My pickup location was changed and the new location was not given to me. Only by going to the original location and them telling me the new one was I able to pick up. Also, at the actual pickup location I had to walk to and find the correct truck myself. Load the dollys and pads myself. Other locations had the truck pulled out and loaded for me.Troy S.

I would like file a strong Complaint against your staff called Kevin in Grand Prairie, TX at U-Haul Moving & Storage at I30 MacArthur. I scheduled the tow hitch installation on this site for my Tesla. When I arrived,I was surprised he told me he had never had that for Tesla. Then ,instead of giving me any explanation or figuring out a solution for me, he talked with me with very very very bad attitude, turned his back to me and kicked me out of the store, as if I was guy who is at fault and shouldn't come. They are disrespectful and they are not helping me with my claims. I just a hitch installed to my car, and they messed up the wiring. Right now, I got an engine light, showing that the Transmission Range Sensor has failed. When I am signaling left, the car starts acting out. Even the radio starts turning on and off. The signals start blinking very fast, etc. These are obvious signs of electrical short circuit which might results in additional issues if I continue driving the car. With the installation, I purchased an Unlimited Lifetime Warranty and Wiring Service Plan. Still, they are not willing to help fix their mistake and they are not making any fixes on the car. I will have to now go to a car mechanic or a dealership and pay hundreds, maybe thousands of dollars to get these issues fixed. Only because they messed up their wiring.Sercan G.
Customer service taking longer to finish process. Over charge when I return the vehicle for first charge it was $68 and than charge me on my credit $111 for not to do self check, no one from customer service told me about it. I just use the vehicle for 5 hours only. When I call to ask about charges the man was rude to me. Any way I'm not going no more to this place.Elimam E.
Same day i tried to get a refund due to their faulty install that prevented me from getting a trailer at another locationâ€¦due to them not having the needed trailer in stock. Was advised to come back the next day for refund & deinstall and had to book a hotel due to me being from out of state. Arrived first thing in the morning and they told me i could not get a refund. Now i have a trailer hitch that i don't need and had to give away all my belongings that i was trying to transport to California. Never again will i use Uhaul and with my community connections, i will be advising others to not use that location. Very unprofessional staff. Reviewing day prior to make sure customers order is in for scheduled date would be something to improve on. My order was not in. Location had to call another center and pick up. Truck had engine light come on, abs light was on and off, engine stalks and shuts off when I come to a stop or halt in traffic. When I took the truck in after use, there was no questions asked of the condition of equipment other than fuel amount in tank. These vehicles are operated by different customers everyday.PIYUSH P.
Counter person was V E R Y UNFRIENDLY. Looked like she was annoyed to say the least! All front counter people looked unfriendly...would ask a question and wouldn't answer ... then would answer. I would rather drive further to this Grand Prairie, TX location than the one on Main Street. The service at this location was quick and professional. Best of all, the man that took care of the rental process, smiled the whole time. He needs to be complemented. I ran my own garage for 20+ years and also managed Firestone Auto Centers in DFW area and South Texas. Not the first time I have rented at this location. Great location.ALFREDO H.

Do not charge a cleaning fee when the vehicle is picked up DIRTY. DO NOT CHARGE A $30 FEE IFthe gas is slightly under a gallon. The original truck we reserved was not there at the location we were told to pick up. We drove to another location for another truck and the maintenance light came on 4hours after starting trip. Another light came on day after half way to Florida. I can say this trip renting with uhaul truck has been the most stressful one yet!!!MARINA R.
I found out while trying to pickup truck this location don't offer Truck Sharing so due to customer service changes had to pick up here. Had a 6am scheduled pickup time with mobile check in and 6:30 arrival time for movers to come. Because location don't open til 7am to find out why I couldnt ckin on mobile and no access to truck after calling customer service and no answer and things spiraled from there. I had booked movers through app as well due to 1hr delay caused by Uhaul it cost me an additional $150 for mover's. Bad experience with Uhaul customer service team member Nikki hung up on my while at location trying to get help. The location Manager Kevin was nice though. So I asked Uhaul to do the right thing and reimburse me for 1hr overage to moving company all I got was the run around and told how someone would contact me in 48hrsâ€¦.laughable they won't it make a mistake the made right leaving there customer ass out and paying for itâ€¦Just Sad.LaKisha M.

Set up rental to include dolly. Upon getting to my location there was no dolly. Mileage was off. From the parking lot to the light which was right at the corner the miles went up to 2. After moving all my stuff in the unit, two weeks later my storage was broken in, handel was busted, 14-16 boxes were stolen, video camera were not to far from where unit was. When I went to report to service clerk they didn't care, didn't provide the information that needed to happen. The manager was called through video call and told me don't worry as long as you have insurance you are covered. I asked if they could secure my storage and put a new handle or move mt stuff to new storage, the manager said he would have it fixed the next day. As of today and moving out on Friday the Handel is still broken. This happened in January. Yesterday(02/27/2022) I hired a van(Uhaul at 2PM CST) at the Grand Priare location (920 S MacArthur Blvd, Grand Prairie, TX 75050). Contract Number : - 94359924 When I received the key of the equipment I noticed a low tire pressure alert and I notified the store manager. He suggested ignoring it and then I noticed 5 Miles advanced in the Contract than the original value. As per Contract, it was 11622 MI but it is actually 11627 MI. So I took a picture of the dashboard and then notified the same manager about that to correct it when I return the equipment at 4PM CST. The store manager was pointing out to me that I didn't do my job and he did not respect the customer the way it was to be. He claims that he did his job and I failed to do my job. The worst behavior I have never seen before from anywhere. This is just 3$ matter but the way he fingered the customer side is not at all acceptable.mani P.
