First off the truck was so damaged that I had to take a continuous video just to cover my the extent of damage. The worst part of it was the general manager Leonardo Rubacalba was such an ass with me! He first off told me I couldn't be there without a mask, I told him I didn't have one, he asked me to wait out side so he could get my account ready. I waited outside as a courtesy thinking he was getting my keys as I rented it online. He then attended to four customers then I went inside and told him just give me the keys to the truck I rented. He said I have to do it online. I tried the online check in and it never gave me a code. So I told him I'm here just to pick up the truck he said he is not going to attend me cause I don't have a mask and he also said I don't have a contract with him so he can say no, I said I have my contract with uhaul not him. He then told me it's his store so he wouldn't help me. El Paso has a mask mandate only for city buildings and schools. Despite governors executive order GA-38 where nobody can require masks. After the fact while I was on the phone trying to get customer service to make a complaint and still on waiting an hour and a half lost from arguing he finally said here is the form and the keys. I am awaiting a call from someone higher than him to follow through with the complaint which I lost valuable time and thank god my meeting to close on my home was postponed. He was the worst experience I have ever had and I am going to post bad reviews on Yelp google and any other platform I can find if this situation isn't remedied! He was being an asshole just to be one! If he fears for covid then he should stay home in a bubble of work remotely. He had his on and behind his plexiglass cage he was rude and the worst.Adam A.

Trouble with the gas level, I put more due to being scared to pay one more cent. Hard to gage that. Once I drove it, the line for gas went even higher, thus I overpaid an already expensive move for me. Please consider this.RAQUEL O.

Checkout was easy. Vehicle was good, except mirrors should be adjustable. All was well except for return after hours. Instructions, that I followed did not work. Should have been as easy as check out, but didn't work. I left vehicle and came back hours later. Please fix this problem.JAMES R.

I got the 7:30 am appointment so that my husband could drive me to work. I got there and it took about 40 minutes to check in because they didn't have a part for my car. They told me they may have to find the part in another location. In the end, the reason I was given was that someone had changed the part in the box. My husband had to leave me at the store and I had to order an Uber to get to work. I was also late for an 8:30 am meeting. In the future, you may want to pre-check all parts are in store for hitch installments that are scheduled and have a metric for how long check in should be. When I checked out, I was simply thanked and nothing else. I had to ask one of the clerks if he could walk me through what was installed. The clerk should have asked me if I had any questions or if I needed an orientation to my new hitch. I've never had a hitch in my life so this would have been very appreciated.Laura P.

When I was calling to rent the trailer I was on hold for a long time. It looks to me like they were really busy and might need more employees to take care of several customers that had been waiting for a while. My move in was great the only glitch was me, the first day I went to the wrong locker and set off the alarm.
