Really hard to get in contact with local office, call goes to central answering center or so it seems. Also we gave plenty of notice through email after responding to an email, and never got a response.
David was very kind. The facility was clean. Hopefully I will not have to store again but if I do I would use them again.
I WAS WITH THIS PARTICULAR SITE FOR A VERY LONG TIME AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. THE STAFF WERE ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY AND TOOK CARE OF BUSINESS.

Well i was told that i had to leave at 9 pm when normal business hours are from 5am to 10pm but this is after i had just paid extra to have 24 hr access so that i could gain access to my tools for work when i need them. He then told me to leave in the middle of me off loading my stuff.. On top of that he said that my key wouldn't work anymore and would refund the extra i paid for 24 hr access. But instead charged me again for the 24 hr access that i have previously paid

Worse than poor they deducted money from my account to pay my storage without my permission 3 times, then I mailed in a check they took my check and turned it into a a automatic deduction with the same check number!! They never answer the phone I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN AND I AM GOING ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM TO TELL EVERY PLATFORM I HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM FOR 3 months I had to speak to headquarters for a whole MONTH,

I would like to mention manager David Hartman for his excellent service. When I first rented the unit, I needed movers on very short notice, and he recommended great movers who did a great job at a fair price. When a national moving company was emptying out my unit, and I was in another state and could not be on-site due to COVID, he was very helpful acting on my behalf. That was a very stressful situation for me, but he handled things very well so I didn’t have to worry so much. He’s one of the best managers I’ve ever dealt with! Thank you, David Hartman!
The rubber door seals on the outer units were extremely warm and it let in a lot of dust and dirt. Other than than the staff and facility is well maintained.
They were very kind but the place ware I got the truck from has the worst customer service I have ever ever ever received I will no longer be using there u haul survives. But the storage 100% alsome

never had any problems .outside was always clean the manager is very and very helpful. my only complaint is when i move my stuff out i noticed rat poop all over my stuff and all in the storage unit itself. i think that they need to get this under control and they need to let customer know that they have is problem ,cuz i would have bought some rat food to put in my unit.i just hope my stuff is not messed up.and i was paying $200. a month for this very disappointed i will not recommend

Second time I rented from this location - the first time, it was just because they had the equipment I wanted. Second time because pick up and drop off was so painless here! Clean, well run, and efficient operation
Friendly staff. Very easy to sign up as well as to end my contract. Prices were good (especially considering the first month was free after I rented a trailer).

Easiest U-Haul rental I've ever had.
I had the opportunity to pick up the truck early & when I called, David told me he would have everything ready for me. He gave me precise instructions for driving as well as showing me the before pictures of the vehicle & odometer. I rented a 15' truck last weekend in Rancho Cordova & none of these procedures were followed. I highly recommend U-Haul on Glenrose in Sacramento.
Jennifer was absolutely incredible to work with. I stopped by twice and had lots of questions and she was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The mgr David was also very kind and helpful.

If I could say one thing, it is that they told me after charging my card that they did not have the dolly I had for my rental. Good thing is that I didn't even need a dolly anyway so it didn't matter.

Look under the truck's befor renting them. I had a gas hose that was disconnected from the tank. And when I put gas in it spilled out on the ground. I had to connect the hose. HOPE THAY FIXED IT. Other than people trying to steal gas, they are ossome and very nice people who are not going to try and squeeze out every penny in your pocket!!!!!!

The service was great and the storage locker was the cleanest I've seen yet. The Manager, David Hartman, was extremely helpful, stayed late, allowed us to leave the vehicle at his location, and even offered to help us unload. Top marks for him and his assistants!

Upon same day check in, I had an issue of additional charges being duplicated on my card, and had my account overdrawn for 13 days because of a transaction still pending after payment to you had been received. Not acceptable.

Received 5 texts and 4 calls “to confirm my reservation†during my three hour drive to pick up the moving truck. No parking when I got there. Was made to repeat all the same paperwork in the office that I'd done on line, including credit card and drivers license. staff had continual problems with the office equipment and was either not knowledgeable about a product they sold or intentionally provided false information to make a sale. The owner(?) insisted a mattress cover had carrying handles despite package information, so I bought it - it did not have handles. Service light (stability?) went off and on in the truck during use. I'll never use this location again

The only problem I had was: inside of truck had a lot of blood, some of the blood was smeard! Scary, I feel that something bad happened in the inside of the truck!

Lighter device was not working and it charged me extra to buy a charger for my phone. I was lost also and it cost me extra money that Uhaul charged me for that. I ask for the refund!
My mom had stroke while i was driving the truck back to Sacramento Ca. She flew in the day before(July 26), David allowed me to leave the truck, locked inside facility so I could get to the hospital.

Although not on the main road, the management is quick to serve the customer. I spent less time here than I have at any other location, and I use U-Haul quite a bit for my hauling needs.
Dont steal from them & use the phone number to ACTUALLY communicate with the people giving you business. I think this company is a lost cause. No humanity left, definately all of uhaul will go to hell.

Really nice facility. Easy access. Seemed very secure and rodent proof.
I found the Owners very nice and they would work with you if you were not able to pay right on the date.
Friendly/helpful staff. Hours of operation not convenient. Had to purchase a separate access card that fit my needs. Also had to purchase uhaul locks on site as they said mine were not acceptable.
The El Camino Ave location needs more training for its management team. I reserved a cargo van for March 31, 2018 at 9am. I got to the El Camino Uhaul location just to be told (after waiting in line for 15 mins) that the van wasn't available due to theft/damage. It's terrible someone broke into the establishment & destroyed property but, there should of been some type of communication from management to its customers! What a waste of my time! The Glenrose Ave location manager helped me out big time! I will recommend the Glenrose Ave location to everyone I know.
