I was there pick up the vehicle. My husband noticed the airbag light and engine light were on. Told the representative Lily Gutierrez, she told us it was fine. Airbag light on means the airbag is working and wanted us to take the vehicle with problem. With my insistence, she still was not too happy to change out the vehicle. And giving all kind of excuses. Also, she was not willing to pull out another vehicle for us. I was super upset with my experience in the location. Representative Lily was not helpful at all and being rude. I definitely would not go back to this location. I wish management could review the video on how I was being treated on 9/4/2022 at around 3:50pm. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.Wu T.

They double charge me and the staff could not do nothing. they told me that the next morning the Manager Justin would call me back and I waited until 12pm for a call and no one called me so I went ahead and called him and he had no idea what I was talking about. He was Adamant about them not over charging me and that on his end it showed one charge. The only problem with renting from Uhual is everything is based on access to technology. That creates inequities for customers who don't have phones, internet, or computers. Yes, there are still people who live without those. You should have an alternative method so you don't exempt people from being able to rent a vehicle just because of a lack of access to technology. Also, to assume people have three phone numbers for references is absurd. We could have just made up numbers. Some people don't have family or friends to just be giving numbers out. Your company needs to rethink how it uses current technological procedure that could literally make someone lose everything just because of technology but have the money and are responsible people. They overcharged me for the miles. I only drove it 12 miles and they charged me for 25 miles. I sent an email to the manager twice and he never replied. It's not about the money at all. The moving help had trouble picking up the ubox. They spent two hours there waiting, and I made two hours phone calls to Uhaul and Moving help. I was put on hold for at least 20min for each cal. It was terrible. Uhaul and Moving Help should substantially improve their communications.Lu X.

I reserved a appliance dolly at the Pico Rivera location and when I went this morning at 10:00 it was not available I feel we need to improve on that communication between customer and where the appliance dolly is available to save me time trying to locate a dolly at stores that were in the surrounding area please make customers aware that they may have to travel in order to find an appliance dolly when there's one not located at the location they applied forjohn M.

Very loud music in store while finalizing documents. When i got home lights on auto transport were not functioning. Very poooooooor professionalism. Also when i retured auto transporter at the cathedral city location i never once got an email confirmation of any sort the following day. I was the one having to do all the leg work to track down a return confirmation receipt. For future needs i think i will look into other companies that value a customers safety, and return notifications.Edward V.
