There's really nothing that you can do but this location has a lot of drug activity around it so when I pulled in to drop the truck off at around 9 p.m. there were drug addicts all around me which was pretty scary. That the facility itself was greatDEBORAH D.

Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the lady that checked me in but she was wonderful and excellent customer service. The young man that met us when we return the truck was very nice.NICHOL G.
When I arrived to return my truck on a Sunday around 10:30 am there was a group of people outside of the door. I assumed the location was not open so I returned my equipment via the 24/7 share app. Upon dropping my keys in the Dropbox, I noticed the hours of operation for a Sunday are 9am-5pm. Thankfully I wasn't affected by this dilemma but I did feel it was unfair to the customers out in front that probably needed to rent equipment (once again a MAJOR inconvenience for someone who is moving).BRITTANY G.
The truck was perfect. I assume the issue was with the trailer and possibly the damage it already had. But there weren't any running lights on the trailer. And it being dark at 6pm and we had 5 hours of driving left on an already dark freeway, it caused issues.Alexundre M.

Quit switching orders to a different pickup location adding 30 minutes to the pickup time at the last minute. !!! Order#: 25032471 Most customers will choose a location for pickup close to their residence, therefore this policy is very frustrating !! The 24/7 rideshare was not accessible on mobile at 8:00 am. Although this is likely due to another customer not checking it in properly, causing me to have to wait until the location opened, I was definitely inconvenienced and so was my client accordingly. Staff helped the situation and luckily it was only a 1 hr wait, but if I had scheduled for a 6am pick-up, it would have entirely defeated the purpose.BERNARD I.

Teillo was very.helpful in showing us the options and demonstrating the security features. The facility is clean, climate controlled and close to home. The truck I rented broke down on me before I could beginning the job I rented the truck for. About time the guy came to haul it out the middle of the road the place I needed to go closed. I feel like I should get a full refund because I couldn't even do what I needed to do and the reason the truck broke down was not my fault. I rented the uhaul two different times and the first time i was charged double the amout because i didnt know i couldnt return the uhaul to a different location. That hurt me and took monet for food from my kids. If i wouod of known or been told i would have returned to where i got it, which i did the second time because i was told. I was happy with the second time renting everything went well. The first time i wasnt. I feel like i should be refunded that money where i was unaware.NICOLE B.
Before my husband and son could walk in the door good without greeting them the customer service ask before they could start did they have a majoir credit card. We are african american and the Caucasian lady walk in she was not asked. We were offended because this seem racist. You should never greet a customer at the door "with do you have a major credit card." I will be calling upper management.SANDRA L.

The online pickup was great! I would say the only thing to improve would be to inform the customer to get there about 15 minutes early so they can get started with the photos and other approval processes before getting confirmed to pick up. That way they can have the truck ready to go by the exact time their rental period starts! Other than that great.Craig M.
