I moved my items from this storage unit over a year ago and paid fees owed then as the final payment. Two months later they claim I wasn't moved out but I was because they told me something was there but I know it wasn't and the last time I was there I told them I was moving then and they said fine just take the lock with me which I did after clearing out.... This was over a year ago and yet they keeping saying I owe money for a unit I am not occupying. My mother told them I had nothing in the unit and I have told them this as well. I was told to drop off at a different location. I talked with one representative about this & sent her screenshots of text messages & an email from uhaul stating I had a different drop off location. This representative was able to be professional and respectful throughout the call. Despite this interaction uhaul called me again about the drop off location I spoke with a second representative who I experienced as being blaming, disrespectful and overall not professional. Because I did not know to go to the location I have nothing negative to say about this location. I do have great issue with my experience with uhaul in relation to this location. After this experience as a whole we have unanimously agreed this was our last attempt at business with uhaul. When asked about our recent move it is impossible to honestly reply and not include how disappointing and disruptive our experience with uhaul had been.Micaela K.

They tried to tell me they "didn't do" after hours drop off at this location and changed the time on my reservation without my permission. I took pictures of before and after of the miles in the gas tank. They charge me 5 gallons and it was it the same as when I got it I am going to dispute this! I am also going to write a review about this location. Attitude was her name. She seemed very bothered by her job . Slick responses were made to simple questions. She didn't know where the van was so she gave me the key to go look for it in y'all parking lot. I had to come back also, so I'm wasting mileage on her mistake of not giving me a Dolly and then when I came back she said I forgot it making it my fault then I told her no you never gave it to me nor pointed it out. she then got it with no apologies or remorse for wasting my time and money. Customer service was horrible to say the least. Manager was rude, aggressive and condescending. She never addressed my issues and rushed me out of the store. She was loud and made a scene in front of other employees and customers. I will never revisit this store. This was my first and last time. Managers attitude reflected on the staff. For the second consecutive time I've rented a trailer I didnt need. First time I had to drive from Milwaukee to Sheboygan to pick up a second choice trailer. This time i show up and see the trailer i want to rent, but told it was unavailable to me. I'm moving my child to college twice a year, I need a 4x8 trailer, but forced to take a 5x8. The customer service was great at this location! The ladies that helped me out were friendly and helpful, but my disappointment came from the fact that I was supposed to pick the truck up from a different location and when I got to that location, no signs, trucks or employees were there saying where to go to get my reservation. I then learned that the location didn't have the truck I reserved available at that time. This threw off my moving schedule and I had to be transferred to the Good Hope location. I hope that in the future, there is confirmation for customers that the reserved truck and location will be the same before the time of the reservation begins.LAWRENCE B.

For the most part the experience was okay. My issues were not consistent enough to give a "No" response to some of the above questions even though if there was a rating scale of 1 - 5, this location would be in the middle or lower. There was some kind of water leak into the indoor unit that I had that soaked the lower stacked boxes. The boxes then collapsed under the weight of the boxes on top and some thing got crushed. Clothing ended up having mold in them. All of the boxes on the floor were stuck to the floor and things that were wood had water damage. Dealing with the staff was a crap shoot. In person I've never had a problem. Especially in leaving the facility for the last time. That gentleman was VERY helpful. Any conversation over the phone was met with hostility. Majority of the household and personal items I had in storage for safe keeping , I had to trash away due to extreme amounts of rodent feces and damage caused by it. Aside from it I felt hassled a month ago I received a call from an agent who was very rude and augmentative. Out of that it event I was prompted to end my contract with U-Haul.
