The boxes had arrived at the Glencrossing Way facility after being shipped from Everett Wa. At some point, I'm guessing during the shipping process, some securing hardware was added to the front of the door, which is fine, except that when the boxes were delivered for me to unload, the hardware was not removed... thats also not really an issue, had i been informed to bring some tools with me. It ended up adding over 30 minutes plus gas since I had to drive home and get tools, then drive back. Aside from that hiccup, everything was perfect!Justin P.

The truck was perfect for what I needed. My only complaint was that it only had 1/4 tank of gas. That forced me to get a small amount of gas to get where I needed, but then again just prior to returning it. There should be a policy to rent a vehicle with at least 1/2 tank.David K.

I got charged twice on my checking account. I do not know if someone made a mistake on how they put it in the computer but I picked up my truck on March 4,2022 at 10:30 and returned it March 5th at the Milford location. The first charge on my checking posted on March 7,2022 for 167.10 and then I got charged on March 29th fir 93.24 for no reason. They said I kept the truck two extra days and I did not. I left a message with the manager. I'll never use uhaul again. I'm filing a dispute with my bank. Someone screwed up here!!!! Call me!!! 513-850-6106. Not my mistake. First, Autumn was so helpful! I have only used Uhaul one other time, so I had lots of questions. She made it a breeze. Second, the key drop at this location looks nothing like the photo. It's a slot in a roll up garage door. I looked for 15 minutes before I followed someone else to find it. I'd suggest some signage around the property telling people where the key drop is or a sticker on the paperwork saying the location.Emily F.

First I'd like to say the driver Tina Bomar did her job! I have nothing but good things to say about her! I really appreciate her going the extra mile to resolve my case after the manager refused to return my calls. Unfortunately that was my only good experience with this location. It started off good, but went downhill from there. I scheduled to empty my UBoxes with movers on Sun 3/13, but when I arrived I was told the boxes were not accessible and I had to come back another day. Mind you I drove an hour to get there and my movers drove 1.5 hrs. No explanation, no apologies, no consideration for my situation, nothing..just attitude and "sorry, can't help you...call the manager Monday." I called the manager the following Mon morning and was accused of being a "no show" the week before, which I was not. Due to illness I had to call and reschedule my pick up which I did well beforehand. Manager was supposed to call me back Mon afternoon, never heard from him. Called back Tues, again was told he would call me back later once he could get delivery set up, again no callback. Called again Wed morning and mgr was out...left a message, again no callback. It was Wed afternoon before finally Tina the driver stepped in and took my case and got it handled. She arranged to drop off my Uboxes 1/2 way and then have Trotwood, OH's driver pick them up and deliver to my home. Due to my inconvenience and having to pay fees with my hired movers, she also VIP'd any fees I was charged.JENNIFER M.

Provide clear instructions on the process of returning equipment. I stood in line inside the store for approximately 10 minutes to return the keys to the truck I rented, when all I had to do was give them to someone that was already outside.Ericka B.
Showed up to return the truck as we were ASKED to when we could have turned it in down in Florence, KY where we were moving to. Anyway, the smart-alec guy who came out said that it was 4:42pm and that they stopped working at 4:40. I told him that I was told they close at 5pm. He said â€œwell that's the way it isâ€. My girlfriend asked him why they would refuse to help and he huffed and said â€œJUST GO, I WILL TAKE CARE OF IT!!!â€ In a VERY hateful manner. We told him to get back in the building because at that point, I felt he would TRY to do something to the truck to come back on me. After fighting with the online return for nearly 20 minutes, we finished the return. As we were walking to our car, the guy who ran his mouth came flying out of the back of the lot in an old red early 2000s Mustang and was driving VERY recklessly through the lot, and CONTINUED to do so out on the streets heading away from the UHaul store. He has a SERIOUS issue with attitude. I, for one, am going to make sure the rest of my team who are all moving here stay WELL away from this location to rent OR return a truck.Corey F.

Moving truck radio did not function and loud squealing sound from dash area at 60mph or greater. Was supposed to get transport trailer for my vehicle but was told system didn't save the info? Was given tow dolly instead and web strapping that goes over tires to hold vehicle down were too small and delayed my departure time by a day. Was given narrow ratchet straps to add on to existing web strapping. Not safe in my opinion and had to stop every 100 miles to adjust and tighten ratchet straps. I returned all equipment clean and 2 days early. I'm not real happy with my experience and feel a discount is justified in this case???Jack H.

A female employee got into a screaming match with me about parking after she pulled in going over 40 miles an hour into her spot. Her boss is no better. Everything is a huge inconvenience when I finally needed a favor of a lost key and needed a lock cut off. When I went to this location to pick up my rental truck and set up my storage space I asked the employee at the desk if the truck and storage space size I reserved were going to be large enough for the items I was moving. She reassured me that both were adequate for my needs but both the truck and storage space were entirely too small. This problem has now led to me still having the truck rental past my reservation because I have no space to put the rest of my items. When I called the office to get an extension on the truck rental I was told no and that I would be charged a $50 fee. I am now on day 2 of the truck rental and am still without a storage space large enough to empty the rental truck. I cannot afford 2 storage spaces or to have the rental truck another day and it is creating a problem with me getting help physically moving since this has turned into a 2-3 day move. Given my experience I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location, I relocated to Cincinnati and needed storage and selected U Haul based on name recognition and made my reservation on line, When i arrived i was quickly greeted by Matt who had a big smile and welcomed me to his facility, The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and quickly got me checked in, There was an issue since the size unit i reserved wasn't available but Matt quickly fixed that, He rented me 2 units that equaled what i reserved and to my surprise that solution worked better. He really knows what he is doing! Additionally the space is kept clean daily, access is easy and everything you store is secure.Ken R. | Overall Experience

As I walked to the door with the rep watching me walk to the door to close out my unit, she locks the door, I had to tell her she saw me walking to her and locked the door which is very rude I had one minute before close so I could close the unit and not pay another months rent, her manager made her open the door and closed out the unit which literally took 30 seconds, only bad experience I had.SONDOS J. | Overall Experience

I paid too much for having it over a year. Didn't get what I paid for. i rented trucks often and never got a deal or given a break. I paid well for my storage and didn't get the same treatment as a customer. I paid all my months ahead or signed up for auto pay, and they would withdraw money 3 days prior to due date and still charged me a late fee every month except last two. I call ahead the day I move out so they could stop auto pay because it was withdrawing like clock work 3 days early every inspite of paying late fees every time. so when I arrived at my units I had additional locks on there, and had to fetch someone to remove them. I have been using uhaul for years and give you a ton of business by referral but this time we rented a storage unit and were charged a bunch of fees and could not make partial payments online. I tried to call constantly to work something out. Finally i was given an option that fees could be waived but i had to move out same day. It was ridiculous and stressful and im not sure why you wanted us to move out. We were only the current month behind by 15 days. Just maybe next time work with people and dont be so eager for them to move out.
