You need to improve your customer service first. They are extremely rude and do not want to help. You guys changed my location and time for pickup three times within 24 hrs. It was ridiculous. You had it set up for us to pickup our truck in one location and the tow dolly in another. This was the worst experience I have ever had with you haul. The whole thing was absolutely ridiculous. There were several things wrong with my experience this time around- I had reserved online several days in advance. I requested to pick up my truck in Swansea and drop it off in Fall River, but this somehow got swapped. The email confirmation said pick up in Swansea, but when I called to let them know I was running a little late I was told my truck was never supposed to be there in the first place and I had to pick it up in Fall River. When I got to fall river I told them specifically that I would need the truck until 8pm the next day, and they said that all I had to do was request an extension online. Early the next morning I tried to request an extension and the website told me it was not available and I needed to return the truck by 4pm and extensions were unavailable. I paid for several pieces of equiptment that were never put in the truck, and I was assured that I would get a refund when I returned the truck. I had to call the next day to request my refund because despite the truck being returned empty, my receipt said all the equiptment I was supposed to get were returned and no refund was issued. I've been moving everything I own completely by myself, and this just made the entire experience significantly more stressful for no good reason. The only person I spoke to at any point who was even remotely helpful or understanding was Antonio. Everything else about this was a nightmare.VICTORIA J.

I'm writing to say I was so blown away with the professionalism on both locations. I went Pleasant st first then the Lewiston st off of Rodman to pick up the truck, after the gentleman offered to reserve it for me and the young lady wrote the Lewiston St FR address down for me. I just had the worst rude unprofessional experience at home Depot in Somerset Ma and the staff at both U haul locations went out of their way to make my day! The young man at Lewiston St FR was alone and had many customers and handled it gracefully. I would like you to reach out to all who served me and let them know how much they were appreciated. I would say they definitely deserve a raise even if its only 50 cents and hour they did not let the sale go back to Home depot.GAIL R.

All of the employees were very kind when I originally rented the unit. When I returned to pay off my balance and terminate my rental agreement I had to stand out in the rain for over 20 minutes because even though the office was supposed to be open the doors were locked. There was a sign on the door that said: "Out in Storage, Be Back Soon". I called the contact number that comes up when you google that location but that routed me to a call center who then had to "send a message" to the office I was outside of to tell them someone was waiting. Finally, the employee came out of the bathroom ( he was not "out back in storage) and I was able to pay off my bill.Brittany H. | Overall Experience
My truck was not safe to drive. We told the agent how far we'd be driving. Approximately 200 miles each way. I was charged for the first half immediately. When we arrived at our location we had to call for a mechanic to look at it because it was excessively shaking and couldn't be driven over 60 mph. The mechanic said we were lucky to have made it. It was eventually towed from my house and now Uhaul is trying to charge me for 4 extra days. When I was contacted by the facility they said that would would speak to their manager and reimburse me for the day I used it. Not only did they NOT reimburse me, they now want $1200! For 4 more days! I didn't have the truck and they knew that! And to top it all off, I still had to rent another truck because we weren't done moving all of our thingsJennifer Z.

Nick was the greatest. I needed a unit on short notice and he came through for me and got me the size I was looking for. The other guy working the counter is also great (so sorry I can't remember your name). Whenever I ordered boxes he'd carry them to the car for me. He was so nice for doing that. Me and my family we're moving to a new home after 16years at our current home and to say moving is stressful is an understatement. But working with UHaul for our storage unit and truck took away a big part of our stress. We had to be out of our home and into the new one in such a short time period. The manager and the employee's are super helpful and always greet you with a smile and try to accommodate whatever your need may be they all deserve a raise there since I've never seen a uhaul with friendly respectful employee's the uhaul in Stoughton is terrible the lady there is the rudest person I have ever met I walked out with out having my trailer hitch put on. Elevator barely ever worked. Which for somebody with a hip replacement I had to move furniture out of the facility down 2 flight to stairs. My card barely ever worked sometimes to get into the building. More than anything though it was the elevator that was always inoperable. For the amount of money that I spent there it's completely unacceptable. I at times would call to make sure that the elevator was working but on the day that I had to move everything out it was not working as with a lot of other times I went by there.
