First, stop overbooking at this location. Second, have the self checkin and get equipment to actually work. I had to go to counter then was told the place was overbooked. So, asked to being truck back by 1:30pm or 2pm though I really needed until 4pm. Checked my account later this eve, they double charged me. Now I have to call back in morning. My charge should have been $66; I have 2 charged for $66. That card machine is junky! Will likely book somewhere else next time.JAIMIE P.

The only negative thing I experienced was that I could not adjust the "blind-spot" mirrors. In the past, I had no problem doing so. This time, those mirrors were useless! I had to watch very closely what vehicles were beside me. Other than that one flaw, I have had a good experience every time I rent a vehicle.willie P.

Employees were impatient to the degree of being rude from start to finish of our rental, and the drop off process was confusing. When renting, we were told if we didn't do check in with an employee we would be charged an extra fee but when we tried to check in with an employee they told us to just leave the vehicle anywhere in the parking lot and they would take care of it. When I asked for clarification, I was brushed off and the employee walked away to help someone else. Neither when we bgean the rental or did the return were they super busy; there were more clerks than customers inside, but we were spoken to poorly regardless.Taylor C.

It would be expected that U-haul would provide directions on how to disengage the towing enablement in the truck so that the truck does not consume so much fuel when I did not inform U-haul that I needed to tow. The truck consumed over 50 dollars worth of fuel for 22miles of driving. The staff that I dropped the key with actually had the nerve to laugh at me when I asked why the truck consumed so much fuel for such a mileage. It seems to me that U-haul did this knowing that a lot of customers would overlook this and just pay. This is a scam and a company of this size should not need to scam customers particularly when new companies can spring up and compete with your company based on the scamming customers have gone through with your company. Furthermore, it kills the reputation of your company if there was one before. I will not use your company again due to this.Abidemi A.
The young lady inside was helpful. The other young lady sent to hook up trailer was rude and wouldn't listen to a driver who has 35 years of pulling and hooking up to a trailer. I was overcharged due to the fact that my rental return time was entered incorrectly! The young ladies at the Grand Prairie store were more interested in conversing with one another about the baby one of the girls had there in the store. I brought the key to them stating that I did not want to be charged extra and did I have to use the online process. She said no that only applies to the after hour process and that all I needed to do was return the key to the truck and all would be fine. That certainly was not the case. I should have followed my gut and insisted on a return receipt on the spot but I was extremely tired and sweaty after moving in 103 degree heat. Totally unacceptable...Thomas C H.

I understand that every facility is different and it was also my fault for going when help was unavailable, but the instructions to get inside were not clear. I didn't know that I had to enter my code twice. On keypads located less than 50 steps away from each other no less. I would add those steps to the move in email. I was late a couple of times on storage and I don't excuses my actions but you charge $35 amount late fee .And will call 2 and 3 times a day for money.
