The mobile web application does not allow for check-out/in at any times other than the exact time you are supposed to get or return your vehicle. I was 30 min late picking up due to a traffic accident and subsequently had to go inside to pick up my vehicle because the app would not determine my location. The local staff said "oh yes, it only works if you are at the rented time." My vehicle was due to return at 8am the next day and when I rented it, I asked the local staff if I would be able to return after hours (later that evening) and they said "Sure! just use the app to check it in." When I returned around 8pm to check the vehicle in, I had the same experience with the app/website. When I contacted support, I spent an hour waiting, getting transferred, and waiting more to get help! Finally, a polite support person answered and gave instructions on what to do without using the mobile checkin. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE when you advertise it is available ANYTIME and you don't have to go into the office to get or return your vehicle! I am very disappointed and frustrated with the experience. The vehicle was fine and in good condition - it is the experience with the mobile checkin/out and length of time I wasted both times that is SO FRUSTRATING! My recommendation to anyone wanting to use UHaul will be to only do so if they have the time to deal with delays or can strictly adhere to the rental times regardless of what the online app advertises.Mark R.

I scheduled my Uhaul pick up before the store opened. We spend over 20 minutes searching for the vehicle until an employee arriving for work suggested checking behind the building which we had to drive to. Then the vehicle had no gas and the check engine light was on. We then had to wait another 15 minutes for the store to open to speak to someone for a new vehicle. the assistant that was there when I picked up the trailer spoke with such an accent that i couldn't understand most of what she was saying and wasn't the most pleasant person I have ever met, Ended up having me turn in the trailer at an outlet that wasn't the one I wanted as ther was one closer. 3 Flat tires during this rental on two different tires. While getting air put into the them, one of the other two was over-inflated and the other was under-inflated. I really thought I should have been compensated for this problem as it took a while to deal with. I was glad this didn't occur on the interstate.PAUL S.

The truck was almost brand new and in perfect condition. The staff knew I was going a long distance and made sure I had as new and perfect a truck as possible. They were extremely helpful. I was impressed that the truck had bluetooth technology and USB chargers. I would suggest that backup cameras and more importantly, CRUISE CONTROL, be added to your trucks. Cruise control would be very helpful in reducing driver fatigue and maintaining speed on long hauls. Two items thThomas D.

Very good experience. Extremely helpful staff and great, clean facilities. Only two points of concern. One, the slide-card access to the door on the east side (between the garage doors) never worked to open that door. This was a problem when the bays were occupied or when the garage doors were broken and didn't open. Two, the garage doors seemed to be out of service often, but not sign would be posted to indicate they were out of service. On one occasion, I saw a truck back into the door because it didn't open, which only further delayed its repair. Since the doors open automatically with a small amount of clearance when they are working, It would be a good idea to put a sign on a non-functioning door to avoid further collisions.Kevin G. | Overall Experience

One of the worse vehicles I've ever drove! Something was definitely messed up with the car. Either it was the shocks or suspension but the vehicle was bad. Plus it didn't come with the dolly strap so the dolly was just slinging around in the truck! Completely awful experienceAJI J.

Awesome, helpful and friendly staff. The only issue I had, which I told them when I returned the truck, was bad/old windshield wipers. They said they were gonna change it. Everything else was great.ALDRIN C.
They only had 1 person checking people in. The other person at the location said she was only there for storage and did not help the customers who were lined up. Also, they kept us waiting on the parking lot for at least 15 minutes before they gave us our keys. We just wanted to get going. They came to the truck and did not even go over how it operates or if we had any questions. Also, to leave a truck with only 1./4 tank of gas is ridiculous. Kimberly was so incredibly helpful, I came in one day stressed and needing to find a storage place ASAP for our military move. Kimberly was about to go home for the day but actually stayed late to walk me around and show me the units. She asked questions to determine exactly what was important to me, and was able to find me exactly what I was looking for, for such a great price. I wish I could remember the name of the gal that helped me but she is an older lady and is super friendly. She originally rented me the unit and closed it out for me. This person knows how to welcome customers and treat them right. Overall experience was very positive. The units are nicely priced and easily accessible. One piece to improve on is customer communication about what a split level means and that there are NO elevations to those units. We were originally assigned a split level and would have needed to carry heavy items up and down. Customers have no idea what location-specific issues are and without a good explanation may sign up for something that is not a good fit.Duane J. | Overall Experience

My unit leaked. I reported it by phone months ago. They assured me it would be taken care of. When I went back to the storage unit yesterday the leak was still there and my belonging Now had mold and water stains and furniture was damaged. Ended up putting it all in the donate section ( mattress and box spring, fabric lawn chairs and a old wooden desk). Water damage and mold. Awful. Maintain your roof better. I would recommend they get their own insurance, which U Haul requires. At first, I had the U Haul insurance. There was a roof leak and a bunch of my stuff got ruined. This was on a Sunday.. When I tried to make a claim with RepWest, U Haul's insurance carrier, they would not pay me because there were no photos of the damage. At the time of the damage, when I went to the clerk in the office, she didn't know what to do and suggested I wait and speak with the manager the following day--he didn't know what to do either. If I could give less than 0 stars I would, absolutely horrible customer service. I have called 3 times and still have no response, I keep getting told the manager will call me. I rented the storage unit 2 weeks ago, I'm already having major issues since day 1. I called for the 3rd time today, the customer service representative laughed at me. I find that extremely unprofessional, I am not sure what they look for in the employees. During these uncertain times, with unemployment being so high I am sure there are better applicants to hire. I work in financial sales, and understand the value of great customer service which this company lacks. I would never recommend anyone to rent from this facility. This has truly been a disaster. This was my sister's storage. There were a lot of things I needed to throw away. They told me it was going to cost me $10 to throw that stuff away. Ok. Acceptable. Then they told me I had to bag it up! Ok, still acceptable. THEN they told me it was going to cost me $10 PER BAG!! UNACCEPTABLE! That was the only thing I didn't like!
