even in the U-Haul.

I moved in to my storage unit on October 20, leaving it secured. When I returned on October 27, I found it had been robbed during the course of those 6 days. No notification was given to me regarding the break in, nor has there been ANY communication from U-Haul regarding the next course of action. The general manager, Laura Alcazar, had promised to get in contact with me the next day, but that was not followed through. This place has holes in their fences that allow people to come in and ransack units. They “fix” these holes by using cheap zip ties that are just ripped off when thieves need entrance again. They also conveniently have spots where the cameras don’t cover so as to allow thieves to get in and out without detection. Avoid this location.

It's very convenient that this location has vans to rent, as it is the place I store the equipment I need to move as well. Laura always greets me in the early hours of a day with a bright smile and great sense of humor. At the end of the day, I'm lucky to be received by Lisa who takes the time to make sure I'm completely satisfied. The team at this location should be looked at as the baseline for hospitality training that is desperately needed at your nearby Uhaul locations. Trust me, I've visited them all.

Hire a better person. We waited 45 minutes before the fat ass lady could tell us what to do when we came to return the truck. She looks like a person who is not happy to be working there and should be relieved of her misery. This was on Sunday July 28, 2019 at 3:00 pm.

Be honest about how much gas is in a van. They told me full and it was not until I had been out for an hour that I noticed it was at 3/4. The lady at the rental counter told me the I should have noticed it before I left. I drove 16 miles and put $20 in gas back in as I had to. Make sure to check gas levels

Small, dirty and not in a very safe neighborhood. There was no parking on-site and we were forced to leave a personal vehicle on the street where we did not feel safe. FYI - We only used this location because the one where we had originally reserved our truck had a complete computer shutdown while we were there. They were unable to process any orders (including express checkouts) and all the customers in the facility at that time were sent out to find alternate locations on their own.

More space for customers outside to park. My friend had to park in the ( In and Out Burger place across the street. Other than that it was a very easy and customer friendly transaction.

I prepaid for a mattress cover when I reserved the truck. I received a text message two days prior telling where to pick up the truck. When I arrived to pick up the truck, I was told to go to another location to pick up my mattress cover, even though I saw plenty in stock. Will never prepay for any supplies, etc in the future. Very disappointing policy. My wife called Uhaul to complain and request a refund. Representative indicated she would call back and let us know. It’s been over 24 hours and we’ve heard nothing.

The night before my move you guys changed my reservation From an eight hour truck rental to a three hour event renta from an eight hour truck rental to a three hour van rental. I understand you’re busy but I couldn’t move half of the stuff out of my apartment and I had to throw out thousands of dollars worth of things. My girlfriend got a concussion and I am very disappointed. Do Not Close this location!!! I know there are other locations in town, but the staff are not as friendly as this location and they are not as well kept and organized. I understand that there is consideration for closing this location's office/truck rental. I have a storage unit here and it is very convenient to be able to periodically rent trucks here when needed. And as I said before, staff are courteous and location is clean. (I've been to the next nearest location a couple of times and both times the staff were rude or inattentive and the place was dirty like a car repair shop).

The rental was very expensive. I needed a one-day, in-state, less-than 500 mile rental with this truck. I paid for a three-day rental. If you want to improve, offer the one-day, less-than-500 mile option at a lower price. You will still make plenty of money on the rental.

Krystal Cruz was very helpful. The online check in was sneaky and maddening. I thought it was a simple click the day before on my phone, What I didn't see is that it was also asking for an upgrade to a larger truck -- NOT OBVIOUS. Krystal did not have the 10' truck I wanted, but was able to find a 15, after first giving me a 20' truck (literally 2x size I needed). I will NEVER do UHAUL on my phone again, as I don't trust it to show me everything. Not happy about this part. But not Krystal's fault.
