The information provided by this location was different than what was provided by the call center. The rep had no explanation other than a 10â€ truck cannot go one way while the call center said it wasn't available due to someone else using it even though the truck was there. Normandy site is located in a mobile trailer in a parking lot of a old K mart..appears to be a start up no boxes, pads, or dolly there. as required on original request. I had to drive 8 miles to Blanding Blvd Uhaul location to get a dolly, boxes and furniture pads taking time away from loading truck.BRENDON S.

I rented a 15 ft U-Haul because I had to move 12 ft metal for my roof. When I got to Home Depot the guys started loading the sheets in the 12 ft sheets only went to the back of the door. I rented a 15-ft truck but they gave me a 12 ft be careful with this companyAdrain R.
I ordered the truck for 10 hours and they tried to say I was only allowed 8 and then charged me an after hours service charge. I only had it 8 hours and 40 minutes. If you reserve online they need to honor the hours especially if they are closed when you drop off the keys.John M.

I rented a truck and dolly. Dolly was never provided made the move very hard did get a credit back for the dolly not being in the truck but 26 ft truck was junk and under maintenance just up the road 2 miles U-Haul has a maintenance shop right by our post office but this truck did not have dash lights that worked at night and made it very dangerous. Driver side back tire was very bold all the other tires look good also caused problems because the truck got stuck in loose gravel. I understand why there's so many bad reviews for this place last time I will ever rent with U-Haul!Adrain R.

I requested a 17' truck, son had to pick up, after I got home found out it was a 20' truck. Figured hell yeah Got more for less. A big fat fucking NOPE. Was charged for the higher rate along with higher mileage. When I called got no help and they even hung up on me. Went to Budget the next weekend and their trucks are newer and don't have shit in the back like dolly and blankets taking up precious room that I PAID for as can't remove unless I PAY for it. Fuck UHaul. That's the last time I ever see you cunts again.William N.

Firstly, this was NOT the location I was supposed to rent from. THAT location on normandy and lane did not have the truck that I had booked early this this morning. With no apology or anything, they sent me another two or 3 miles down the road to this location at Fouraker Road. When I got there I drove around the parking lot for a few minutes because I couldn't see where The office was! It turns out it was in an unmarked trailer in the middle of the parking lot. The girl behind the counter was not wearing a mask and I had to stand with her in a very confined space while she process my rental. And then she forgot to add the moving pads that I just ordered so I had to go back in there. The van itself was dirty on the outside but otherwise in good shape no complaints about the actual vehicle and its condition. My complaints there for a more about The first location at Normandy and Lane Boulevard. There was a ridiculous wait time and on top of that they screwed up my reservation and inconvenience me quite a lot. All in all I was not particularly happy with the rental process. The location is in the parking lot of a closed KMart. It's impossible to find the office at the location due to no sign posting. U-Haul needs to invest some dollars on making the location more appealing.Eric N.
Cab had dirt and animal hair all in the cab. Box of truck smelled like someone spilled something putrid AND wipers didn't work, so I got caught in a rain storm with no wipers in a HUGE 26' truck. Worst experience I've had with you.David O.

The location did not have any employees, everything was done online . It took almost 45 minutes to get my truck. Once returned I tried to complete return the truck the website was having â€œtechnical difficulties â€œ it took me a hour to return my truck. I had to call customer service which took another 15 minutes. I was not satisfied at ALL. Maybe you should create a app that will Help with picking and returning the uhaul.Aerial C.

They charged the wrong card for payment instead of charging my debit card I provided to the sales rep for payment & watched the rep manually entered in my debit card for my truck&storage pick up the system managed to charge my credit card I used for my reservation & getting the run around to get the matter resolved no one at store pick up location available & customer care informed me I need to speak with the store but they're busy so the line transferred me to customer care who's unable to assist.Jessica D.

There were roaches in the truck that was rented to me. The kind that follow people from place to place. This can lead to an infestation in someone's home or place of business. Trucks need to be treated for pests between uses.Kelly B.
Overall it was ok.. The mobile could use an improvement.. The loading of the photos was a task and was inconvenient.. I think I had a better chance going inside the store.. Also when extending the drop-off and hour later I was charge the rate and insurance again, which is outrageous..
