We ended up with U Haul affiliated movers at the apartment with no Pods. I was told that I was supposed to coordinate this but this was never communicated and it wasn't the case on the sending end where the mover delivered the pods, packed them them took them away. I was told that our movers in Minnesota are going to charge us for additional time because of this confusion. I will plan to ask U Haul to pay this additional cost as the error was theirs.

I had to walk around in below freezing temperatures to find my truck. I looked for 15 minutes, then came back inside to inform staff that my truck was not outside. They then said, "oh that is our mistake, it is around back. You will need to walk all the way around back and find it." I then pulled my dolly through the snow all the way around the back of the store until I found my truck. It only had a quarter tank left of gas. I have gone to this location before and had a good experience, however, this experience was terrible. I will not be coming back.

Go somewhere else. They delayed my mobile pickup due to security reasons of people apparently breaking into their trucks. I somewhat sympathize but they didn't bother to tell me so when I showed up at the scheduled time I had to leave and go back when they were open. An employee showed up 45 minutes early but wouldn't wouldn't help us until they were officially open even though this was their fault. The delayed pickup caused lost hours and overtime with the moving help I scheduled through Uhaul but they refused to compensate me. Poor customer service all around. I will go out of my way to use another truck rental service in the future if I ever have to move again. The contracted moving company ‘Moving Experts and U Box Specialist' was awesome though, the only bright spot of this exchange, I would highly recommend them.

Rented a truck with a appliance dolly online. When we got there, we were told they didn't have a appliance dolly. We didn't mind to rent a different type of dolly, do we were good. Then we found out there was no dolly on the truck we rented. Also the gas was not full (was ~3/4 of the tank, but we were so tired, so did not complain about this...)

Because of the storage place a Los things they kept cutting the locks and changing the locks I think it's a scam so they can get paid for the locks they lose the keys when they change the locks so you'll have to buy new ones with your upgrade it make you pay more for locks. Had to cut lost twice to see if they don't lie to my face would never ever come there again

Staff is rude. They give yiu a free month and then cut it off before the deadline and refuse to let you in. Asked me to pay and when I get there I am escorted off being told they don't want me there then turn around and sell things they legally aren't allowed to sell. Don't ever go here.

The truck they gave me was covered with snow (the only one in the lot that wasn't cleaned off). When I went in to ask for a different truck, they just handed me a snow brush and said they couldn't give me a different truck. This delayed my own timeline by a good hour which on a moving day is unnecessary added stress. This wasn't the only obstacle/issue I ran into that day with the staff. The staff was friendly, just not very helpful in solving the problems. I actually got the best customer service from one of the mechanics who wasn't even working the main desk.

The truck I was given was very old, the windshield was covered in ice. The service at this location is very poor the employees don't seem to care about customer service. Several of the employees where on personal phone calls right at the counter and several of them reek of marijuana. This was my second rental with this location in a month, I paid more for a smaller truck this time and got charged for overnight return when I actually handed the keys to the same person that rented me the truck and I was also charged for overpriced gas when in fact I put gas in it before returning it. This will be the last time I rent from this location and I'm telling everyone I know not to rent from them either.

The computer system was not working well. I couldn't self check-in, agent couldn't get license scanned, took almost 30 mins to get the vehicle. I was frustrated by the price as well. I estimated I would drive 35 miles and ended up driving only about 15, but I ended up being charged MORE than what was initially held even though I returned it with more gas and in the same condition.

The trailer assigned tome was not available at the time of pickup. The person at the counter did not seem to know this so that trailer was not there when I went to the yard to get it. The person assigned to connect the trailer gave me a different trailer but the counterterrorism said it was an "in-town" unit so I had to go back to the yard to unhook that trailer and get still a third trailer. The whole process took an hour longer than necessary. I already had my pickup location changed and pickup time delayed hours previously so it wasted several precious hours of daylight when We could have finished loading in the light and before the snowstorm started.

The truck wasn't ready and prepared to go. I didn't know where to go get the truck when we did find out where the truck was it was filled with snow on top of it. We had to clean the truck off in order to use it, Other than that the staff were very nice, punctual and considerate. they were knowledgeable with the questions I asked. I believe They felt really bad that it wasn't ready one of the staff however didn't hesitate to assist with cleaning the truck off as best she could and showing us where to get the truck. The truck was clean inside it was just the snow on the truck and it just wasn't ready to be used..

I was assisted by Josiah and Lisa. They both went above and beyond to help me choose between UBox and UStorage options. I am from out of state (Las Vegas NV) so this decision was stressful for me, but they made it easy for me to come to a firm and resolute decision. Josiah even lent me his personal tool set so I could socket wrench apart some of my pieces for storage. This is by far one of the cleanest UHaul Storage facilities I've ever experienced. Every staff member I encountered seemed happy to be there and eager to help. I particularly appreciated the loading dock option and the 24 hour access indoor garage loading option to keep me out of the 5 degree snowy weather. I highly recommend this facility.

The truck door would not close and we had to call 1-800 number, many people looked at it and the mechanism was very loose. When we returned truck early because we couldn't complete teips with open door the manager was very dismissive and condescending. I asked for a refund and did not receive one.

When I reserved this vehicle my estimate online was ~$50. I show up and am told $70, then because of mileage it ends up being almost $120. I understand that mileage needs to be charged but this feels deceptive to me. The pricing I see online should be indicative of what I will actually pay. The truck had a giant sign in it that I had to figure out what to do with, I didn't even want a truck, I wanted a van but the site said there were none available only for me to arrive and see vans present at pickup and drop off. Additionally the visors in the truck keep sliding down obstructing the drivers view. And not to mention the fact that I didn't need the truck until 1030 am but had to collect it at 830. This whole experience feels like I have been taken advantage of. In the future, I will go to Home Depot and get a $25 dollar truck.

The gentleman that was helping me seemed sick. Are we properly screening employees? No masks worn by employees. Even if your vaccinated you can pass on or expose yourself. Simply awful behavior by current manager. After his disparaging attitude and behavior toward me I said that he was being patronizing to me. He glared at me and walked away despite not finishing transaction. I reapproached him and he said that I had called him a name. Not so. He then told me to leave and return if I chose. I calmly but assertively requested his manager's contact info. He refused. Men in line looked shocked. I went to my car and returned a few minutes later. He then transformed into a different personality. Very odd !! Very spooky man.

He was patient and kind and very supportive to my needs. Loading dock area very well laid out. Office for registration/ checkin OK, but there should be a separate checkin and waiting area for storage versus vehicle rental customers...and a posted outline of checkin for BOTH types of customsrs.Current construction makes finding anything difficult so you need to compensate by posting in big print process for each customer type. ALSO EACH STORAGE CUSTOMER MUST RECEIVE A LARGE PRINT.COPY OF THE LEASE BEFORE BEING ASKED TO SIGN IT. LAST COMMENT ....hire a Minnesota lawyer to look at your Lease. IT is poorly written and inconsistent with this state's Self Storage statutes. O Thanks D. M Montgomery
