Everything was great. Friendly efficient staff. BOH. Brittney T. was amazing, too. Not just with just me, with other customers as well. Ive managed several places, and not my first truck at this location. Best FOH experience by far.

MARK FThe worst experience I have ever had. I would never recommend this location. The guy said the storage was two lights up. Which was 8 and I would've never went this far. Then I get there. It's a lock on the unit. They don't know who's storage it is thinking it was mine. And I had to wait almost an hour to get a diff unit. It was a mess.telling me I won't be charged for the day and I was.

PAUL HThe lady who was assisting me was eating chips the entire time she was helping me. Which honestly is pretty rude, putting things in your mouth and then touching paperwork that is handed to a customer. Could have paused eating while assisting me, then go back once I left. Then she was like look for license plate, it's somewhere over there in reference to where the truck is. Then once we got to the truck, there was what appeared to be Human bile/shit (a huge pile) about 5 to 10 feet away from the driver side door.

DION TThey made it nearly impossible to rent the trailer my wife had reserved in advance. They lied about scanning the driver's license on a "machine". I had to get my sister to come in & use her driver's license, which delayed my departure by a couple hours.
CECILIA HReview: I had a very negative experience renting a vehicle from U-Haul. What I expected to be a smooth, professional transaction turned out to be full of issues, particularly due to the poor customer service and lack of transparency. What Happened: When I arrived at the office, the assistant refused to rent me the vehicle I had selected, claiming that it wasn't available, even though the app showed it as available. I found this odd, so I went ahead and made the reservation through the app as the system suggested. When I showed her the reservation confirmation, her attitude changed, and although she finally handed me the vehicle, it was clear that she wasn't happy about the situation. Things got worse when, due to the language barrier (my native language is Spanish), she had to call a translator. The whole interaction was uncomfortable, as the assistant seemed impatient and frustrated throughout. All I wanted was to rent the vehicle calmly, but her attitude made it much more stressful. Additional Problems: Contract Issues: When I received the vehicle, the contract showed the truck had fewer miles and less gas than it actually did. This created confusion, and when I returned the vehicle, they insisted that I return it with 3/4 of a tank, even though they had given it to me with only half a tank. Incorrect Mileage Recording: The contract showed the truck having fewer miles than it actually had when I picked it up, which made it look like I had used more miles than I had actually driven. This was frustrating and unnecessary. Although they eventually corrected the mileage, it took time and effort to resolve something that should have been clear from the beginning. Conclusion: Overall, my experience was extremely frustrating. The lack of transparency regarding the vehicle's condition, the unprofessional attitude of the assistant, and the confusion with the contract were unacceptable. It's disappointing that such a large company like U-Haul failed to provide proper service and clear communication. While the issue was eventually resolved, the entire process left me feeling upset, both due to the treatment I received and the lack of clarity in their procedures. I cannot recommend this service to anyone looking for a hassle-free rental experience.

MARK FIt's always good to say good morning to everyone you meet. In my case I had received superb service in placing my order online to my return truck and received all confirmation online. It doesn't get any better than this. Thank you Fremont U Haul.
PAUL TOriginal truck I was placed in had ZERO fuel, brake light out, low air in the tires & spewed thick smoke from the tailpipe. The facility had no way of filling the tires with air so they swapped the truck out for a newer model. That truck was amazing and did well in my one way rental. The process to switch trucks was a long process bc of a problem with the computer system thinking I'd left the property already with the original truck when I hadn't. Overall everyone was very professional & did what they could to get me on the road. I'd just suggest better inspection of vehicles going out on a one way trip.

PAUL Ni got bounced around 4 times. one girl acted like she was going to help, placed me on hold and waited for me to go away - had to hang up and call to get someone worth a damn. the vehicle had no gas. didnt get the truck i ordered. the instructions didnt match what happened in person. driver door lock didnt work, had to go through passenger door. software for uhaul didnt work well. overall not a well oiled machine as a business/software, which is crazy because uhaul has been around forever. will i use uhaul again? only if nothing else is available.

This was the first time I had met him, over the years there have been several changes in management, but never changes in the quality of service Jhirmar handled everything very efficiently and professionally. Thank you, U-Haul and your staff for making my monthly rental experience seamless.

CHRISTIAN AI have been a long time U-Haul customer. This was by far the worst experience. First off the location is dangerous. Second, the staff took an unusual amount of personal information from me including a picture of my id and multiple phone numbers of people I know. Finally, the auto transport was flat out unsafe and had multiple failures on my trip. The wheel straps were frayed and excessively short. The ratchets were in poor condition and came loose every 50 miles causing me to need extra time. VERY UNSAFE!! I was forced to buy extra ratchet straps to secure my cargo. It's unfortunate that I am paying the cost of an actual functional unit when this one failed so miserably.

EDUARDO RNeed to approve cars to get to the storage unit. All trucks always blocking the storage. Not very convenient if you have big furniture or something huge, because there is no way to get it in or out . I think it calls hazardous.

I was able to get my drop off location changed from Spring Valley to this location, and I got a storage unit. The drop off and loading everything in one place was much easier than I anticipated and he made it all happen! Having to move from Salt Lake to Las Vegas in this heat was tough enough, but your employee went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. I couldn't stop raving about his outstanding customer service to my husband. Thank you, you made our first day back in Vegas less stressful and we appreciate you! Someone give that man a raise! We'll definitely be back if we need services in the future.

With out purchasing insurance, not much can been done.The dual control for locks were broken off. We will be filling a formal complaint with UHaul Corporate office.Your general manager was not available but spoke to him. I question his integrity and honesty..my opinion the theft was not his concern and he should of contact me immediately when he noticed our locks were tampered with..according to what he said.. I told U-Haul that I was parking there and left. The camera showed 3 individuals stealing the truck with all my stuff at 7:30pm. The truck was returned to the Decatur facility 11 days later. Now U-Haul wants to charge me for turning the truck in late, and for 1100 miles that were put on it by the thieves. Almost 1200.00 dollars. That is how my experience has been.
