The car I rented this time was terrible. The driving was very rough and it was very hard to drive.
CHEE TAMThe cab was clean, yet when I arrived at my destination after picking up the truck and opening the box the dolly was laying in the back not attached, 0 moving pads (mom let me use her blankets) also, dirty….. 2 plastic cups, and a dirty paper towel. Aside from the condition of the box, the gentleman working the counter was great friendly and helpful when picking up.

Gerardo CovarrubiasCalled and offered a different drop off location at a discount price, then “ didn’t have that info on record”… yet it required us to drive over 1+ hours versus a 20 minute drive for drop off. Poor communication on their part. Why would we agree to drive over an extra hour for nothing? We did it for the “promised” discount. They need to communicate better. With clients and each other.not ever using again.

Richard EspinozaWould be great time saver to have detailed user guide to turn on/off high beams, emergency brake, ac, heater, etc. and what does the M & 1 mean on gear shift and how to use. so don’t have to waste half hour pushing buttons and testing each. Otherwise seats are super comfy! Can’t beat the prices! Most the time, they had me in and out, were usually easy to work with when needed to extend time of rental. With my budget and time restraints couldn’t have done the move without uhaul. Thank you
Lupe NiñoTruck was dirty, smelled of cigarettes, and had sticky floors. Truck alignment was off, requiring the steering wheel to be held at almost a 45 degree angle toward the left to maintain a strait path. This blocked the speed gage and was overall a poor drive. Suspension may as well have not been installed at all, the ride was jarring to say the least. Original pick up location did not have my reservation and dispatch offered a truck in poor condition as a replacement. Would not recommend.

Manuel GarciaThe 20’ truck was pretty old. Smelled of 10 years worth of cigarettes. The steering wheel was sticky. The cab was so unsealed it sounded like the windows were permanently down. And there is a shifting problem between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gear. Other than that, the vehicle worked great and thankfully that Ford will last another 15 years
Tyler ZarzekaThe tire pressure sensor was not working at all. We drove in the morning and it notified us that the tire pressure was low on the left rear tire. Which we checked and was low. The store should checked first before gave us the truck. Then after we filled up the pressure, within 30 minutes, we got the same message. We stop by the gas station and turn on the vehicle information, the indicator said the left rear tire pressure was zero. Apparently no one had done a thorough check.

Andrew was great professional and helpful; but only reason i don’t give 5 stars: 2 guys need csr training- received angry call from Larry stating they haven’t heard from me when I’d been calling daily& misquoted charges; the guy who took my final payment on 11/29 could not be bothered with decent humanity no eye contact, short incomplete answers, left us waiting in silence as if we needed special clearance to converse though had casual conversation with another employee mid-transaction; U-Haul has great prices doing business was great pleasure until last guy who left bad feeling in my gut. Will do everything possible to use another U-Haul shop next time. If i want to be treated like a peon I’ll go to s. Korea! Thank you for asking
Lupe NiñoThis is a poorly run U-Haul location. Customer service bottom notch.. Always up sale there items. This U-Haul location has a history of NEVER opens on-time. Suppose to open at 7:00, they open the door 7:20am. Never go there again..

William JaramilloNot a big deal, but pictures were not as truck was given. Dirtier than pictures, which was fine but just didn't want anyone to say that I got the truck dirty based on older pictures to be approved. Same with fuel picture. I actually gave back with a bit more fuel and that's ok. Should have more staff on a Saturday morning. 1 guy there and was overwhelmed by large rental order.

Paushida Zafar | Online Move InThey double charge me and the staff could not do nothing. they told me that the next morning the Manager Justin would call me back and I waited until 12pm for a call and no one called me so I went ahead and called him and he had no idea what I was talking about. He was Adamant about them not over charging me and that on his end it showed one charge. I had to leave where I was at to show him my bank statement showing that I was double charge.
