The company send messages and will call. I had a few challenges that put me behind schedule. I contacted uhaul and to my surprise it was handled right away and rescheduled 20 mins later. Very satisfying The puck up location was very helpful . The revered vehicle was still available.

My only issue was that we were limited on r hours of checkout. That is probably a safety issue, but when our movers were late, it limited what we could do in a day b/c we would be locked out at 10PM
