Worst customer service ever the work look like she didn't want to work or move at all once I got all the paper work done I waited for 25min outside to get the trailer hook on but they never came out so I did it my self and left. The customer service was great at this location! The ladies that helped me out were friendly and helpful, but my disappointment came from the fact that I was supposed to pick the truck up from a different location and when I got to that location, no signs, trucks or employees were there saying where to go to get my reservation. I then learned that the location didn't have the truck I reserved available at that time. This threw off my moving schedule and I had to be transferred to the Good Hope location. I hope that in the future, there is confirmation for customers that the reserved truck and location will be the same before the time of the reservation begins.LAWRENCE B.

Was not able to complete the 24/7 return with my phone no matter how many times I tried and tried to sync my location. Thankfully, as a last ditch effort, I tried it on my girlfriend's phone and it synced?!?! I followed ALL your instructions and had the specified settings set as instructed. I had nowhere to store the truck....what would I have done if my fried wasn't able to get synced for me? Not strong, trustworthy protocol. The counter staff was EXCELLENT. However, they said my first vehicle was outside running and waiting for me, and I walked the grounds back and forth in 5 degree weather only to learn that the truck was not in fact running, and I was unable to start it. After a delay of about 15 minutes, they set me up with another truck which was running outside. However, it was parked in a partial snow bank and neither I nor the counter person could free it. We had to arrange a third vehicle after a wait of another 10-15 minutes, which had ice covering the windshield and that caused even further delays. My appointment was for 8:30, I arrived at about 8:15 with no other customers present, and I left at about 10:00 AM. Very disappointing, but the staff was kind and friendly through it all.MARIO A.

The online reservations seemed to have no bearing on the reservation I ended up with. I made a resi for a piece of equipment that didn't really exist at a location that didn't even have it. The original location called and redirected me to this next closest location that had something somewhat similar to what I was looking for. Not convenient. Then i had to repeat all the things I entered online in person at the pick-up. This is not the fault of the pick-up location, just a uhaul.com frustration that hurt my experience a lot.SCOTT S.

For the most part the experience was okay. My issues were not consistent enough to give a "No" response to some of the above questions even though if there was a rating scale of 1 - 5, this location would be in the middle or lower. There was some kind of water leak into the indoor unit that I had that soaked the lower stacked boxes. The boxes then collapsed under the weight of the boxes on top and some thing got crushed. Clothing ended up having mold in them. All of the boxes on the floor were stuck to the floor and things that were wood had water damage. Dealing with the staff was a crap shoot. In person I've never had a problem. Especially in leaving the facility for the last time. That gentleman was VERY helpful. Any conversation over the phone was met with hostility. More the one person to check customers in and out. Took forever. Customer should not have to take pictures of damage to truck beforehand. Explain to customer that there is a charge if zip tie is broken on dolly in truck you will be charged. We knew this so had our own.SUSAN O.
Absolutely horrible experience. Did the self service, no contact option of picking the truck up through the app. When we got to the truck designated, an employee was sitting in it with the engine idling and smoking a cigarette. Had to wait in a long line to swap it out. When the counter agent â€œchangedâ€ the truck, we went back outside and she had assigned us the same smoky truck. Everyone working there seemed miserable and unapologetic. The whole process took about an extra 45 minutes, all because one of your employees wanted to smoke a cigarette in the warmth of a trucks heater, rather than smoking outside.Oscar A.

Majority of the household and personal items I had in storage for safe keeping , I had to trash away due to extreme amounts of rodent feces and damage caused by it. Aside from it I felt hassled a month ago I received a call from an agent who was very rude and augmentative. Out of that it event I was prompted to end my contract with U-Haul.
