Actually, there isn't any improvement needed. My wife and I were totally satisfied. We would like to commend the Customer Representative, Ms. Singleton. We are Seniors and are technology challenged. Needless to say, she assured us that she would walk us through it... and she did! She went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure that we were taken care of. It's because of employees like Ms. Singleton, that customers are Repeat Customers. A lot of dealers have trucks, but not all have the Service that we received from this young Lady. Thank you Uhaul for providing such good Customer Service and thank you Ms. Singleton for being so kind, so helpful, so caring, and so product knowledgeable. You made our project possible. Your customer service rep did not provide the proper information before I rented the pick-up truck. I was not informed that you needed a major credit card until I arrived at your location on Gray Highway. I had someone to drop me off to pick up the truck and was left stranded until I called someone to come rent the truck for me. I will try not to rent a truck anymore from this companyANDRICK B.

I made my reservations and it stated that I didn't have to pay for the storage. When I get there to put my things in storage, I was told that I needed $74 more money. I had to find somewhere to put my furniture. Then I had to borrow the money to get the storage. I have been charged for the gas to put back in the truck. It was a big mess going back and forth. I clearly hear the agent say the tank was a quarter tank. I pick up and indeed there is just above a quart tank, but on my paper work she put 3/4 of a tank. I could never get anyone on the line for the correction so I fill the tank to 3/4 anyway to avoid problems. U-Haul charges additional for GAS! I feel I honestly have been wrongly charged and unfairly treated.NGOZI A.

Everything was great beside the truck was way to big for my needs, it is not locations fault, it is UHAUL itself, rental services can be run, I had to spend more money on gas due to wanting a 10 to 15 foot then ended with a 26 ft plus I had to pull my car. These locations do the best with what they got! but UHAUL called me 3 times to tell me that I have one, I don't have one, I have one maybe not the same then told that it is confirmed that I have a vehicle but wanted me to drive hours away to get it. AGAIN i express that the facility staff were very helpful, UHAUL company itself was a horrible experienceJO-ANTHONY T.

The truck I reserved was not returned in time by the previous customer - not much the staff can do about that. In my case I could make do with a smaller van and that was accomplishd quickly. I actually saved some money in the end, and the return process was quick and easy.Paul T.

Have more trucks/larger trailers available. Also don't allow reservation of a trailer if it's not guaranteed to be there. It was confusing whether or not I had one confirmed and then had to downsize on the eve of moving day. The morning of moving day, I was told they had just found a wiring issue with my trailer, so I had to completely delay moving day for a week later. (This doesn't include the failure for my "Moving Help" to show up two weekends in a row, but I know that is not technically U-Haul's Fault). Overall, it was quite a nightmare of an experience, but I somewhat understand the equipment shortages and tendencies for it to incur damages rendering it inoperable.Gregory P.

This location was fine but I had a TON of issues with this reservation. I was supposed to have a truck the day before (Saturday 08/14) to be picked up at a dealer location. As I was trying to check in the app logged me out and deleted my reservation. I sat on hold with uhaul service center for 45 minutes before someone picked, they told me to go to the closest Uhaul location(Gray hwy). Once I got to the location they told me to call the service center, which I had just hung up with and had told me to come there. Thankfully this location was able to get me a truck for the following day but the online check in should WORK. That is ridiculous that this happened. I will never be using Uhaul again.DOUGLAS P.

I should not have been charged for an additional day if you told your manager I told you all the problems I had. I told you I was due a 75 dollar refund, you told me to leave and you would tell your manager,and she would take care of it. When I arrived to pick up the pick up truck , I was told I couldn't use my debit card to pay for it. I needed a Credit Card. I had to go all the way home to get a card which put me behind my schedule.MARTA A.
I rent 3-5 trucks a week and pay online each time ( or so I'm led to believe) and then my installation project manager arrives to get the truck and Is told by some â€œsuperiorâ€ who pops into town that he has to pay at the counter! What is the Point of my online Reservations and payment- this is my business paper trail and I'm tired of writing my emails employee reimbursement checks. The Truck we reserved well in advance wasn't there, we spent hundreds of extra dollars getting a hitch put on, renting a car and spent about 10 extra hours with changing our arrangements and packing an entire apt. into a 5x8 trailer instead of a 15 foot truck. NEVER use UHaul!JOHN S.
