Another 5-Star experience at the Edgewood location. Since I rent equipment there so frequently, Karen and Rita always greet me by name and are always so friendly. Karen is always pleasant when I pick up in the mornings, and Rita was very efficient checking in multiple customers when I returned the equipment in the afternoon. On this occasion, I thought I would need an extension on my rental and discovered the online extension request process and it made that request so easy. I always have a great experience every time I rent equipment from the Edgewood location. Karen made sure that I was in and out quickly with a 20 ft. truck. She is always super friendly, very helpful, and one of the main reasons that I always recommend that my workplace do business with her location for any equipment rental needs.David S.

I was told I had a gull tank when I got in it was a little under even though the contract showed gull the person at uhual said to take a picture. Anyeay when I returned truck I actually returned it with a little more than what I started with but was charged 8.55 for not returning it completely full. The person at the drop off location said to co tact uhaul. Next time I will make the person retype the contract. I have never rented so I though the picture was enough but it they said I should have had them make a new contract. Snyeay if it were not for that the place was very nice and helpful.Vanita C.

I have got to tell you. (at New Berlin road, Ocean way) I was scheduled to pick-up the trailer at 0900, I needed it at 0800 but they didn't open until 0900 and that was okay. I had adjusted things on my end. I arrived to the New Berlin location at 0845, at 0900 no one was their. I waited until 0915 still no one their. I called the Edgewood location they had a trailer for me I arrived their at 0932 hooked up. I lost 2hrs of move because of another person lack of respect for customers. WOW!!! NEVER AGAIN.Jerome M.
Acknowledging your customers when they walk in and letting them know someone will be with them is consider good customer service. None of the above was done. Asking how you can help your customers with a nice tone should be required.lakeisha H.

Well first, train the associates to confirmed availability before sending customers on a goose chase, I was upset that happened on 9/18 which moved my pickup to Sunday and then still no trucks so my move was pushed to Saturday 9/25which messed up my whole plan. But this past weekend 9/25 Ms Rita was able to assist me with receiving a truck and I wanna say thank youSAPPORA M.

Was lie to concerning the amount of time to install the hitch. When I ordered the hitch and dropped off my Jeep was told it would take no more than three hours My wife and l had to miss an event because of the amount of time it took to install the hitch.leonard L.

I do have to say that I was a little irate because I was sent to the location on Dunn Avenue and wasn't notified that the pickup was on Edgewood. That was after Mr. Harris made a phone call. This was very inconvenient since I had my Godmother to drop me off at the Dunn's location. Very poor customer service, indeed.DEBBIE G.
Another great experience at this location. Karen is always super helpful. On the day I picked up my rental, she was training a new associate. And again, she manages multiple tasks very well and always with great courtesy. I told her I may need an extension on the rental, and she was very helpful explaining that process. When I returned the equipment the following day, Karen had me checked in and out in a timely manner. Thanks again for the wonderful service!David S.
