Dropped truck off after hours following the app process with photos and check list. Called location in the morning to confirm return was ok and they thanked me for a clean truck return and nicely folded blankets. Very friendly staff on the phone. U-Haul process was very smooth and easy end to end.

Getting in and out was beyond a hassle. I understand it's secure do to being a storage facility but there needs to be a better system for getting in and out for uhauls.

I have never had such a terrible experience with U-Haul in my life. The truck I received was absolutely trashed! Please look at the photos. The driver side was slammed in. The guy who rented it to me said "gotta put your body weight into it to close it".. what are you serious? The door was so jammed it wouldn't close correctly. The back of the truck had a huge hole in it! I spent 30+ minutes taking pictures and making notes so I wouldn't be charged for the damage. When I realized how bad the damage was I went inside to return it but there was nobody at the desk. Because of how long it took for me to check out and finally leave, I was late picking the keys for my grandmothers place and was told "you were supposed to be here 45 minutes ago". Because of my late arrival I had to wait longer to receive them. This completely slowed down my day and made the experience dreadful. I called to make a complaint and the lady was very nice, helpful and took great notes. She looked at the photos and could not believe it was rented out to me in that condition. She explained to call back once I returned it and they would file a complaint for me. When I returned the truck, the same guy was there. I asked him why did you rent this truck out to me? He said very nonchalant "everyone else had a reservation" then walked off. I had a reservation also so I was not happy with that answer. He could have replaced mine and got another for a customer coming in later. What's worse is he never said sorry, took responsibility, or even acted like he cared about what happened! It was odd how he just overlooked the situation. Once I returned the truck, I called and made a complaint. The lady assured me I would get a phone call back within three business days from the Manager. I never received a call back or anything to discuss how the situation would be handled. It's been over two weeks and still no call. This has left a very bad taste in my mouth and as of now will tell all friends and family never rent from U-Haul. This situation should be studied on how NOT to rent a truck to a customer. How NOT to follow up with a customer and how NOT to respond when they fall short of their duties. I am absolutely dumbfounded by the whole situation and rate the service 0 out of 10!

Nothing against the location specifically. Was never informed my U-Haul location changed. Had movers waiting at a certain time and planned accordingly closer to my location for a reason. Had to take a 20 min detour since it was farther from the move location. Super inconvenient and luckily they were able to tell me where it was moved once I called but not a single memo was sent of the change in location. Absolutely frustrating on top of already having to move.

Kevin is the worst manager I ever met in my life he may be move out of the facility because he said they were tearing it down and then charged me all these late charges when it was his fault I didn't have a storage building at the other facility cuz I had to move out right away so I paid all these late fees he said I don't worry they'll buy you out it's been a month just paid all this stuff and they're reimburse you in September all of that was a big lie I had to move out of there and everything in the facility ain't going to be tore down until next year Kevin is the worst manager you ever had in the the young African-American good night me access to the facility on the 30th of this month September told me all you can't get in nice 5:00 he denied me access in there and was blocking the gate like you can't come in he said you don't have to call the half hours place and speak to the manager I'm at almost $350 because of his late charges that he charged me when he was his fault I couldn't get into the other storage building that he told me I had to move in assistance and everything and I went to the other building and there was zero units available so my stuff had to stay over there but I was charged late charges and all this charges because of him I should not have to pay all them late charges and it should be reimbursed to me immediately feel free to contact me at 737-262-3117 my name is Don kneecap

I had a mobile pickup reserved at 8AM on Sunday. However, when I reached...it showed that no equipment was reserved for me. I had to wait for 1 hour in the Texas heat for the manager and then take. You guys tell in the website that if it is reserved and if you dont get the equipment back youll give $50 back...what about that?

Only downside was there were no moving pads available for our move. We made do with what we had. Truck was clean, well-maintained, and worked well. When the key is turned to start the truck it was very stiff. The truck had a out 150,000 miles on it, but I did you park or did you want I parked right there t should have been easier to turn the ignition key.

Add more drop off parking spots. Deter homeless folks around the storage access area with an occasional security guard otherwise they really try to annoy you as you are trying to park the truck in limited space in dark trying to check out and you are dead tired after a long day moving.

my after hours drop off was a pain in the ass - having an app to install and configure and then could not find my reservation SUCKED. We finally just did it on the web site but wasted 30 - 40 minutes doing so - after along day this was not fun. Under that QR code you could also say - or go to the website - it was too much easier.

I say the equipment was well-maintained and overall it was, but there was an issue with the latch on the back of the truck, which I mentioned, and the staff person said their maintenance person had been told about the issue but wouldn't fix it. So their maintenance person gets a thumbs down! Otherwise, very nice staff and easy process to rent a truck.

On 02/06/2014, Tuesday, I went to my storage unit to move out the last of my stuff. Upon driving through the security entrance, another car that was parked out front, pulled up behind me and tailgated his way into the facility. After packing some boxes into my auto, I went to the restroom and saw a homeless guy dressed very shabbily with a shopping cart full of his belongings inside the fence of the facility. I felt uncomfortable, because I thought that this was supposed to be a secure area, but he didn't bother me and pushed his cart along his way.

The gentleman was extremely short tempered when giving directions or answering questions. Like I should have known which vehicle he wanted me to pull behind. Also I dropped the trailer off early and he was also short tempered when I was asking questions, like I was dumb or bothering him with questions. The two incidents were 5 hours apart so this was now related to any specific issues

They cheated me out of money for the gas and fees they added on. I have pictures of the truck being returned with the proper gas and clean. Never never again. And I'm gonna close the 3 big storage units because of this. Horrible service and horrible escalation teams that never get back to you. Horrible company and location U-Haul does care at all how their locations are run as long as they see money. No matter how they always find a way to add and add more charges.

I've never been to this location so I had no clue how to enter into the gate. I wish there was some type of heads up of how the gate code would be given. I didn't know to start the check in process first in order to receive the gate code. Would have also liked the gate code to be texted/emailed to me so that I don't have to go searching for it to get back in and out of the gate after I was finished with the Uhaul. (which I still didn't find it. Someone else let me in) This was possibly the worst experience of using Uhaul.

When I rented the truck the fuel light was on and the back up camera did not work In addition, the tire pressure light was on and the Uhaul representative told me I would have to go to another store to have the tired filled because their air compressor was not good enough. After filling the truck up with gas I had to call roadside assistance to deal with the tire. The tire was not just low in air. It had a faulty valve stem which required replacing to make the truck road safe. This caused a several hout delay in packing the truck and getting on the road. I find it very irresponsible of Uhaul to rent trucks that are not properly maintained or road safe. Very disappointing experience.

This location was very convenient for me and kept my stuff secure, however, every time I went into the office there was no one there. This happened 3 times over the course of 6 months I went into the office, having rented a truck or needing assistance and no one would be there, or came when I yelled or called the main phone line. They either need more staff members or need to put up a sign when they are not going to be behind the desk.

This location is very confusing and difficult to access. It took me a very long time to access my rental and wasted my time for about an hour. The worst part is the overcharges that they made next day. This is almost a regular issue with uhaul that they have strange tendency to keep overcharging people.

I had scheduled for a move in on Friday but wasn't able to pick up the truck until the next day. We picked up the truck and got back to the U-haul place our storage had a lock on there so we could not get in, and then they switched me into another unit at closing time,so when we got to the storage unit it was very small and I couldn't put anything in there so they had closed and I was stuck in the parking lot with all my stuff in the truck and they were already closed and it wasn't anything I could do but leave my stuff overnight in the truck, this is the worst experience I ever had from Uhaul I'm not too sure about ever using this place again.

My belongings were in storage at this facility for 20 months while I was building a small house. I rather dreaded getting them out of storage because of past experiences that weren't so good. However, as I rearrange furniture and unpack household goods, I find no damage attributable to their storage. Access was easy and the employees were pleasant and helpful. It was especially helpful to those who moved my belongings to have access to the rolling platforms that carried so much more than either an individual or a standard two-wheel dolly could carry. That made things both easier and faster!

I was a little disappointed when the Sunday morning hours were changed from 7am to 9am, as 7am is why I originally got my storage unit there to begin with. Rats and roaches were also a disappointment. :(

The drive-thru is not clearly marked once you get between the buildings for the interior sets, there was essentially a traffic jam trying to get through and around to enter and exit. Not sure what's going on with the complimentary loading beds, but couldn't find them on a busy Saturday, I guess that would probably be why.

My keys got locked upstairs because the elevator stopped working and the GM told me it was nothing she could do and she wasn't coming to help so she didn't know what to tell me so I had to call the fire dept to get in the building for me. I'll never use Uhaul again

I was assigned the wrong size unit. I showed up and unloaded items up the elevator to the second floor to find I had been assigned a elevated locker space 4 plus feet off of the ground instead of the 5X5X5 unit I was sold by the agent. When I approached the front desk I was told (through the mail slot by the employee) it was time for them to close and I would need to load all my stuff up and return the next morning so they could try to straighten it out. Very dissatisfied with the service.

There were rodent droppings in my unit when I moved my stuff, and the walls of the unit were not very clean. I don't think I would have put my stuff here if we hadn't been in a rush to get it done. The temperature was 60 when I was moving my stuff, so I hope nothing got damaged by the freeze. Temperature control does not seem to work. I was willing to pay for this place as long as it was cheaper than other options, but when the price went up I had to go.

The access hours were extremely inconvenient the sign literally says 24/7 and the sometimes at 5pm the gate wouldn't open. My unit was on second floor and the week I had to move my bed, couch and most of the boxes from my house the only elevator in the building was broken (it was broke for an entire week)

I was given an access card and told access was from 5 am to late evening. When I was trying to move out, the hours changed and I was not made aware of these changes, so friends srranged their time to help me, and not be with their families and we all had to wait till 9 am to get started. That is not user friendly. I am aware of the vandalism in a left leaning city. I know how an inconsiderate person with malintent can disrupt business. Uhaul has no excuses for this change in access and to NOT NOTIFY its clientele since most have email addresses registered. Staff is very friendly and most helpful. 5 stars to staff.

Learned my lesson. Only one elevator. Took forever. Took what should have been an an hour and a half job and made it at 4 hour task. Exceedingly hard for moving truck to navigate the very tight space. Moving truck was locked in- and it was not even time for the facility to have been locked up.

The staff went above and beyond! My daughter lost the padlock keys twice, causing us to call a locksmith to cut the lock, and they simply gave us replacement locks twice for FREE.
