The truck appeared okay but to drive it, it sounds awful. I would recommend this location if it was the absolute closest. Every time I've gone there (it is the absolute closest to me), I have had some sort of issue. Whether it has to do with propane, the truck or customer service this location really falls short compared to other locations that I've used in the past or even just called for information.

Keanu was extremely rude upon drop-off. Had his personal computer and phone out on the counter, he kept interrupting me while I was speaking. Worst experience ever. When we walked out the door my 7 year old says to me "why was he so rude"? If a little boy recognizes he was rude, what does that tell you. I have managed retail stores and I would have immediately written that kid up...once for his attitude and another for having personal items out while on the clock. Surely out of spite, he charged me for a gallon of gas when I drove <6 miles, the gauge didn't even move. I took a pic of the fuel gauge before I drove away because the employee listed it as full when I rented it, it was NOT all the way full. I will dispute the entre charge if the $4 fuel charge is not removed, and I will call corporate to report how we were treated/cheated of $$.

The young man working at 3:00 on Nov 13th was not at all helpful. He said that the car was all hooked up and ready to go. When I arrived at the U Haul dealership in Queen Creek, AZ on Hunt Highway they were shocked at the way the car was on the trailer. The car was not secured with the harness around the front tires. There was just a strap wrapped around the axel. Who knows what could have happened. That employee in ABQ put me and all the other motorist at risk. I would never recommend that U Haul location. The employees at the Queen Creek location went out of there way to be helpful every step of the way. Thank God for them.

Have only rent equipment that is structurally sound and fully operational! Have you dealers be trained better on reservations and actually give the customer what they reserved the first time! Have customer service representatives that are helpful and won't hang up on customer complaints in another words have helpful customer service representatives. Have general managers that return your phone calls like John Garcia of Albuquerque regional office. I will never use uhaul again and highly recommend using Penske to everyone of my family members and friend.

I requested a truck and a tow dolly in one reservation at a location that was two blocks away. The day before my scheduled pickup I got a call from a location that was 5 miles away from me for the truck and the dolly was at yet another location. As a single person this made picking up the equipment incredibly difficult. The problem was that how do I get to the truck and then to the other location for the dolly and get my vehicle back home and Uhaul refused to transport the truck either to the originally requested location or to the location where the dolly was. After several calls I was able to locate a ride to the location of the truck then drove the truck to location of the tow dolly. When I got to the tow dolly they tried to make me pay for it again because it was on a separate reservation and their system didn't show that the dolly was paid for when I completed the early check-in. Also I took advantage of the early check-in because I was promised that it would reduce my time picking up the equipment. The first stop 40 minutes then I had to drive to the second location which took another half hour not a reduction in time as promised It was quite obvious the customer service was not their top priority

I would like to give a special thanks to the employee at Eubank and Indian Rd. U-haul. Josh was nice enough to help us unload and was extremely helpful. U-Haul can use more employees like him.

The guys onsite were a tremendous help to me when it was discovered that the U box had been loaded on the trailer backwards at the warehouse facility. They got the problem resolved quickly.

I was charged storage fees for my Ubox a month after I had emptied it out. They did not close out my ticket and I got charged for it.
